I picked up DITF and will start watching BokuHero S3 one of these days but I'm not really interested in anything else. Manga wise I don't really read that much except for GS and SnK.

Hahaha now that you mention it I had a more badass MC kind of taste when I was younger like Kratos from GoW. I remember thinking "goddamn this guy is such a badass" xD.
I actually still do to an extent. I like Ike and Ephraim (although Ephraim more in a meme kind of way I guess) but I also like Leif and Sigurd so eh.
...Oh and I also came to like female characters more if my MAL characters's list is anything to go by :P.

Honestly, I would like to have a campaign where you don't start of as a lord but more as a normal knight/mage/whatever in the army but throughout the campaign you'll get a master seal/get a story promotion to a Mage Lord/Lance lord/whatever have you.
Something like that I would like but it wouldn't happen because that would mean that we wouldn't be the most important person in the world.
