| Dammit Akane, you're so useless. Can't even save your friend when given the gun to do it. I don't particularly like it when anime kill off characters like that girl. Especially when the death feels so easy to have prevented. Glad I'm not one of the people who had to wait such a long time for the next episode to be released. |

| I really like how this series manages to having such a gripping storyline whilst also have some philosophy underneath. Lots of good questions about how you judge someone and how an automated system would judge them too. Really well done episode, shocked me in a few moments too. |

| The duel was nice. But the real thing came after. I had a feeling that Shougo won't be judged by the Sybil System, because he isn't killing using his own hands, but even when he made a kill, he's pure white.. not sure if Deus Ex Machina or Sybil System workaround... In any case, I like very much this scenario - to kill him, someone should do it on his own will and in that case he'll become just like him and probably - a criminal according to the Sybil System. Tho Kougami wouldn't feel bad about doing it, I guess. And btw, we're halfway already. |

| I agree, Romeo, (LOL). It's almost as if Shugo was asking to be killed. As Yuki was her friend, I'd be interested to know why Akane's hue didn't change or respond to her fear of her friend being killed. Is she similar to Shugo that it can't be registered? BTW - I loved Masaoka in this episode, he is so the voice of reason. Can't wait to see where it goes from here. |

| Why Tsuyu, I think you might just have caught the lead plot here: perhaps Akane's hue doesn't cloud either, just like Makishima's. They both are somehow an exception to the rule. Interesting. Yuki's death did shoot a little bolt in my heart - the poor girl did not deserve it. Makishima's a maniac. The ending was powerful. Ps. Oh loved Masaoka's head butt! |

| YUKI is like the cutest, best looking character in this anime for me [currently on ep 13]. They should switch her character as main female character in the anime. I was sad when she die. DAM PSYCHO_WORLD SETTING -_- Nothing to more expect from the author of Fate/zero/staynight and madoka*magica...the cruelness anyway...DID anyone notice she had a crush KOUGAMI? If you watch carefully, you notice she fall for him after Kougami shoot down the dude with the shotgun....she said she want to become a latent criminal just like Kougami ^^ yuki voice is cute...sound similar to someone... | Okay I lost some respect for Akane... she knew her friend was going to be killed and she did NOTHING. All she had to do was aim the shotgun at him confidently and wait for the others to arrive ( I wouldn't shoot at the sake of killing Yuki) and if things went the wrong way and he killed Yuki, Akane could have at least killed Makashima afterwards. But she let her best friend die and the biggest criminal out there escape; smooth. Still doesn't change the fact that I love this show though! |

| whoa that actually made me flinch and i did not even flinch in higurashi no naku koro ni but i woulda aimed the dominator at the hostage because her psyco-pass would have gone up and then at the last second switch targets. i love makishima he is awesome, and the fact his psyco-pass went down to zero when he killed her was a great adition |

| And so he just killed Yuki D: I know it is a hard task to fire with a gun that directly kills people, but why didn't she try? I would understand it if it was for a random guy and she just doesn't have the courage to dirty her hands and go against her morals.. but it was her friend! and she only seems to have 2! I guess it will be important for her character development and she probably will be able to dirty her hands (at least a bit is what I wish for).. but why did such a cute and nice girl have to die?!? Makishima is able to do anything as he pleases without getting too dirtied.. It's really unfortunate for someone like him to have this feature (depending on the standpoint.. for him it's great of course.. <.<) I don't really want to know how many people he already killed directly and indirectly.. fucking bastard |

| Goes to show how reliant they are on the system. If she were to shoot him, I think she would have probably been accused of killing a civilian by the system, since his crime coefficient was so low. She couldn't do anything outside the boundaries of the Sybil system. It's a really flawed system, and akane is a flawed character. I can understand why she didn't shoot. She definitely has a lot of room to grow. This is what happens when you're too reliant on so something. Also, that's kind of mean, only giving her a shotgun to kill him. |

How can he even have such low rating even when his killing intentions are purely visible oO? The fight before that was also quite epic especially when Shinya blew that dude's back off! Quite sad the girl got killed, she was actually a nice supporting character! This show sure gets better by the episode! |

| It seems that the dominater coefficient gets lower as he gets closer to doing the crime. Its like it has the opposite effect on him. So if he tried being a good person, his coefficient would be high? So hes the flaw in the system haha. |

| The inspectors really do just use the psycho-pass to judge. If it decides, they feel it’s the right thing to do. This goes back to what Kougami was saying – how he doesn’t hesitate and just does what it says – this was before he met Tsunemori. Since Makishima hasn’t committed any crimes and his mind is pure, the dominator doesn’t recognize a problem. Tsunemori was too weak to make the decision to kill on her own and so her friend was lost because of it. This is on top of the fact that Kougami was injured while under her jurisdiction. Even though the acts that Makishima commits are atrocious, the idea he is trying to spread isn’t. The people of that world have lost sight of what it is to make decisions on free will and their own judgment – this can be easily seen with the way Ginoza operates compared with say Masaoka. |

| This anime has a knack for successfully building up the atmosphere in order to make a scene as gruesome and disturbing as possible. The part where Makishima held the knife to Yuki's throat and the Crime Coefficient registered as 0 was the most powerful, showing how powerless their justice system was against him. This scene really brings up a good point with the whole idea of what justice really means. |

| Ah that headbutt Shinya received it must have hurt. Makishima...he's growing on me. Really. He made Akane look so helpless and useless and I have to admit I enjoyed every little bit of it! I knew she'd miss because no way she'd kill him off with those shaky hands of hers. Shame Yuki died though.. |

Makishima was testing her to see if she'd shoot and risk (the odds were against her completely) killing Yuki in the process in the name of justice or to back down. He was too close to Yuki and a shotgun's fire range would've taken them both out no matter how good her aim is. |

| Wow that ending had my eyes watering. Personally I think that whilst Masaoka was attending to Kougami, Akane should've done what Masaoka did with that communicating device, contacted the others and then waited for them one of them to go with her. I can't help but think if she hadn't gone alone she wouldn't feel so guilty about it (it also risks clouding her Psycho-Pass) - and even if she went with one of the team and didn't catch Maskishima before he could leave with Yuki, at least that might not have provoked him to kill Yuki and maybe Yuki would've been kept as a hostage and they could save her the next day. |

| So far this is my favorite arc in the series. I'm confused after watching episode 11. I really am not sure if she done the right thing. First, she have to choose between her friend and her duty. Second, if I am not mistaken, taking a gun to shoot someone is illegal. This is dead end. I think the ending ended well. Although my sister and I hate her so much! |

| Poor Yuki. =( Made it that far and then... It seemed like the group was going way too slow. I guess they wanted to have has many facts as possible before rushing into things, but meanwhile Yuki and Akane were in danger. :/ Truth is, I can understand how Akane must have grown up to be the way she is, but I am still utterly disapointed that she couldn't get it together enough to save her friend. ;A; She still has a long way to go I guess... Also, how come they heard Akane's scream but not her firing the gun? There is no doubt in my mind that Makishima is a disgusting piece of trash, even if I do agree with some of what he's said. There are better people out there who have the same ideas, even if they can't do much right now. |

| that was Sybil system's big weakness. In the end, it's up to the person to judge and make the decision. anyway, even if Akane managed to shoot Makishima and killed him, it would probably affect her psycho-pass really bad. Oh well, i hope she can recover from the trauma.. too bad her friend had to die like that. |
