| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. Do not ask for subs and do not ask or share links to copyrighted material which includes streams and downloads ---------------------------------------- Welp, that turned out to be what I had expected although the OP song is surprisingly catchy. It took less than 5 minutes for Lux to find Lisha in the baths just like the LN. Except he is also in the women's bath with like some 20 other girls. Lux's voice has a girly-like tone to it, might have to get used to that. Animation looks fluid though. Nope, I don't expect much from the show but the girls are adorable.  Action reminds me of IS style type of fighting. Inb4 BD removes the censors. |

| Lux is such a lucky sukebe :P That said, I've got the LN on my phone and have been reading the manga for a while now. The story seems to be flying at breakneck speed though, and there really hasn't been much development with any of the characters like there was for the manga. World building thus far has also been quite minimal. You don't even get to see how popular Lux is with the general populace here, and I really cannot fault anyone who deems the girls generic, since they really haven't showcased any character in them all episode. That said, there are plenty of flashbacks in the manga and probably in the LN as well, so I cannot wait to see how they jump around with that in the anime. We'll see how this goes I guess. I cannot say I'm impressed at all. |

| Gakusen S2 came early. Animations and art is decent. Guilty pleasure of the season, even if it's generic. It's literally Rakudai and Gakusen all over again :(. Still fun though. 3/5 |

| Not bad, I knew what to expect so I was pretty satisfied. Still enjoyed the old man's advice about what to say to girls. Don't know how to feel about the VA's for the two former royalty. Would like Lux to be more calm and indifferent when in a Drag-Knight. The sister I was hoping for more of a Kirino-esk voice but without the tsundere. |

| The beginning sequence was the most interesting thing to me but other than that it's okay I'm curious to find out about this Black Knight as well as whays the deal with Lux and his black sword plus why Lisha has that crest Action was okay too I suppose, this kinda reminds me of IS in terms of how the fights are but dem bath scenes tho |
| Oh god... This episode was pretty brutal. For some reason, I think that thought that this was the once-mentioned spin-off of Rage of Bahamut: Gensis. I love my generic, mecha-action harems but even this one was a bit too generic for my "refined" tastes. I'll give it a couple more episodes to see if anything comes of it. At least the animation looked great!! |

| MC sounds about 10 and add in a hyper tsundere and we have the generic harem of the season. May stick this out for a bit to see how bad this gets. oh and the OP is awful. | Imo it seems more interesting than Asterisk War, so I wouldn't call it "the second season of Asterisk". I didn't expect this anime to be something original and unique, I just hoped it would be nice to watch in spite of being generic - and I must say I'm rather satisfied. The art is okay, the characters look pretty, and even tho this first ep isn't anything I've never seen before I still didn't get too bored while watching it. The only thing I can complain about is MC's voice and personality. Especially the voice... but I guess I can get used to it. |
