| LOL. Miyata running away from Ippo and Ippo thinking he's cool at his hairflip. Too funny. Love their relationship. XD I have to say that I would like Vorg to win, but I want Sendo to fight Ippo again. From the end of the episode, looks like Sendo will overcome Vorg since he saw him dragging his foot. Hmmm. Intense. Two of the best fighters facing off against each other. :D |
| The fight is not over. Vorg had difficulty to walk at the very end, that's what Sendo saw. Takamura doesn't seem really popular after hitting women :P Ippo was kinda depressed, but I think that it's good for him. It's the only normal thing to be deceived after a defeat. |

| phh another stupid writer setup. Not the match, the match is great, even thou the outcome is clear, that the writers want that Sendo is going to win. No what i meen is, that IF Date retired he's belt, Ippo woud be one of the challengers for it, since he was the last challenger to Date and he just resently beat both Sendo and Vorg, meaning he woud rank higher than them both even thou he lost to Date, Ippo shoud and woud be ranker 2nd, But nooooo either Vorg or Sendo has to win the belt so Ippo is the challenger, so it can fit in to the writers way of that Ippo is the underdog and rise to win the title, since if it bin a fight between Ippo and one of those two for the belt, he woud be the favorit to win. So insted the writers go plot stupid, so Ippo is the underdog that rise to occasion and win. I liked this show alot, until the last 10-15 episodes, where the writers start to go plot stupid. And i hate plot stupid, only time i dont mind it is in pure comedy shows, where there isnt much plot anyway, and yes this show does has humor, but that is as a side part. That above and the writer has become predictable and keep follow the same rutine, with Ippo all beat up but win, except the Date fight wich was clearly to see severel episodes befor he was going to lose to something stupid. And so easy to see they follow the same pattern as the Rocky movie in this show, he win even thou he nearly loose and is all beaten up and so on... IF he has such a strong punch and is the hardest hitter why is it that he always look 10 times worse than the oponent after the fights. Sorry the writing just start to bug me in this show.. to plot stupid predictable, the last 10-15 episodes defently dropped the shows quality from bad writing. |

The ranking system is a mess, and even more complicated in the top world circuit with IBF, WBC, WBA, WBO, other rankings, bla bla. I'm with you, things should work like this, in Ippo, and more important in real life, but it doesn't always work like this, and yes the writers benefit from that for letting Ippo to stay as the underdog, but hey it's the only thing that we can't blame the writers, because there has been situations like that in real boxing. I'm not against your comments, in fact i agree in your complaints, especially if Volg loses against Sendo which would be BS, even though i really like this show. |

| Another good ep. Nice to see more Miyata in it and sharing his moments with Ippo. I like that there are several likeable and interesting characters like them, Zangief and Sendo. This fight is very intense. Zangief is very close to getting the belt. But that last scene with him dragging his feet and Sendo seeing it makes me think that the match will flip its course and the latter will win. I like Zangief as a fighter more than Sendo by the way but as someone said for some reason Sendo looks to be more of a rival to Ippo (prob because they're similar fighters?). I'm wondering if we will see Hayami and Saeki again, specially the first, who seemed to be a rising star too. |

| Understandably rushed since it didn't involve Ippo but still very good, actually think Sendo might win this, the preview almost seemed to hint at that with showing Vorg together with Ippo, almost a kind of 'I'll come back stronger scene'. |

| Ippo finally revealed his true feelings towards his loss and his frustration was real. I know that hindsight's 20/20 but it's good that he was able to find a hint on why Date was able to withstand everything he threw at him since he can use that for next time. Sendo vs Volg is a powerhouse dream match and it definitely shows! Seeing how strong they've become makes me surprised at the fact that Ippo's actually beat both of them before. |

| ippo get frustuated was good, finally his character has some "darkness" in it. the talk with his mon was great too. LOL at that answer machine, takimura... myata running away from nurd ippo was LOL too xD and sendou doesn't seems to give up. very expected fight from that last scene. |

| Ippo is on his journey to redeem himself for his loss but it takes a toll on him mentally. He watches Sendo vs Volg match. Volg manages to hold his own and eventually gets sendo down. |
