| Aaaand done ! This episode's first half was so touching, I already was emotional because of Ishigami's episode and this one made it worse. I can relate to Kaguya. I want her friends. Give them to me. NOW. Oh and that second half was super fun as always. Overall I liked this season more than the previous one ! A bunch of scenes made me laugh out loud, some others made me teary-eyed, and the characters are so lovable. I still have issues with this show (the mood sometimes switching way too abruptly or some characters lacking development, among other things), but it was very good so I give this season an 8. Actually it'll be a 7.55 but since I can't use the decimals, I'll be generous. Now I'm looking forward to the next season ! I hope it'll feature more of Hayasaka who really grew on me, provide more development for Miko who has potential but has been underused in the entire second half, and of course some serious development for Kaguya's and Shirogane's relationship because it is starting to get a bit old, especially since the whole mind game thing has completely disappeared due to the characters being more shy than actually proud. @mavericko Argh no here goes my cover !!! Actually I really might give it an 8. I'm in an intense state of hesitation. Well if season 3 is when things get serious, I'm all for it ! |

| Cell phone and balloon blues to end season 2. I've still technically never owned a cell phone in my life. And balloons? Well who could forget Bowser's Big Blast or Balloon Burst in the early Mario Party games? But I digress....Season 2 of Kaguya-sama was about as good as season 1. I'm a manga reader and have been since before the manga went weekly so I knew what to expect. This particular batch of adapted chapters had Iino's introduction via the election which admittedly I was never too crazy about. It also had Ishigami's dark backstory which was excellent. My personal favorite chapter adapted this season? Probably Papa Shirogane trolling Kaguya at the sports festival. So yeah, another solid 8/10 season. Definitely looking forward to some of the potential highlights to come when the manga material for season 3 gets adapted. :) |
| I have to say, what a fantastic way to conclude such a fantastic season! This season did a lot of things better than its predecessor. Not saying the first season was bad, because it absolutely wasn't. However, character development, humor, soundtrack, animation, romance progression between Kaguya and Miyuki – almost everything about the second season was a step up from the first. An easy 10/10 for me. Anyways, I'm really excited for the third season! |

| If FMA is the best action anime - kaguya sama love is war is without question the best comedy, this entire fucking season was fantastic and the first and the story and the ending and the credits, animation, directing, the voice acting, the sound and music and jokes and writing, its fucking molds together so damn smoothly I can't help but compare it to FMA - including the fact that the dub is as great as the FMA dub - its fucking fantastic! This entire show deserves a 10/10 a damn 11/10 if I could give one! It's in my top 3 anime and top 5 cartoons of all time! |

| guess this is kind of an unpopular opinion but I enjoyed season 1 much more than season 2. Not exactly sure as to why I even feel that way. Maybe I felt a little burnedout because I binged both seasons immediately. That could be one of the reasons. I didn't like the introduction of miko, neither any of the episodes that focused on her. Last few episodes have been quite decent so that kind of saved the season a little. The first half of this episode was so good. I just couldn't stop smiling |

| Good finale. A bit too heart warming and feels like we didn't really had that moment where Kaguya wanted to force Shirogane to confess his love to her. Damn, seeing Kaguya being broken like that. Even though it was only a phone. She still treasure it as her memory.  At least she finally gets a new phone and can finally join the new generation! The balloon scene was funny. Did it really blew up the whole academy :O I also learned some new science! I do remember about that trick with Tangerine/Orange dissolving the Balloon. I think I did an experiment like that in HS. Finally done!!! Glad I waited on the BD's to finally watch both seasons!! I love how the CV/Seiyuu credits are included in the ED. They are the original one and only voices afterall and no one else matters. Now time to finally watch the OVA Swimming! S3 is coming next year so it's going to be a long wait! 9/10!! |
| Wow they end it not focus on the love story. But that balloon is funny, I didn't expect that school explode in OP get the episode. The ending was epic, GG Kaguya-flat is justice-sama. New phone and asking Kaichou Line without hesitate is the strane of Kaguya. I like this show ! |

| they ended that season with a blast. literally. mfs blew up the whole school and everything around it but seriously what a WAY to end a season that was great, god there's so much i want to say about this ep but it'd basically be the entire 20 minute dialogue. great ep, great season, cant wait to watch the next one. | I thought the phone story would have been the best story to end off this 2nd season, but I was quickly proven wrong. Really loved the way this 2nd season ended and I mean REALLY. The last story was so hilarious, Shirogane's father-son story, only to chicken out at the end and Ishigami having his development just for nothing, like the narrator said. Great moment, made me like Miko even more. Now, that phone story was actually sad, ofc they put that heart-breaking OST again when Shinomiya realized how important all her photos were and I almost cried as well, seeing all of them go, all those memories BUT THEN, all of her friends sharing those memories back and way more, without a single one left out. Made me feel really happy. Even if the comedy felt better for me in the first season, the story made up for it A LOT in this sequel, so much that it's basically tied with the first one. Loved it, made me feel a lot of sadness and tears, I don't want to see them go and I'm really waiting for that 3rd season. Gotta watch the OVA first. One last time, amazing season!  |

| that was a great finale. expected nothing less from this show!!! kaguya losing all her images really hit home because the same thing happened to me, its very upsetting. glad she finally got some new pictures haha the balloon game was funny, starting to like miko a bit. the end was great, im really excited for season 3, ill probably wait to binge it though. i think theres just an ova then im caught up…sad, i miss this anime already |

| This episode was hilarious; a nuclear fallout due to a balloon exploding is something I wasn't expecting but definitely enjoyed. It obviously didn't feel like a finale, though, which means there surely will be a 3rd season (confirmed by the time I'm writing this). The Student's Council members all get along really well now. I love that too! |

| Great finish for another awesome season of the series, this season not only introduced to new characters but uplifted and continued to developing older ones and the electon and sports arcs really were peak of this show so far, I think if people really say that season 3 will be even better than previous two I completely believe them since theres still insane potential left around here. I just really love these series and can't wait for that damn third season to finaly show itself |

| I didn't like it before, but now I actually appreciate ending off the season with a bit more light-hearted episode to cool off after experiencing the weight of the previous episode. Plus, everything with Kaguya and her phone was quite touching. I thought the were going to go to war again for a second, but then Kaguya straight up asks for Shirogane's LINE ID. I think that's what most of us wanted after several long hard fought battles; to just get it done and over with. Hayaska even got worried for a minute there when Kaguya wanted the same phone model, who didn't care at all, because she had just lost the photos which captured all the memories she made with the council. Shirogane creates a group chat, where they all in turn start sharing photos they've taken themselves, bringing Kaguya back to life. And they finally take a group photo all together; the first one they've taken. Honestly should've end on that note, and put the balloon pumping segment at the start of the episode. Wow I must've been a saint the first time I watched this because the dirty joke COMPLETELY glossed over me there at the start of the balloon pumping segment. How tf did I miss that, especially with Chika continuously displaying the hand motions. WERE SHIROGANE AND ISHIGAMI ACTUALLY THINKING THAT THEY WERE GOING TO- you know what, never mind LOL Ok so Chika says you have to pump it with both hands, which in turn renders Kaguya's coping mechanism useless. But what difference does it make if you pump it with one or two hands, the same amount of air is going inside lol Giant balloon stronger than Ishigami's backstory and even Miyuki's dad's words of wisdom Also I didn't mention it in the last episode because that would've killed the mood, but those balloons at the end of episode 11 were kind of SUS This last episode destroyed me over a year ago because I wanted MORE ASAP, and I don't think there was a S3 announcement during that time. I think it came quite a few months later. BUT NOW, ULTRA ROMANTIC is right around the corner, literally just a number of hours away. Fuck. I'm ready. Hit me baby |

| This is a tough episode to end S2 on... and I have delayed this for too long, in part because knewing the source material I was in no rush, and I wanted to watch the GJM version till the end. I honestly had to rewatch S2 again to get a feel for how everything fit together in 12 episodes, should be scored. And really, after ep11 they were going for a nice momentum, but while I enjoyed the drama of the first part of ep12, the precessor is just that much better, that it eclipses ep12 first half. Thankfully the later part of this episode was a great way to send off S2 and I gone back to recheck on the manga (also needed to re read some stuff since i was on chapter 150, but forgotten too much stuff, and wanted to continue reading the manga)... Comparing to the manga, the later half of this episode... the anime is way better here! This is what sells the adaptation, it is more than a simple one, the top quality staff pulled their height with season 2 more than ever, more than season 1, the OST and OP are also top quality. But the manga is the most complete work by far, the anime just skips too much for my confort, when I m just a big sucker for the manga, this was why I could NOT give S1 a 10/10, despite adapting many chapters I do consider a near 10 on the manga, and adapting them, sometimes better than the manga, YET, S2 is getting a 10 from me, after rewatching I m more than sure, though this final episode lessen the desire fro me a bit. 9.5/10 = 10 Cant give higher than 9.5 because S3 is going to be even better if they dont fuck it up, gotta save it for that, but what is here, apart the skipped content (that I want to see adpted on OVAs!!), the creme of the top, S2 adapts most of the top chapters from the timeline they stuck to from the manga, and many of them are even better in the anime. You start S2 with so much style with Hayasaka making her moves, such finess, that shit was never that good in the manga, I do feel the drama scenes from the election and Ishigami past werent able to surpass the manga source, but they were just as good, but a lot of smaller comedic scenes and acts had directing that took it self apart from the source, enhancing it further, showing creativity and lots of love and care put into this. So far into the series, yet the battle for supremacy on love is far from over, and while I already started S3, those that stick with the series are in for a treat. Bless the adaptation of this manga, when this series ends, it will have left a mark for many. |

| The last two episdoes were more serious than expected, but they ended it with the usual hilarity. And the fight continues of course haha Another strong season of Kaguya-sama, with some really great serious episodes mixed into it as well. I laughed a lot and while I wasn't quite sure about Iino at first, I think she's a good addition to the gang. Ishigami's growth this season is also quite remarkable. 8/10 |
