| I must say, this episode introduces new elements to this series that is more interesting than the other episodes with the idea of the Goddess Trials. Oh and it's kinda obvious that Rose fell for Cid at this point. Her hands were all over him this episode. Seems this episode also sets up the stage for a lot of events for the arc. |

| What a perfect adaptation of Volume 1. We begin Volume 2 with a new story arc! Epsilon is another girl that was bought to Shadow's idealist plot but won by the nature of boobs for some reason. Also, Beta making up her own Ikemen story about Cid, her fantasies are far and wide. Eta with the large wrench, what the hell is she doing lols. With the terrorist attack, Midgar Academy takes summer vacation early, and the Sacred Land of Lindwurm, sure is a place to go for all the good stuff. Such as the case of the Midgar sisters Iris and Alexia, with the latter head to the Goddess's Trial. Nu entertaining them with not just food, but clothing as well, and for some good reason, it has to be thongs lols. The fanservice in this episode is drooling, VERY drooling, coupled with Alexia's kabedon to Iris to win Cid's heart. Rose...definitely has fallen head over heels with Cid and trying to convert him to the religion from the Divine Teachings, but it's clear that the background character doesn't give two flying effs about it until they reach the place. Rose having a pension for her favourite author Natsume, which is clearly Beta in full plagiarism mode, it's almost too hilarious to call. As Cid wanders down on his minions eating ice cream, stopping the assassin with a single stick, that's the epitome of fantasy. And with Epsilon the Precise, Cid can finally start his sortie. The new story is just beginning... |

| Such a hilarious episode. lmao It has that normal and random atmosphere which really toned down the bgm and focuses more on the characters interactions. I thought this was going to be a fan service but it's probably not. I get to see Alexia and her sister buying lingerie with Gamma's recommendations and she's so cunning for some reason, I'd really like to know what she's thinking while recommending stuff to her... LOL. Alexia's line is so unreal, I like it though and then they added some kind of wall slam in the... They really added so many tidbits of the girls daily life which makes this episode more wonderful to watch which were a bit lacking in the past few episodes. Eta (Adult Version) slamming on the wall while half-asleep was so cute... OwO Rose... seriously, has fallen in love, with Cid even though it was a misunderstanding... I'd love to see how this plays out... >.< P.S. For some reason, it feels like they censored Beta and Epsilon's arguments earlier... with that *come here kitty, let's play~* (IDK about the LN but it feels like that but their VA's make up for the lack of scenes) |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| Boob jokes, panty jokes.. and I mean good panty jokes and then the usual monolouges. Nice to have the comic bits returning after the blood bath we went through last few episodes, though this episode had its share too, kinda. Also wait Cid, atleast learn how to pronounce the english title, you're protag for god sake. |

| This was a really weird episode, but in a good way. It always cracks me up how Cid thinks Rose is some religious freak trying to convert him. There were some random shots of a member of SG playing with a cat, i guess the director wanted the scene of Beta and Epsilon to be more than just the typical "haha booba" anime moment. Or maybe he just likes cats. In either case, it was a based decision, cats do improve everything. Alexia and Iris' scene was... something. It almost felt like i was watching a different anime for a moment, but it do appreciate some eye candy since i'm quite horny rn. Eta just randomly hitting a wall made me laugh really hard for some reason lol. The tiny scene of Delta sleeping was cute. |

Rose has fallen hard for Cid but Cid seems to think she wants to turn him into her religion for some reason lol. Beta sure went all in with the plagiarism. Also did he just stop a sword with a ice cream stick lol? |

| Why does Cid's eye color keep changing? Sometimes it's grey, other times it's red, even when he's dressed as Shadow. What's up with that? The underwear discussion and the siscest was HOT, and Rose coming to sleep with Cid (who is sleeping On The Ceiling!!!) is rather daring. Or is she that innocent? |

| Ok, wth is up with Eta?? Was she sleep walking with a giant wrench?! LOL just so random. And Epsilon covering herself in extra slime to conquer nature and causing excess "bounciness", Cid knew right away lol. Gamma showing and selling panties to Alexia and appearing to gather intel about her trip to Lindwurm (I wonder what Gamma was thinking/plotting). It will be interesting if Rose and Alexia find out they're after the same guy and that's not even counting the greek alphabet girls. Beyond the fanservice, which was a nice break from the recent action, we got a new murder with Archbishop Drake. |

| As Volume 2 of the source material begins, so does a new arc, and what better way to start it off than with a bunch of fan service, am I right? As Midgar Academy breaks for summer following the fake Shadow Garden attack, Alexia and Iris are headed for a shopping trip, and Gamma entertained them well, with all the lingerie and other clothing. Cid also headed to Lindwurm, with Rose draped all over him, head over heels. Geez, give the man some space! What stood out this episode was that we finally got some screen time for the Shadow Garden girls. Beta with the plagiarism, and Eta with the absurd wrench were quite hilarious. As the new story begins, assassins are here, only to be stopped with a popsicle stick. How will Cid live his dreams out this time around? |
| Thats a hell of a way to avoid his sis though. Beta really has an impressive imagination. Funny in that almost all of the girls that Shadow saves are ones that have nice figures. It's nice to see Alexis and Iris enjoy a day out shopping especially given recent events. Gamma's surprise sure was fun to see. Im really surprised at how far Rose fell for Cid as a result of his deception. Still given the wide gap in their social standing im not surprised that no one would give them their blessing. Hmm I guess an award winning novelist is a very effective cover for Beta given her skill at writing. Man Alpha really likes to make a statement with her kills thats for sure. Overall a fun ep that did well to expand upon both the lore as well as the one sided romance that Rose has developed for Cid. Loved the expansion for Beta and Epsilon as well but I felt that they used far too much fan service this ep with the latter's bouncing near the end being pretty distracting. |

| Cid's academy went on summer break. So now we get to see some more fanservice hehe. Alexia and Iris goes to Nu's store to shop for some clothes. Alexia wants something more casual for everyday wear. Nu suggests that she wears panties, more specifically thongs. Hell yeah!!!! Alexia happily obliges but Iris wasn't liking this at all. They both go to the changing room together. Nothing wrong with this at all. Sisters do this all the time lol. Alexia tries out the thong panties while Iris watches in embarrassment. Rose travels with Cid on a train to the land of Lindwurm. Having fallen in love with him after Cid saves her life. Jeez Cid, another girl to put in yo harem. This setup for Goddess of the Trails arc better be worth it bruh. |

| Oh nah Beta brought Dragon Bowl into this world. I wonder if that or one purse is more popular. It's honestly hilarious how these ladies are throwing themselves at Cid but instead of being embarrassed, he's just straight up apathetic about all of it since it isn't a cool larp. He hid from his sister and Rose the same way. Also poor eta, imagine waking up and knocking yourself out by dragging a wrench towards a window. I wonder how often her daily routine consists of that. |
