| When Hijikata-san Was On Top Of The Car And Stab his Ken in The Bad guy Body...Someone Shout "Shake Him Off"...I Think It was Funny Because of The Situation...And Those Eyes...Toshi and Sogo eyes Was Drawn So Different I...Think it was Weird...Anyway...The Shinsengumi Had Their Moment...The Story Progress So far that The Word "Amanto" was Rarely Mention anymore...I got a little Teary as well... |

| I wonder why Hijikata is acting so much of Tsun in front of Mitsuba. Daaaamnit. So much feels. I want to cry right now. Kondo and Sougo's conversation was so much FEELS inducing. ;_; Kondo, Toushi and Sougo are the best. And Toushi fighting off the Joui members while Sougo was speaking the truth about him, damn that was really sad. Toushi couldn't really accept Mitsuba because Toushi knew that he could die any time. ;_; Gintoki went tsun mode again saying he was punched by a gangster but in reality, he was listening to Sougo's story all this while. It was good to hear that Sougo considers Gintoki (along with Toushi and Kondo) his important friend too when he said "he ran into three terrible persons who became his friends". So Mitsuba was Toushi's first love? Damn, they'd be such a cute couple. >_<!! Loved that scene when Toushi was blushing over Mitsuba. Loved that BA slash by Toushi. The way he killed Kuraba and destroyed the car was AWESOME! BUT WHY SHE HAD TO DIE???? Poor girl, she was made to be Toushi's waifu. Why did she die? ;______; I was sobbing like an idiot. The second time I cried while watching Gintama. And even poor Toushi was crying when he saw her dead. ;_; Why are you playing with my feelings Gintama. |

| The end was too spicy (T-T). Hijikata is the definition of awesome. Since the beginning, he only thought about the others. Okita knew it, but he was still mad against him. The ending with Okita who was crying was so touching. Great arc, I love Gintama. Kondo is a truly good friend. |
| Oh why?? Poor Sougo...I cried so much, how the f am I gonna jump to a funny episode after this one?? I hope there will be more Shinsengumi focused arcs like this one. |

| Such a fantastic episode. Tears, Tears everwhere! Poor Sougo and Hijikata! Opi-chan said: Fun to be you, huh?I hated it. I don't understand why there had to be stupid romance in it. Made me like the anime a little less. I'm glad he didn't end up with Okita's sister. I would have dropped this anime immediately. 5/5 |

| Even though I already knew what was gonna happen since I was spoiled ages ago, I still cried a river like a blubbering idiot. Seriously though, this arc was handled perfectly- I find a lot of anime deaths over the top and a little cheesy, but surprisingly, Gintama really came through here and was pretty realistic. Things don't always have a happy ending, and you don't always reach out to the ones you love in the end. :'( Poor Hijikata and Sougo!! |

| I watched episode 86, 28 days ago. Yet Gintama just feels as amazing as it always does. The feelings the characters can bring out always amazes me, like I've known her for 2 episodes. Only 2! But it feels like I've known her for quite a while. Well done. Also cutting a car in half -.- Ok man tone it down. |

| Wow, what a sad episode! Poor Sougo! and Hijikata was in love with his sister too but wanted her to have a normal life, bless him! although maybe they would have been happier together. Who knows. Gin and the rest helping Hijikata was nice! Hijikata on top of the car and then stopping it with his sword in the wheel and his shoes! lol. Cutting a car in half with a sword though ... I was like literally "I really don't think that could happen" lol. I know, Captain Obvious thing to say lol. It was sad at the end with Sougo and those beautiful final words that his sister said to him ;________________________________________; |

| Ugh, them feels, the ending was spoiled for me but it still hurt. Goddamnit, Toushi. You don't make a lady wait for you. Not with flimsy "hard-boiled" reasons like that. No wonder Sougo dreams about murdering you, I'll be rooting for him from now. Gin-chan was the true hero in this arc, for me (well, that IS his role, come to think of it). His timely interventions :') |
| I would argue that this is the best episode/arc in Gintama so far. So many feels and so much backstory. |

| I just love Sougo's monologue in the hospital with Gintoki pretending to be asleep, it was very touching. It's a sad thing though that Mitsuba and Hijikata weren't able to talk to each other in her last moments. |
