| I love the new sequence of the opening, when I saw the opening in the first episode it was so incomplete. there was no animation, it was almost like an ending. This episode though it really felt like an opening and it's wayyyy better that way. This episode was like the others, pretty entertaining, I really like those character design. |
| Really good episode. The noodle eating scene at the beginning with such hot weather was torture. I really feel for Kokonotsu there. I don't think noodles could make me endure that, no matter how delicious they are. The swimming pool plan was actually pretty well thought out, but I guess you should be able to read those giant signs that are right at the pool. Also I totally bought Kokonotsu's dad working at the swimming pool at first, since it doesn't seem like the candy shop has a lot of customers. Didn't expect him to actually go this far with Hotaru's plan. I like him as a character, because he has pretty good chemistry with Hotaru. |

| Can't believe they didn't dig the jacket with Hotaru's swimsuit. Personally, I thought it was the sexiest pool outfit I've seen in any anime ever so far for males and females. Anyway, this show makes me really want to consume things.;; Really cute ED this time around. |

| I am getting SERIOUS Koufuku Graffiti feelings from this show, especially with the music, food themes and so on. The show is improving a little in my eyes, not as weird as the first 2 episodes were. Also, SayaXHotaru otp. |

| Eating hot food on hot days... not my fetish, but we get to see sekushi sweaty Hotaru, so it's all good. The pool part isn't very fanservice-y, though Hotaru is totally rockin' that look. There are candies with edible wrapper as well in my country, though I usually unwrap them. Saya sure easily impressed with dagashi's trivias, though she probably also happy to have female friend. |

| Is it just me that OP felt like Subete ga F ni naru OP? Some of the parts felt average to me. Ohh, i had eaten that rice paper dagashi. Nostalgia!! Interesting explanation to 7 colored dagashi. The Japanese are good in entertaining kids and they also have creative ideas. ED Song: 4.5/5 2.8/5 |

| I judged Hotaru by the poster, didn't expect her to be so whacky. So far, this is a little too much forceful advertisement, personally wish they would dial things back a bit and have other non related snack moments as well, but it's doubtful. |
