| Yuri troll filler....worth a 2/5 because they did new animation (of inferior quality) for it. Next episode was done by the original director so it should be better, then we can read the manga and dream of what it might have been... |

| Personally loved it. Sure, maybe it's not the best thing to do with only two episodes left but don't really care. It's not like an extra episode would have done much anyway. Besides I like Kano so there is so many worse things that could have been done. Was fun. |

| I kind of love how irreverent this has become to the whole cliche high school love story of Arima and Yukino. It's not like there aren't an infinite number of alternatives where focus is maintained. It's fun to not no what to expect. |
| As a standalone filler, it does its' job just fine (save for some design choices that no one in the audience will get), with touches of greatness here and there (i.e. the first minute or so). As a continuation of an romantic plot, it doesn't do that universe any favors. |

| They should've placed this episode way earlier not as the for last episode... It was a nice episode focused on her sisters but to be honest nothing really more than a filler... To the looks of it nothing will wrap up in the last episode as there way to much development lacked for the next episode being the end, although lets see what it has to offer! |

| How the hell can this anime go from awesome to really bad in just the matter of a few episodes? It's as if they didn't care anymore. I haven't heard many good things about the last episode either, so I'm probably going to pretend that one of the earlier episodes was where it ended. :T |

| Sigh, I'm just ready to finish this show already. This episode was okay. I've been wanting to learn more about the sisters, but this was underwhelming to say the least. I was hoping for something similar to the arc for Yukino's parents. That was gold. Didn't like the change to the eye designs, just too much inconsistency as they experiment with every other episode. It's sad how this went from a daily delight to a chore that I'm drudging through in hopes that it'll finally be over. It sucks too because the past few episodes were actually really good up until 24. I just hope the finale does this some kind of justice, I really don't want to end KareKano on a bad note. |

| Back when I watched the series I neglected this episode since it is filler and I was too interested in the main story by itself. So yesterday night I changed my mind and gave it a chance. Well, FLCL vibes all around, even the artstyle shifted in that direction. Really easy to tell this was directed by Tsurumaki. The story was rather meh, but loved that ending song. |

| Felt like I was watching a completely different show. Outside of the fact that it doesn't feel like Kare Kano at all other than the characters having the same name and the designs being kind of similar, it was an okay episode, pretty boring actually... even if you forget that this is the penultimate episode to a series that still has a multitude of unresolved plot arcs, character arcs and sub-plots to finish. I feel a bit silly complaining about the lack of focus in the play arc now. |

| This episode was terrible. Not only it was plain bad, it was absolutely pointless. Why the hell would anyone put trash like that right before the last episode. The whole series was getting kind of stale and boring towards the end, especially with school play around (probably the worst HS anime trope) but this is was so bad it's hard to think of it as anything other than creators taking the piss. |

| What is up with all of the complaints on this thread? I liked this episode since it actually diverged from the main plot, which was getting redundant. You can thank the lord they didn't make this one another experimental episode, or worse, a recap of previous events which had transpired in the show. Overall, I liked it, it was nice. |
| Great episode, the only 'bad' thing being its timing (it should've happened earlier), but anyway I really love Kano and Tsuki and enjoyed an episode dedicated to them with yuri subtext haha. It's obvious that the main story isn't going to tie up, the show adapts around 1/3 of the manga, so even without this episode we couldn't have gotten a clear ending anyway. I'm just enjoying what I can. To be fair, I was expecting Asapin to be the stalker all the way until the end x) By the way, Katsuichi Nakayama (animation and episode director of this episode) would later work on FLCL https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/people.php?id=3696 No wonder the characters look so FLCL-ish (or rather the other way round, since FLCL came out later) |
| Completely out of nowhere, we get a side story about Yukino's sisters. Honestly, it's not anything to write home about. I guess I have a better idea of Kano and Tsuki's personalities now, but I can't help but feel like this was a timewaster. Next episode is the last one, and between Yukino/Arima, Tonami/Sakura, and the play something is going to have to get the short end of the stick. I think it's going to be the play, which is disappointing because I was really looking forward to it. ;_; |

| Agree with the opinion that this was a weird choice for the second-to-last episode, even by being aware in hindsight that the anime adaptation was cut way too short compared to the manga. Even if Kano and Tsukino were always favorite characters (and italian dub made them even more likable). Nice ending song. Not expecting too big things from the series finale at this point. |
