| Overall I liked this episode. The party was a nice touch. I wonderd what he was up to. I didn't mind the humor at all, then again most of it was Japanese Humor and just like English humor not everyone gets it. |
| Ufff, the anime is dropped the quality like a bomb. The comedy stuff, I would pass it, but the presence of moritani ruin every attempt to enjoy this. Moritani was a good "evil" character, but acting like nothing happen with kotoura is nonsensical. I'm sorry, but i can't enjoy the show with that decision (even if it was part of the manga). |

Kotoura's mindreading gives an additional boost to these The anime also does a great job in animation. and shines in character development. Even the head priest, whom, in episode 1, I thought would be just another background character or another "scene" where kotoura's mom tries to "cure" Kotoura ended up being a very important character Same with the grandfather, as well as the re-introduced mother, whom i bet could also become an important character. The OP and ED songs are also great,too In fact, this could be up there with my fav. anime of all time, Falling just behind Hyouka, and tamako market. Falling somewhere around 3-6th place. |

| The jokes don't make me laugh. But I prefer this to the clumsy drama this show displayed on many occasions. Redeeming Moritani that easily really annoyed me, and after what I saw from the mother in this episode. I bet I will also be very upset when she will eventually be redeemed. |

| Moritani's way of studying was pretty funny how can you even study with so many people around you like that. Kotoura's mother needs someone to blame and she does so on her daughter while her husband is more at fault here tho. Kotoura might have been a catalyst that there family fell apart the father would have probably cheated at some point if Kotoura was a normal girl as well. I hope mother and daughter will make up at some point tho. |
| The OP made me happy but when I saw the mother in the OP I instantly remembered the last preview. All the pain that I think the mother will bring in. Ofcourse I'm saying this before seeing the episode yet. Omg the food, what did it do?! Laughting out loud seriously :)) Bleargh the mother had a serious mental breakdown... And aww yeah, she is doing her best to break through the wall her mother left behind. And to fill the emptiness that her mother took when she left. After all great episode 5/5. Looking foward for the next one. After thoughts: Loved the scenes with Kotoura saying her mom was watching her, also the head banging she actually acts like how a person would do (Mori). Was a little sad that because Manabe "ignored" Kotoura, she had that flashback.. |

| The effects of Moritani's cooking was quite comical and I thought Manabi taking on a summer job so that he could get Kotoura a present was sweet. Overall, this episode was pretty good in my opinion, though I still hate her mother. |

| I really loved Muroto's eyes <3 LOL @ '' OH MY GOD'' . At first I hate Moritani but noww she's Mori Mori !! and I laughed the food effect :D Happy Birth Day Haruka-chan ! Manabe was funny and pervy as always This anime goes well . Drama + comedy( Balanced) = 5/5 |

| So glad I decided to start watching this show. It's unbelievably enjoyable. I'm really having fun with it. Or maybe that's just Manabe in a bear suit. Either way, I am pleased. |

| What the hell is in Moritani's food that makes both him AND her like they're either friggin' drunk, or high (or even both)? I loved how he literally gave her a taste of her own medicine by shoving her own food down her throat. Beats having to tell her the awful truth, that's for sure. I'm perfectly fine with this becoming an ever-increasing perverted comedy. The drama isn't completely gone, but most of the serious stuff is either resolved, or handwaved away. I wonder why the priest invited Haruka's mother to watch the scene at the beach. it's clear she hasn't changed one bit, and is still blaming everything that went wrong in her life on Haruka. |
