| Took me a while to watch this because Netflix LUL. Crunchyroll is always so convenient for me, but I finally hunted down fansubs for this one. Definitely lived up to my expectations. No idea how it's physically possible for the dragons to transform into ACTUAL fighter jets, but hey, this is an anime about dragons, so can't think too hard about it. |
| In my opinion it wasn't that good of a first episode considering I feel like I've seen something pretty close to this before in How to Train Your Dragon, but I'll definitely give it a couple more episodes to see where it ends up becoming unique |

| Didn't expect to like it as much as i do! best first episode this season even better than megalobox... The script and dialogue is sooooo good, i love how the character interact with each other, and oh my god Hisone is sooo awesome, i 've never seen female MC with a personality like her. what i love the most is how believable the world was, there are dragon that could change into fighter jet and stuff but the world is still believable as in i feel like it's something that could happen in real life, that's only possible if you have a talented writer in your show i guess... |

| Great first episode! The pacing in the first half felt a little rushed, I would've liked to see some more world-building before jumping right into things. Still, I guess there's still room for that later on. The art is really nice, too. The character art is unique and appealing, I like the retro style of the linework, and the hand-painted look of the backgrounds. BONES also comes through on the animation front, as expected. Characters are great so far, as is the voice acting, which is cheery & fun, while not being annoying. Definitely gonna be watching more of this. ^_^ |

| Yo was just randomly looking at the seasonal list and saw bones was doing some sort of chibi dragon jet hybrid anime then once i saw the ED i was sold ,this episode was fun and strange but also funny i'm just sad i'm only now hearing about it thanks Netflix keeping fansubs alive :/ will now have yet another show to watch, i liked it curious to if their actually gonna fight since it's the JASDF it was clearly shown how not active they are lol it's pretty peaceful. |

| I was actually dying to watch this but glad to watch this now that it's on Netflix it looks gorgeous on my television. I wasn't sure if the premise was gonna carry it when I heard about it months ago but it surely is stellar on episode one. Hisone is a great main and I think the supporting cast will do well to be fleshed out along the way. Not to mention Bones putting their all into the animation and art. Good lord the flight scenes were breathe taking alone. |

| It was alright for a first episode. It got better, when it stopped being about vomiting (and other possible bodily functions). The other pilot is really annoying. I enjoyed the part, when she spoke her mind and actually interacted with the dragon. The way in which the dragon is piloted is interesting, but still silly. |

| Interesting start, I'm intrigued. Hisone getting mad at everyone and ranting about everything was quite entertaining to watch. Let's see how the next episodes will be like. |

| That was one hell of a first episode. Sure, it felt a bit rushed but I kinda like how it wastes no time to get really, really weird. Animation is great, art style is neat and Hisone seems like a really charming MC. Looking forward to seeing what happens next. Hopefully future episodes don't require so much speed reading though. |
