Loved the "When watching TV" bit at the start. Loved 8-bit Tama and her actions. Loved the old-style gaming. Loved the hammer and blood splatter. Loved Gengai's soy sauce invention. Loved the animation of inside Tama's body. Loved 8-bit Tama in the ED. Loved seeing Ginpachi-sensei again. Loved the preview of the next episode. Loved everything about this episode. |

| Ok now this episode was epic and original, i loved it all! lmao at how they change the ED with a pixelated tama, and the classic games' tunes. I mentioned this before, but this is one of my favorite ED because it features all the females in the anime. love it! |

| The beginning loooool sleeping is not similar to watching TV Tama. Such pixelated Tama is not good for my eyes. But from polygons to pixels...lmao. Pixels are classic...I agree. So she caught a cold? What kind of cold is this? A naked Tama. Probably the second time we see fanservice in Gintama. The way Gintoki got stomped by the hammer was cringeworthy (ofc it was fake but still). Gengai is such a troll though, I like this old man haha. Pretty awesome Ginpachi sensei class, I'll try drawing Gin someday. :D |

| He was once an adventurer, but he got an arrow in the- Ok, I admit, this was bad xD SO a new arc begin. It was surprisingly fast. It seem promising, the concept can be pushed pretty far. I must admit that my heart skipped a beat when Gintoki was hit by that hammer :O |

| There's potential in this plot. When i saw polygonal Tama all i could think about was the music video of Money For Nothing, so after the episode i rewatched it again. That final 8-bit theme was a good touch. |

| rewatched with italian dub, and immediately aware that this will probably be hard to top as the best episode of this arc. Forgot how amusing was the argument between older and newer generations of gaming represented by Gintoki and Shinpachi, and agree with the former about deceiving cover art for titles from the NES days and appreciating "and you" in the ending credits. ...another weapon with soy sauce support? Really? But... still funny. |
