| Good episode, not as funny as the previous but still solid and heartfelt at the end. There was one shot of Shiori at the end that looked kinda off, but that was it. The most unrealistic thing in the show so far is them letting Shiori dive immediately like that without several hours of courses, quizzes and pool tests beforehand. Poor Aina :( |

| Oh man the quality dip was noticeable, some off looking scenes but it was still a good episode. I ended up liking Shiori in the end and wouldn't mind seeing her again sometime in the future. |

| The little sister is dangerous. Comedy Gold but it does have its cheesy moments, Iori sees right through Shiori. It would have been nice to keep her around, sadly she went home already...but I guess it's fine so Kouhei won't have to suffer any longer hahaha |
| Loved the episode. Shiori did a complete 180 by the end, and her inner monologue was pretty hilarious throughout. Still, I'm glad she ended up accepting her brother. That said, I'm still curious who's inheriting the ryokan now, haha. That aside, Iori, seriously? Who pokes their little sister’s chest like that? And he didn’t stop there, he even made fun of her cup size. On top of that, he didn’t seem to realize how rude that was. Dude, you're like 20 years old, you’re already an adult. How can you still be so clueless? |

| The gift that Shiori brought for her bro lol. Still she sure has quite the malicious side to her. Though i guess for the sake of her goal she has to. Unfortunate that her plan failed but it would be nice to see whether she discovers an interest in diving after trying it. |

| the animation is realllyyyyyy dead/awful. tbh, it doesn't seem like they bothered with it at all. it being one of the funniest mangas oat and them getting the comedic timing right are the saving graces. also, wholesome funny episode saved it ig!  damn, 0% similar fr. cooked |
| yeah visually this episode was off but at the same time the important part is the comedic timing which still feels masterfully adapted, I will admit this is also just one of the weaker chapters in the series on top of that but the weakest grand blue chapter is still pretty good, its the difference between laughing a few times versus a constant barrage. |

| Not my favorite episode, I'm glad his sister did not stay longer than one episode. The other characters are more fun than her. |
| @Yotsuba84 No, the animation is not the same as usual, Yotsuba84. Yes, the entirety of season 1 and this season are quite lacking when it comes to animation, but this episode specifically feels completely different. This is similar to the jojo's franchise with part 4 having the worst animation in the franchise because the "filler" arcs were outsourced to DR.MOVIE, a company in south korea I believe. There are comparison videos and websites you can check if you don't know what I'm talking about. Yes, I read the manga up to the latest chapter and no there's no animation there. Just as anime can be carried solely by its animation, it can also be carried by the voice actors, dialogues, humors etc while having very minimum animation. Just sayin' |

| Borderline 8 (close to 7) - the first seaon was 8 almost 9 for me. Might be that over the years (and with the long break) my taste changed a lot. I could not find any hard laughs so far. Maybe it will get better again with the next episodes when I get more used to the chars again (I know the exagerrated facial expressions made me laugh in S1 a lot - but this did not really happen here. At least not hard/often. But they also seemed to happen less often.) I will definitely stay with the full season since I liked S1. Might be an impact for the decision to decide further seasons (S3) if I do not start to like it more again. Would be good if they could aim for something longer - like a subplot spanning a few episodes. So far it was introduction in ep 1 (seeing the chars again) and the sister in ep 2 (which will return I guess). But something interesting at the university or with diving ... should start. (Where they of course can fit in the usual stuff with drinking and nudity.) |

| I like how they sort of flipped the obsessed sis trope and instead she was embarrassed by him, although by the end it seems like she might be liking him a bit more after she saw the group he was part of and what they do. |
