| About as good as the last episode of an ongoing manga could be. Tanaka even got a little development for once and I actually found his reluctance to correct his friends misunderstanding very relatable. Once friends get excited about something and start teasing is really is that troublesome to correct them. Shiraishi's devotion to Tanaka got a little less irritating too once she realized that she was indeed being a bit overbearing (seriously, I swear her character revolved around Tanaka once her episode finished), so I'm quite satisfied with this finale. Yeah, this was pretty good. The cast were funny and likable, all the girls were cute, it had a nice balance of comedy and comfy, the soundtrack complimented the scenes well and the visuals were great. I especially loved the dynamics between my two main men Tanaka and Ohto, they made such an entertaining duo. The Shiraishi romance was a little forced I felt, but it didn't intrude too much into the show so I could easily overlook it. Unfortunately due to it's short length, some of the side characters got overlooked a little, like the sisters and Miyano after her episode so I'd definitely be up for an S2 if it ever comes out. |
| This is easily one of my new slice of life favorites and favorites in general as well. The comfy atmosphere, the all around great likable cast, the awesome OP and ED songs, the great comedy. This was such a solid show and I'll miss watching it, I'll definitely read the manga to continue off Tanaka's listless adventures. Oh, Ohta and Tanaka were one of the best duos I've seen in a while, that was nice. 9/10 |

| It was good but not as great as people claim. I like the fact that it is different and unique and the cast is likeable. But the show is boring from time to time mainly due to Tanaka as his listlessness is a little too extreme for my liking and there isn't much in terms of story or comedy. In the end it seems like he wants friendship because he doesn't want to be alone but I honestly think he just wants someone like Ohta to deal with his problems for him while he wanders the listless realm. |

| There were a few great episodes, but none of them centered around Tanaka, unfortunately. Tanaka is very weak as the protagonist of this series, and he alone cannot carry this series, in a lot of ways. That's one major problem for me. The latter episodes focused too much on the romance and Tanaka that it "one-dimensionalized" the other characters. I really like the art and the soundtracks though, it's very fitting of this show. |

| Pretty solid ending I must say, while everything is still very open and a second season would fit right in, the overall character development was just great! I loved to marathon this and do hope we'll see some addition to this story in the near future! All in all a great watch. |

| I like the show. this is pretty much me but with more listlessness. If I not wrong, I have watched a clip about tanaka talk about his future. most notable words that I still remember is "shiraishi likes me, she can be my wife" or something similiar like that. But I can't found those words in the entire series. can someone tell me is it on specials or any other episodes? I watch the clip in Crunchyroll fanpage if I'm not wrong. (but I can't find that video). |
| Last episode was quite weak imo because of the Shiraishi-focus. But it was so nice that Tanaka finally realized how no man is an island. Lotsa here made me smile a lot. Tanaka is such a great experience, I'm glad I picked this up. 9/10. |

| And so it ends... I'll be honest, I didn't expect much when I first started this show, but it was such a pleasant surprise. The comedy was on point and the characters are very likeable. The overall quality is great and you can tell the people at Silver Link had a lot of fun making it. Definitely one of the best comedy SoL shows I've seen. 9/10 |

| Tanaka-kun is a great SoL comedy, for sure the best SoL of the season (*.*) . It's the first time that I saw a lazy MC like Tanaka and his seiyuu is very talented in this role. All the characters are funny and likable and the comedy is really on point. I hope there will be a 2nd season at this great anime (^.^) |

| Awww it ended.. that ending song and credits. T^T I've put off finishing the last 2 episodes of this for a long time now. It was very relaxing and enjoyable to watch.. loved the calm atmosphere and pacing of this anime. Would really want a sequel to this.. it has great balance in romance, comedy and just pure mundane everyday life. The best parts were to characters imo.. Miyano and Shiraishi are just adorable.. Tanaka and Oota make a great duo too. Even the other side or mob characters were nice and memorable to say the least. I wish for more slice of life like this really. This is totally top in my book. Miyano is definitely one of the cutest loli. XD |

| What a Wonderful series, it has all the genres that i love with a gentle romance. I liked all the characters. The final scene seemed very nostalgic and the smile of tanaka at the end was very emotive. 10/10 ;) |

| This series was not for me and i felt the protagonist was not really interesting, it is highly rated for nothing. I felt also Oota was babying Tanaka too much for someone he is not really related to. Poor Shiraishi she will never will be his girlfriend because that guy is too listless. If there was season 2 no thanks but i will be lenient and give it 6/10. |

| Great way to round it up! I like all the characters in the anime but somehow I enjoyed the side characters (including Katou and Shimura) more than Tanaka and Oota! But then again, they only shone through their interactions with Tanaka and Oota so in the end, they were, especially Tanaka, truly remained the centre of the story. This episode was a lot of fun. I loved the romance in the anime a lot so this episode was gold! It's a comedy anime so I was expecting it to never bear any fruit. I will just hope Shiraishi gets her boy in the future, probably in a year time as hinted in this episode! And I have totally found myself rooting for Echizen with Oota as the story progressed. She really needs to be Kabedoned in the future by Oota! Oota's little sister was exceptionally cute and Tanaka's sister had her share of charm in her brother complex! The girl in the WcDonald's was fun. But the best girl of the anime just have to be the Deshi Miyano and she was such a bro to Shiraishi throughout! 5/5 for the episode. Most of the episodes were 5/5 for me and my enjoyment warrants at least an 8/10 for the whole anime! |

| It took a while for this show to grow on me. The first half especially, was sorta boring ^^' but it wasn't unbearable to the point of dropping (although I admit I almost did). I think I'll give it a 6/10. Kind of want to go 7, buuuut... I'll think about it :3 |
| It was a rather average SoL, being honest. Some episodes were really boring, mostly the ones where neither Miyano nor Echizen received enough screentime and sadly, despite being one of my favorite characters, Ohta couldn't change my mind about how typical this show was. 5/10 |

| You know that special show you find once per year or two this show is exactly that. Gonna miss Tanaka's listlessness and Ohta, Myano Ecchan, Shiraishi, Sayo, Rin though those last two only had a bit of screen time I really enjoyed watching them. overall it was a fantastic show 8.5/10 been so long since I laughed so hard. |
| As a final, it would also be good for me, but I would be much better at the level of humor, if I knew that there was an umpteenth season of this anime series in production, since about three years have already passed. In the end, even the character of Shiraishi has its own reason and the narration, besides being fun, hides many messages from the lines to be picked. While reviewing it, the vision of this anime did not bore me, but rather it entertained me for the umpteenth time; excellent characters, ditto the narration, the drawings, the animations and the soundtrack. 7.95/10 for me as vote. |

| This is not a show that leave you thinking. I admit that I felt asleep the first episode, but I decided to watch the second one and I liked it. I loved the atmosphere - it is simple, relaxing and calming. Characters are lovable and fun. The soundtrack of this anime is remarkable and suits the mood. |

| Admittedly, I was expecting a boring SoL with characters that I really don't care about, and that was actually the case for episode one (sorry Tanaka and Ohta fans :p), but after 3 episodes, each one introducing a new character - which were all absolutely lovable, cute and funny - I totally fell in love with it. Miyano, Echizen, Shiraishi and also Saya and Rino made this show for me <3333 And of course, I did like the speeches Tanaka gave at the end of every episode. 8/10, as good as a school SoL can get, simple story but super funny and all around lovable characters. |
