| AMAZING EPISODE!!! :) So much to say! I just simply love all of it. The characters, the storyline, the OSTs , the opening and ending, just all of it! GAHHH!!! Seriously one of my favorites as of now. I love it when Tanaka threatens the other team and Hinata is behind him repeating the same words xD and we all know Tanaka's face expressions are priceless. Its hard to dislike him really. That spike Hinata made was absolutely marvelous~ And now we have a character that is shorter than Hinata? that's very interesting lol . This is going to be good! |

| Oh, Jesus. Don't tell me the VA for the Great King is the same one as Hisoka's from HunterxHunter. Too many unwanted associations. They're both sadists, too. (Edit: OH NO, FOR IT IS HISOKA. Same VA is in Baby Steps, but his character is different enough to not offend.) Hinata's squeaky voice will never not be endearing. ♥♡ Next episode looks to be exciting, what with the introduction of a new member. He's a shorty, too! *solidarity bump* Forgot to note: favorite line at the end, after Hinata interrupts Kageyama's perfect serve, he calls the receive not just a failure but a home run. So great. |

| Wow, Hinata's final spike was amazing. So much chills with how fast he moved to the other side and spiking it with his eyes open aiming directly at Oikawa. I love it when he completely focuses. I loved Oikawa's theme, it was so damn fancy but getting me pumped at the same time. Tanaka is awesome with his expressions as well. Raticate said: I disagree. The point of the scene was to establish Oikawa as a threat. It was established how good he was with the serves enough to show that if he was in there for the full game, it would have been way harder to win. The only reason he lost is because Hinata surprised him.I felt Oikawa's part of the game was rushed. His introduction was supposed to be game-changing and really put Karasuno on the edge, but this situation lasted less than ten minutes, making it seem like a minor obstacle. This is a minor complaint though, and I blame it on the nature of the transition from weekly 20-page manga to 22-minute anime. |

| I really like Oikawa. They added some interesting elements to his personality and didn't make it the typical " popular guy type " . His serves were amazing too. HE was a good sport too and even acknowledged Hinata's abilities too. Hinata antics were funny as always. Heh, I like the relationship between him and Tsukishima, it's amusing. Good for Kageyama ! He owned them ~ heh. Ooh, next preview excites me. I can't wait to see what this new guy's like. |

| I'm glad they won. I really don't like Oikawa and his smugness so I wanted to see him get beaten. But they're right that they still have a long way to go. Seems like the new coach is gonna be like food shop guy. :D I like him. Also this new character seems awesome. |
 I'm surprised they actually won :O I thought they were gonna go for the usual "were not strong enough to beat them now but we'll beat them tournament" route. Awesome stuff. |

| That was an awesome final play. Hinata made first touch on the ball, then was on the other side of the court in time for his spike. When Take-sensei gave his little speech, there were 2 or 3 people in line that werent even on the team... or are there more players they havent bothered introducing?... Telling from that phone call, it seems like the blond store clerk might be the new coach. |

| Episode that gets hot very much at the beginning of the narrative, but also not bad after the atmosphere, satisfied. Addictive but fun, a mix always enjoyable to follow. Drawings and animations very good, come new grafts in the cast, I love it. |

| This episode was the bomb. Way too many awesome moments to count: dat Kageyama/Hinata combo, dat Oikawa serve, dat Takeda over-inspired speech, dat Kageyama non-apology to his former teammate. Every-fucking-thing was on point. And boy, that last recieve was beyond perfection: did Best Boy possibly just make his entrance? |

| i'm a little late comenting on this anyways it's better than saying nothing. with this episode it becomes clear that hinata and kageyama could make a great combination. in the past hinata hit the ball only because he tried instinctively and relied on kageyama but in this match he actually watches the ball and strikes it on his own behalf. also a new character gets introduced whom i'm really looking forward to because he appears to as interesting as hinata at first glance. |
