| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol I find the episode kinda funny, not just because of the racing but also the analysis of the food at concrete details. The karaoke was also so out of tune lol The guys taking their shirts off and embracing the nature of the night with that music is...quite a moment as well.  |

| Relaxed and hyper about test over. The two guys from the first year have no confidence in the result, but says it confidently is lol. Camp time, with the idol team. The facility is gorgeous from outside to inside. There's even a place for stride practice. All the members except Suzuki-san's character are excited to practice run against them. Hirakawa-san's character gives accurate instructions... from their breathing when running. The opponents gives Kimura-san's character the instruction for the reason why he run slowly at the curve. Wow, Hirakawa-san's character can debate against Nobu's character about protein. lol @ the apple part. Ping pong + karaoke for punishment. Kimura-san's character always hit the ball on Nobu's character. lol @ singing kid's song like that. With more training, they improved (including relationer girl), but not enough to win. Nobu's character seeing a girl that looks similar to the main girl? Probably his memory with his brother. vs. new team? (not too sure) next. |

| Reiji essentially gave Fujiwara A MATCHING T-SHIRT LOL I couldn't help but read their expressions and conversation after that with double meaning. Mostly a fanservice episode, but they did throw in something important, showing Fujiwara's past memories... I was starting to think I'd have to disregard how Fujiwara seemed to know both of them in episode 1. Next week seems like really tough competition especially with the return of you-know-who. |

| By far the best episode of this show. This was pure fun to watch from beginning to end. |
| Just "Joint Training", huh? so no hard "term" or "word" for that one. There goes Takeru with his another "Leg Fantasy" and nutrition talk.  Riku must be doing it on purpose in the table tennis match, for always strike the ball to Takeru and lose at the match. He even persuade Takeru for taking the punishment together. lol |

| Decent episode. That facility was huge :o No wonder the guys at Saisei are beasts. A full 3 seconds time difference, Honan got owned xD The food analysis was so serious that it was funny xd. Sakurai was really cute with her hair let down :P Thought we'd see more of the training camp but they rushed through it in a single episode. The classic firework and BBQ end to the camp, Sadly there were no huge fireworks in this one. So Takeru knew Riku and Sakurai from before, Interesting :o. No wonder he immediately went to Riku when he learned he had to recruit people. Takeru got a matching shirt XD Pretty nice that the guys at Honan and Saisei get along, Almost every other team they faced had some issue with them,Based on the PV the next team seems like that as well. Looking forward to the race next episode. |

| So it is training time with Saisei in their state of the art stride training facility with all the modern equipment and stuff. The Honan guys now find out the reason behind Saisei being so good. Their training schedule was intense. And they ended this training session with each of them getting better, even Sakurai got better with her relationing. Lol Yagami's table tennis skills. And Fujiwara either has had a past interaction with Sakurai and Yagami and the two don't remember, or the two in their flashback were similar looking kids – but I'm inclined to believe it's the former case. Now the real tournament will start. Hopefully things will get exciting. |

| Some lighthearted fun before they get back to racing. It was nice to see everyone enjoying themselves and just having a good time. Looks like we'll see Riku's brother in the next episode. |

| This episode made me think of Haikyuu a little bit: a rival team which they have practice matches with,similar(somehow)summer camp,friendships between opponents, always losing to the rival etc. |

| I was going to say that finally this episode had Sakurai actually learn more about being a Relationer and actively trying to improve herself instead of constantly watching the other team's relationer work, but the PV for the next episode seems to have her go back to her old ways. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If you're going to go through the trouble of introducing a character and attempt to make them relevant then, at least, you could have them be useful. Otherwise, Kadowaki would be a better fit as Honan's relationer. Sakurai has potential but it's been 7 episodes already (out of 12, yikes) and she's just starting to become more capable in her role. The writers could have done better with her. |

| okay but did they literally wait until right before the end of summer to fix rikus running posture? if they couldnt notice such a blatant gaping setback like that then honey you got a big storm coming...theres no way they can actually beat saisei im gonna be mad if they do because honans such a mess omfg you can talk about "building the relationship between runner and relationer ugu nyaaa" all you want but they havent progressed in terms of running capabilities. riku obviously goes full out in the beginning and is unable to maintain his speed but no one on the honan team has helped him like it got so bad that their enemies ended up fixing the mistake for him. so honestly what even? |
| An amusing and uplifting episode! Lots of fun. I especially liked the piano/strings piece at the end while they were playing in the water (is this Free? lol) Next ep looks... dramatic. |

| More relaxed episode this time, and it was fun to see most of them get riled up on competition (even when it's not racing). Interesting that Takeru seems to have known Riku and Nana in the past. |

| Haha this Episode was quite funny. Now I don't want to stand next to Riku while playing table tennis XD And if Takeru knew Nana & Riku from his childhood it would make sense why he stared at them in Episode 1 during class. |
| Lmao I like how Takeru got so close to Reiji the first time they raced when Honan was losing with quite a margin, made it seem like his top speed is more than Reiji's. But here, he's slower than Reiji, like they have this constant gap. Maybe it had to do with his adrenaline rush, but oh well. Nice training episode though. |

| funny episode overall XD that facility looked amazing to me...no wonder they are so strong XD and i didn't expect those two were his childhood friends.....that is interesting yet feels sad... next episode will be interesting :D looking foward to it! |

| It was really nice to see them just hang out and have fun for an episode. So much drama (forced or otherwise) in the last few episodes, and the rival teams always seem to be full of cocky d-bag sore losers, so seeing some jolly camaraderie with another team was a nice change of pace. The serious discussion about the food though. 4/5. Looking forward to getting back to the action after a refreshing week off, both for the team and the viewers. |

| Saisei's budget for their Stride team is woah but then again they're like some popular idols who generate the income I suppose. More backstories pl0x. Also, this anime is so gay but why didn't we get a hot tub bath scene :( Sakurai is basically an extra in this show. Next episode looks fun I hope. |
