| The other 3 heroes still didn't apologize, meh. They lost their chance now. Malty and the king got what they deserved. Personally, I would have just preferred not to see their faces ever again instead of bestowing upon them those titles, but I guess that works too. This episode felt like a finale. |
| Not gonna lie, seeing Malty being tortured by the seal was a bit too much for me. Not that it wasn't deserved though. So Melty will no longer be with Naofumi? Oh, that's too bad. |

Basically it all boils down to myne just being a bitch and compulsive liar and the king who hates the shield hero for some reason that even the queen doesn't know about. Like come on man, the only thing I felt after watching this episode was feeling of getting bamboozled. None of the explanations Queen gave makes sense?If she is that powerful, why not send someone in her name to keep church and king in line?The guy she choose died in first wawe?Come on... So the shield obsessed king who let his country fell into corruption and chaos will get away with just this? Three heroes who literally caused people to die, gets awarded for what they did.I guess Naofumi forgot the toy he found in that starving city?Graves, the damage they did in various village/cities?How the fuck you can forgive what they've done? I don't even want to talk about Myne.If you think just her name getting changed to bitch is enough for what she did all this time, you are either incredibly naive or stupid. | FeelsFuckingGoodMan. Such a relief Malty and the king finally got what they deserve. It's incredible that even after getting the seal Matly still trying to cover up the truth and all the things she did. So satisfying hearing her scream. The queen was definitely the MVP in this scene. I had a feeling it's hard for her doing this to her husband and her daughter, but at the same time and like she said how much people got hurt or even died because of them? I think everybody who watched to this point was happy to hear both of them get executed. What I asked myself at his point, why had Naofumi this dream with the exact scenario of Malty and the king getting decapitated? Hard to say if Naofumi was to naive and soft at this point, but these names were pretty funny. Trash and bitch suiting perfectly and with that all the people in Melromarc know the truth about what really happened. I guess Motoyasu also finally got the point and the 4 heros can work together as it was always intended. In the last scene I felt so happy for Naofumi. He really deserved this for all the things he did even when almost everyone was against him. :) |

| There is simply nothing less but the absolute pure satisfaction gained after watching this ep... Naofumi's name is finally cleared Naofumi gave Bitch and Trash mercy and a new name. Naofumi publicly humiliates Bitch and Trash. Naofumi got his respect and trust back from the citizens and other heroes. All in all, 1 large dose of SATISFACTION!!! Tbh I saw the chapter in the manga and noticed that there're some missing scenes IIRC. But I digress... The satisfaction is realllllly gooood. |

I got robbed of all the good moments in this story. I hope the director is proud of himself for shitting up this show, removing all the interesting stuff. Now somebody tell me, why did we need the island arc to be included? This ep was a "very good" place to stop in the story. should've spent the time on fleshing out important parts. |

I was absolutely unforgiving and gave it a minus every time it steered away from the original. I wanted to see an adaptation, not a rewrite or a fanfic. Given how the art was already just mediocre, it finished with a really bad score. It's undeserved, but there are times I simply can't stay objective. I believe shield hero got an anime because it handles it's characters differently, not because it has a medieval rpg theme like all the rest. If you change the personalities of the main characters, it's just an average isekai. |

| experienced a very big emotional roller coaster this episode cannot lie. Yes, admittedly this episode was extremely satisfying to some degree, to see Naofumi finally get proper judgement and to see his name cleared, and prosecutors punished after such a long time. It was extremely satisfying to see Malty painfully admit the truth to the public, it was fucking amazing to see dip-shit Motoyasu see for himself he was getting played the entire time and the lies and deceptions Malty used. However, the Queen pulling all those stunts had me on edge, yes they are scum, but to the queen they were once family, along with Naofumi's dream they built a pretty good suspenseful atmosphere. She did a good job as the judge, jury and executor though, although we all knew Malty and the king were corrupt, using a slave crest and the points she made were very well planned and cunning. Naofumi, coming clutch last minute was clever, entire execution scene had my heart racing, humiliation is a better punishment for them, then a quick death anyway, and his choice of which was good, extremely fitting names, but also he saved the queen a lot of emotional trauma seeing right through her, the situation was pretty meek for her, she is at the end of the day still having to kill family which probably wont be good for her heart later down the line. End scene was good, yeh although the judgement was handed out, the truth is revealed, Naofumi's name is cleared, the damage is already done. Just good to see Naofumi finally in the position he should have started a long time ago, and the 4 heroes seem finally together on the same page. Hoorah good times. pretty interesting info drop as well, so it seems the shield hero's in other country don't get shafted, which to some degree is good, not for Naofumi of course, since he obviously got the shortest straw in the pick. Wait what did Naofumi say? Save the "world" from the waves? Not just this country? Are we going international? Boys i think we're going international, oh hell yeh this definitely opens up a lot more doors and way more potential for this anime. My flames of wanting to see what more this series has to offer just get re-lit. All in all, yeh probably one of the most satisfying episode i've seen in an anime in a good long time, pretty good as well since this series was starting to get really crusty for me. |

| To be honestly, these episode was a mix feeling bag. In one side, i have a satisfaction that those judgement really executed. I thought its just a joke. But, when i am seeing, they didn't kill them, even not imprisoned them, its a shame. Even the other heroes kept the same personalities and praised their honor more, its a let-down. Hope its for a better lives for them. However, i still have a fear that those two will come back with all of their grudges. Who knows? They've never change even will grow more hate. Ah, whatever, justice must preserved, 'your head'. Its just a gimmick, full of edgy decision. I am no hater. It can be handled better. Naofumi handled it too softly when i am indeed wish something more. Still, the drama was not necessary, to be honestly. Its so poorly written, and the lines somehow miss its best. But they kept it through as a selling point when i am very dissapointed with that kind of thing. However, its their strength. I can't blame it all. While my enjoyment obviously just goes to the girls themself, its not enough to closed every gaps. Ah, whatever. I might be too drunk. But, yeah, its a mixed bag of feeling. And to concluded it all with one word, this episode was actually a fine conclusion. |

| That trial was very statisfying to watch, Malty being in pain all the time was a nice start. And then the execution, finally... AND THEN THAT RIGHTEOUS IDIOT STOPS IT! Really? Really??? That's it? A bit of slave crest pain and being called "bitch"? For all the shit she pulled? And Naofumi our "revenge" hero stop the execution... I can't believe it, fuck this shit... |
| The Rise of the Shield Hero!!!!!!!!!!! God I was grinning from ear to ear he entire last half of that episode. ITS SO GOOD AND SATISFYING!!!!!!!!!! The scene, the music, the payoff! Its all great! Particularly that song they played when Naofumi was talking about helping the world was a very good track. Really made it feel like an epic win. I really like how Naofumi has grown over the series. You can especially see it with that line about helping other countries cause he's learned from Fitoria and is no longer the ignorant guy he was at the beginning. Its great re-watching a series and appreciating the series more as you notice things. Honestly, after this re-watch I'm thinking about raising my original 8/10 to a 9/10. That ending was great. (This is the proper end to Shield Hero. The last 4 episodes are just OVA extras in my mind) |

| And here when I thought something a tiny bit serious would happen in this show, they stop the execution to decide that a better punition for Malty and the king would be to rename them "bitch" and "trash". They could've, I don't know, made them go through what Raphtalia went through in order to make them suffer as much as possible, but noooo, that would be too meaaan, being mean isn't goooood, let's just give them stupid nicknames ! Why am I torturing myself with that thing anymore. And to think there are 4 episodes left... I don't feel like I'm strong enough to endure it any longer. I want to cry. |
