While the prequel to this had a focus on tactics and strategy, this time it's people doing a whole lot of buttpulls leading to a whole bunch of nonsense. It ends pretty much where it started, only a tiny bit better and had Lelouch not made a bunch of mistakes prior, it could've been achieved so much sooner.
