I'm usually following anywhere from 2-15 shows at any given time.

I'm a new anime watcher. I used to binge-watch entire seasons back to back.

I'm experimenting with trying to keep up with series as they air, especially since the new season began last week. So my current watch list keeps getting bigger.

In my spare time I tend to watch large chunks of a show at once though, or stick to the same show if I only have time for one episode a day.

I wish I had the attention span and internet connection to deal with multiple anime at once.
I find myself enjoying them a lot more if I'm not distracted by anything else though.
As long as I live let there be no anime that I rate a 10.
Perfection must be unattainable.

Only 1 finished airing show+1~3 airing show. I don't like watching too many anime at once.

It's funner to watch multiple at a time so you can occupy all your free time with just anime!! You'll never get bored xD

I have to watch at least 5 different shows at a time. No matter how much I may love a series, if I marathon to many episodes in one go, I just end up getting bored. I need different anime in-between in order to hold my interest.

I enjoy watching multiple shows at once. Taiga (tracker) is an absolute godsend for keeping track of the anime I watch.

I have a bad habit of starting new animes, when I'm like halfway in one. And sometimes it leads some shows on "on-hold" for shorter or longer periods...

I watch a lot of airing anime at the moment and I still have to finish a bunch of stuff I started months ago.

Yes because sometimes I have a problem just watching the same anime one episode after another, so I watch a few episodes of some other series.

Right now I'm watching 7 shows. 12 might be my limit. I tend to focus on just 1 or 2 shows if they have a lot of characters or a really complex plot.

Right now, I'm currently switching between Fairy Tail and Inuyasha.

I can't just stay focused on one anime. I have to watch multiple ones.

I feel like it can be impactful when you focus on one anime at a time but not to the point where you are getting tired of it and you force yourself through it so you can watch a different anime.

I try to stick to 1 at time (excluding the airing anime of course) but I lose attention way too quickly and I often end up watching 3 or 4 non-airing anime at the same time

I usually stick to one anime at a time, airing or completed. Otherwise I'll end up overwhelming myself with how much I want to watch and end up not watching anything.

What. The more the merrier. It's just that this season, most of my airing anime fall on the same day which sucks.

I prefer to watch several, preferably on-going series. But I am quite spoiled so I don't have that many. I want one to watch for dinner everyday but I recently completed one huge saver for those precious moments... so I am having some trouble atm :/

It's not that hard watching a lot of shows at once, it's just a matter of how you fit it in your schedule.

I watch multiple at once but I hate it
but I still do it anyway because it adds flavor to my anime watching
just going through one series at a time makes watching anime seem like a chore

but then again
if you watch enough anime in a day, it seems like a chore anyway

Normally, i watch around 5 anime that air during the season alongside alongside 2-3 older series. I save the rest of the anime that are airing during the season for later so that i can repeat the process again xD

Because some seasons are better than others so if the summer season isn't that good, I'll still have anime that aired during spring which were really good, to watch!

Aside from seasonals I watch/binge only one anime at a given time, I don't move on to another anime unless I have completed it or dropped it.

This season there isn't anything that catches my eye and don't care for shonen or isekai, but normally I watch a few every season.
