Pretty much have to just treat it as something entirely separate then. I'm too indifferent though to really be concerned about the cast, setting, and such for this Western variant.
To be brutally honest, nothing in particular! I'd say the Sangatsu no Lion sequel, but that's a few seasons away as we speak. Maybe Natsume S6, but that one lost momentum with me. If anything, I'll know when I actually start on this season, but unfortunately I'm simulwatching shows with someone else here and have to wait until set days to get to those.

One of them in the rakugo sequel is already airing. Other than that, only the Lyrical Nanoha movie comes to mind. I'm just going in blind with this year and watching whatever whenever minus shounen and ecchi-harem shows.
Yup! It's the ultimate driving simulator available on a console. Thing runs circles around Forza, Gran Turismo, Project Cars, and pretty much any racing game not named Dirt Rally.
I've been playing a lot of Assetto Corsa lately since I have my rig all set up. I give props to the people who can actually drive all these cars fast in real life! And don't worry about inactivity my man. I've been all about that with anime as well.
Yeah, it started to fall apart after maybe the first third when the first major character gets retired. The show couldn't figure out whether it wanted to make the war or the character subplots an emphasis. Freyja and Hayate's individual stories just got kicked to the side while the same battle routines continued to dull the experience. Windermere was just trash as an antagonist force and some of those nobles were just irritating to hear and eventually look at.
The Fall season looks like a mixed bag, but I do expect some shows to be personal favorites of the year so I couldn't care less about the season as a whole. Hopefully one of the new premieres can make some noise though, because it's been crickets or murmurs for me to start this season.
