| I for one thought this could end up a mainstream'ish hit after finishing the LN. So far the adaptation isn't the greatest and the content they have to start with is pretty lackluster. Like what has been repeated already Volume 4 is where it drops the cliches and all the good stuff starts. Especially the action, the plot thickens and so does the "PLOT" too. Lewd LN illustrations |

Lewd LN illustrations The author was a noob so it's normal he got inspiration from other animes/light novels he had seen/read, during the LN you can see that he is improving novel by novel and he himself admit's in the afterwords that he was unsure where to follow with the history in the beggining and that he thinks that the first volumes were below in quality compared to the latest ones, he also said that he didn't know how much lewdness to have on the series and that when he first wrote volume 1 his editor said to ramp up the lewdness and then it became almost full blown hentai and he had to scale it back down again, having changed changed it several times before publishing and now it comes more naturally, that's why i really hope the make a second season and animate the latest volumes, they are so much better in everything compared to these first ones, i mean it's almost like a different story with an entire different setting and a plethora of new characters |

| okay. i'm okay with the ecchi scenes but other than that, most of all, it was generic or cliche as fuck or maybe you can call it cringey. tbh, i don't like this episode. and where the character development went. it felt empty. i mean, well, it was going pretty well but it was empty. i didn't feel anything. so i was like "meh....okay...." and when the cliche words came in, i'm like "r yu fcking kidding me...not this again" moreover they were trying to make the scenes looks realistic by moving the camera around but they failed badly. so, IMO, this episode isn't really that good. but! i will continue watching it regardless of all of that. |

| All you talking about novel made me want to read it but is it even close as good as Highschool DxD novel? This episode was best of all so far :D I liked how deceiving Aine was, it is normal human behaviour, to get own gain:) The ecchi as great, the fights were also ok, that ultra weapon was too op ;d but if compared to earlier episodes it is not something that would surprise me ;d It is hilarious how long he hold back to not jump on her :D |

| Most of the talk between Aine and MC-kun was pretty damn boring, The fanservice was okay, though the animation was kinda lacking. The enemy girl looks most interesting so far tbh. |
