It looks like it was Eriri who started it. Utaha actually wanted to be a bit nicer but Eriri just wouldn't buy it. Also, the garasu-don was good. Scary Utaha is the best Utaha. Anyways, it also reveals that both of them admire each other even though they wouldn't admit it. Lol'ed at Eriri almost losing it thinking Utaha would make some boys show up and making her go through you know what happens on the rooftop in doujinshi :P. Also lol'ed at the part where Megumi fixed the shoulder strap of Eriri's bra which was visible. :D |

Utaha's beautiful tights. Eriri with her hair down. Utaha teasing Eriri. Eriri losing her wits. Utaha losing her temper. Eriri's ojou-sama mode. Utaha's joou-sama attitude and ofc Megumi being Megumi — plain and simple like she is. What was there not to like in this episode when it reveals Eriri and Utaha's first encounter and then continuing from the precious season on how the two of them only come to an agreement when it has anything to do with Megumi? |

| Hmm, so the real story begins now. Thought it was kinda interesting to see Utaha and Eriri's past when they first met. I mean, from the start, the two already have a rocky relationship. The love triangle between the two and Tomoya is slightly amusing although I'm more in favor of Utaha here. I have a feeling those two will be bickering a lot over little things his season. Idk why but the pacing feels kinda slow so far. Hope it picks up soon. Also no Michiru at all this episode. I hope this season will give her more screen time. |

| Did they ramp up with the style in this season? I remember the first season having stylish shots but not to this extent. The OP itself had very cool visuals. First season was decent for me but not more than that. This one will likely end up being the same for me. Megumi is my favourite, then Eriri (don't kill me). |
| So glad to see this show back. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy this season just as much as the first season! Seems like this episode pretty much focused on Utaha and Eriri's first encounter. |

| ok. a good start 4 season 2. faces are a bit unexquisite, but overall animation is perfect and very comfortable. girls side is rather interesting. eriri and utaha see each other more like, u know, admired artists rather than competitors somehow. thats not surprising. yukina is the no.1 fan of kazuha. its quite funny to see them saying "childhood friends are rarely the outright winner""elder sisters can never earn the love of mc" or so. i think they should add an offscreen voice from megumi:"ok u both are right, thats why im the main heroine." this episode gives me a thought. what a kind of lamentable animal females are! only 4 the love in her heart that could impossibly come true, will she pay her work 4 a man who doesnt love her. meh... overall, i give this episode 5/5. thanks a lot 4 the high quality production. also thanks to the fansub. hope the season 2 blu-ray would sell well, so the LN can get fully adapted. p.s. senpai prpr, elder sister saiko! |

| Been waiting forever for the second season and well, that was a nice throwback episode to get us back into the groove of things. Classic Utaha vs Eriri and now we got to see the genesis of it all :O I don't know if any new elements will be introduced this season, but I'm hoping for some fireworks. |

| A decent return for this series, kicking things off with some backstory on how Eriri and Utaha met each other. The first season was average to all right for me, so I expect this season to be pretty much the same. |

| Interesting how they adapted Girl's Side Vol 1 instead of going straight to Volume 5. Pretty bad how they adapted a lot of things out of place though (just like Season 1's weird order of adaptation of important scenes). Their meeting wasn't at the rooftop in the morning, it was near Eriri's art room after school during the afternoon/evening. Skipped out on some interactions and didn't show how much of a fan Eriri and Utaha are really of each other (to the point of die hard fans, though they hate to admit to it). This is very important to the story and should have had more focus and adapted more parts of it. Seeing them adapt Girl's Side Vol 1 shows that they intend to end at Volume 7 for sure. Can't wait for the waifu wars and the mass discussions this season will have for the anime fanbase since the LN fanbase also went crazy after Vol 7. 3.5/5 episode for me. Maybe I'm being a little harsh but this is literally my top 3 LNs of all time. |

| I liked the backstory showing how Eriri and Utaha met. Megumi is still as chill as ever. The fanservice was tame for an "ecchi"; shows like To Love-Ru may have raised my expectations too high. The art quality was top notch, as usual with A-1 Pictures. Overall, not bad. 5/5 |

| i predicted that this sequel.. will have an interesting plot.... My Sugar Eriri <3!! and conniving seductress Utaha-Senpai are surely... getting along in the past... <3! Both of them are arguing their related works... A Rivalry between a Ero-Doujin Artist and a LN Author... Don't Forget our Heroine Material or should I say The "Best Girl" Kato... in the show.. Best way to start an episode ^^ |

| This was one of the first airing shows I watched when I got into anime so I'm excited to see more of it now and see how my opinion of it's changed if at all. I remember when this first got announced for a second season and thinking how far away the release date was and now I finally get to watch it which is really cool. |

| Best girl Utaha-senpai and Eriri could have been friends if Eriri didn't start the nonsense fight. -___- But I still like this episode, and hearing Eriri calling Utaha "senpai" is music to my ears. I honestly really want my 2 best girls to get along. Oops, make that three, since Megumi is a best girl too. >o< |

They already realize that they have lost, since Tomoya favors Megumi a lot more than any of the other girls. Everyone in their group knows it, except for our "Mr. Awful Thick-headed Deaf Protagonist" and probably Megumi. All this bickering between Utaha and Eriri is now no longer an actual fight over Tomoya, but just their way of expressing their friendship, especially for Eriri, since she's too much of a tsundere to be honest and straightforward with Utaha. So might as well go gay for each other. That's the only logical choice left for them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |
| Reasonable enough episode I suppose, with the whole thing being worth it for that little it of character development at the end. That aside, this show doesn't really change much, but that's not exactly a bad thing. Still, let's see where this goes for now. |

| This episode was better than the entirety of the first season and it did more than the first season itself. Looks like a good sequel for now, I'm hoping it's keep going like this. Also the opening looks just so artistic, I love it. |
