| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A lot of info dumping again this episode by the Sage of 6 Paths regarding chakra, rinnegan, ninja, Madara, etc.. One interesting name that popped up is Kagura though. I guess it was fun seeing the tailed beast gathering though and Sasuke as well as Naruto made up their mind. Mm, Might Guy powering up and really giving a show with his most powerful moves. The ending was actually pretty thrilling! Too bad it wasn't enough to defeat Madara. Poor Guy. I feel bad for him D: |

| Well that was the moment i been waiting for finally, we finally get to see Sage of the six paths naruto. Unfortunately the studio really does not care bout this series any more, such epic moments and the animation was really terrible, the choice of music was not even fitting for these moments. Also is it just me, or does this episode feel as though it was actually rushed a little bit. I remember the manga extended certain things just a little bit, like the heart beat of guy and the torch going out. in the anime it was like all of a few seconds. And whats with the damn filler in the beginning, they should of used that time, to improve the pacing of the episode. Might guys battle i remember being a little big longer and i don't like how they cut the screen to him just laying there all torched up. No transitioning in between scenes at all, its like the studio didn't even put any effort and just wanted to rush it as fast as possible. Either way, back to fcking fillers, are you kidding me?? lol. my god. Well at least its only a two part filler special. I got to say though i honestly am starting to get less and less excited for this ending arc, the budget is on the lowest scale that its ever, been. This is just really unacceptable. EDIT: Well found out it will be a double episode next week, so we only have 1 week of fillers, that back to canon.... hopefully |

| The first 15 minutes was... insightful but the last 15 minutes... about time... been waiting for Night Guy. My days, will they ever give up on fillers? Every time things start to get good... BAM... fillers. Urgh. |

| Well, clearly the animation of the "night guy" was way better when guy opened the Eight gate. The only thing which was disappointing is that soundtrack they picked for this epic most moment which clearly didn't fit. -Anyway, it looks like when these fillers will be over. Naruto Shippuden will get quality animation just like bleach's last arc which is done by same studio. |

| OMG, 5/5! Naruto and Sasuke get probably major power-ups from Hagoromo the Sage of the Six Paths! Naruto get chakra from all nine Bijūs, even Son Goku himself. Then nice moments from the start of the Kakashi and Might Guy rivalry. Might Guy really surpassed Kakashi. With all his power he nearly kills Madara. But in the end a little twist: Might Guy won't die because of Naruto. |
| Don't say that you have just save Gai?... The entire battle was very exciting. Gai's last technique was really but really impressive! He had became his last chakra into a Ryuuji but thanks to Naruto he's might don't die as soon as everyone was expecting for. ^.^ It's a shame that next episode will be a filler from Naruto teaching the Rasengan to Konohamaru but it still gonna be interesting to see it, I hope. ;) |

| enjoyed the rest of the reincarnation talk, still not a fan of the whole "btw you are the reincarnation of ashura time to unlock some super powers" too bad next week is a filler episode that breaks all the tension again. guy's final attack was pretty good |
| It was alright, could have done without the flashbacks my god, -__- and again with the fillers jesus christ wtf! this is why i stopped watching this show a year ago, i swear theres fillers every 2 canon episodes, i'd take a 10 minute powering up scene (dbz) over these boring azz fillers smh |

| I was actually looking forward to Naruto and Sasuke waking up, seeing as what happens to them afterwards. Truth be told, I was hoping we would get to the "big reveal" this episode, instead of week-after-next(hopefully). As someone who doesn't care for Guy all that much, I'm glad his fight is over. Maybe now if I want to see that fight, in the future, I can look it up on Youtube, without all of that damn filler(I'm talking about the filler scenes during the flashbacks). Next week is more filler! And--what's this? It's about Konohamaru learning Rasengan? Bad placement, bad timing, and bad for the viewers. This episode should have been done during the Pain Invasion arc, when he used the damn move, instead of an arc where he doesn't even appear. I'm not going to drop Naruto: Shippuden, because I've invested YEARS into this whole series(about nine, or ten, to be exact), but I've already seen in website comments where people have said that they're through, due to the hideous amount of filler they've been adding to pointlessly extend the anime. If this is any indication of what most of the populace is thinking, Shippuden may be nearing it's end whether they like it, or not. |

| Well Guy vs. Madara is over. Too bad the animation wasn't as good as I was hoping it would be. And just FYI, most of the flashbacks were in the manga (I think there were some that weren't) so they technically weren't fillers. And of course, another dumb filler episode next week. Give it a rest Pierrot, this is why no one likes you -_- At least it's a double episode so hopefully it gets back to canon after next week |

| A rather excellent episode. Guy's 'Night Guy' move was purely epic, although the song choice didn't match the battle at all. The animation, although still not as great as it should be, was a decent improvement from the previous episode, which was thankfully needed. Guy's veins during and after the attack was a nice touch though. =D |

| So I fail to understand the logic in building up the climax only to have it ruined by a filler, dropped this shows rating to 7 since they keep doing this. It's kind of sad if you think about it. If you're going to do a filler do back to back episodes that way the suspense doesn't fade, in two weeks from now when the actual episodes from the main story airs it won't have the same feeling. TL;DR: Get rid of who ever is in charge. If I the author of the Naruto manga I'd be pretty pissed off with these stupid fillers added in that's ruining my work. |
