| Well, it looks like 2B and 9S are assigned to deal with A2. And lol, they did add fishing into this anime, as it was part of the game's gameplay mechanics. This episode felt very game-like, with the communications between the higher ups, the mission, exploration, etc. 9S's voice acting is underrated imo, as I feel like they did a great job at protraying his character in this episode. |

| “This information is classified”, I swear this line was so repetitive it pissed the hell out of me back then. Anyways with the commander phrasing A2 as danger, each and everything about YoRHa is getting fishier. I liked how they arrived at the Flooded city on the pretext of finding Jackass to inquire with her about A2, though we got more than that with 2B and 9S taking a slight breather from all the hard work and actually having a simple conversation over nothing. They’ve been with each other for so long, but this might be the first time we saw them being this easygoing. Good for them but I’ll take Jackass in swimsuit ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) They changed plenty here, going straight up with the capture of 9S. No big boss battle in the middle of a huge ass sea this time around. Though even the capture felt too simplistic or rather it was 9S who was so easy to deal with. |

| Looks like they're skipping the Grün fight, just like they skipped the second Engels fight. Honestly, probably a good thing. It'd be episode 1 all over again, knowing this anime. |
| Given what happened to her team its not that much of a surprise for A2 to turn on her commanders. Having Lily take up the role of commander of the resistance now makes much more sense given her connection with A2. I also like how unlike in the game there's more of a reason to visit different zones as well. But the sinking city sure provided some nice moments. With the best being the chance to see 2B's eyes. Not to mention what led to 9s getting separated from 2B. |

| Other than the bs delay news, Nier stans ate good today Closest thing to a beach episode we’ll get in the Drakenier universe lol. I like how A-1 have added so much anime original content to make the series easier to consume for newcomers, while still holding true to the general story of the game. Making A2 part of lily backstory is a good example. Dunno why 9s went down that rabbit hole by himself tho 😂 Oh yea and they played Kaine/salvation, one of my fave tracks See y’all who knows when, could be summer by the time this comes back  |

| Quite a well directed episode today, with the scene at the sea, I like how 9S touched on how they were designed like humans, so maybe they can do the "unnecessities" like humans do. Enjoying the characters more and more with each episode, 2B and 9S have nice and distinct personalities. Quite a cliffhanger there where Eve not being able to feel Adam's presence anymore. As for the delay, it's fine if the show can improve when it resumes again, like it did in this recent stretch of episodes. I feel like this delay is going to be much longer than the last one though. |

| Every time this anime goes to a new location I get hit by a wave of nostalgia from the game. The way they adapted the sunken city location was absolutely phenomenal! It definitely exceeded all my expectations. The way they changed things I think is very good. And the way they adapted Ending K was ingenious! My only complaint is why TF this anime keeps getting delayed?! So sick of this. |

| very nice post-apocalyptic beach episode. loved the first half and the horror-esque ending with 9S. 2B removed her visor once again, showing the beauty of her eye(s). apparently, we have a delay :(( |

| Absolutely a beach episode, which turned into a somewhat horror episode towards the end there, with 9S first peeking into a "classified" conversation and then coming across Adam who seems to be running around 9S, probably trying to enact a horror story he read somewhere. |

| I'm concerned with the order of events. This anime has done enough to earn the benefit of the doubt, but I still have to ask myself how they're going to weave in the crucial Adam and Eve scenes now. I'm very excited for the next area though, it's definitely one of the best in the game. Almost as good as the amusement park, but much easier to adapt. I suspect that the next episode will be fantastic. Sucks that we have to wait for it longer than usual, but hey, we made it once and we will make it a second time. On another note, I LOVED the scene where they took off the blind folds. It really shows that these characters aren't as simple as the archetypes they're modeled after. 9S is so precious every time he takes a moment to enjoy the world. Again, as usual, the original scenes knock it out of the park. Side note: Anime Jackass is best Jackass. She really doesn't have the patience to do a hobby like fishing. Finally, it's good to see more of the exiteable 60 and the stoic 210. They convince me that YoRHa chooses the operator-soldier pairings based on comedic potential xD. |

| Jackass wearing a red bikini... Something that I never thought of asking, but I'm VERY happy that it exists! XD Along with sexy Jackass and operator 6O amusingly going into fangirl mode after seeing 2B wearing a lunar tear on her outfit, this episode was pretty peaceful. The flooded city does look desolate and a shell of its former glory after how much damage it has taken during the ongoing war against the machine lifeforms, but seeing 2B and 9S relaxing by the sea and even taking off their visors, led to a tranquil moment between the two of them. 9S is in a bit of a pinch with where's he's gone. He did get through the Bunker's security to overhear the commander talking to her superior, but he had to bail when he was detected. However, he's in an area where the signal communications are jammed and a figure is running circles around him. Either way, it'll be interesting to see what'll happen next, as some events in the order that they've appeared in do differ a bit more now compared to the game. Having said that, it sucks that the anime has been delayed for the second time. It's a shame, but I don't want to see a rushed effort, so I'll be fine as long as this delay gives the staff more time to finish the upcoming episodes and the best quality that they can achieve in the time given. |

| Goddamn, they really nailed the very creepy feeling the game sometimes has, they even used that creepy track as well, the track that scarred me multiple times. Kainé Salvation and lunar tears 😭. Ah yes, the mackerel ending lmao. Never thought that we'd ever see Jackass in a bikini, but here we are. Man, I love that they're also adapting some of the side quests from the game, whilst making it not out of place at all. Though to be fair, these side quests are perfect ingredients for pain later on. The most painful thing of all though, is that we're fucking delayed again, but I can see that the staff is clearly passionate about this project with how good this adaptation is so far, so I can gladly wait however long it takes. See ya'll again later, when it's back. |

| Another fantastic episode. I wish that part with them in the water was in the game but I'm thankful that we're getting more "in between" parts. The flooded city was one of my favorite parts of the game to just do nothing but take in the game so I loved this episode. Just finding out about the delay through reading the comments. I sighed at first but hey, I'm okay with waiting. I usually go back and re-watch episodes anyway. |
