Sister Krone is creeeeeepyyyyy!!! That smile on her face gives me nightmares. I think sister krone suspects other children rather than our 3. The tag scene was my favorite!!

I'm actually on the ship hard by this point which is a bit bothering as it hinders the enjoyment of the show a bit.

Visual direction great, dialogue a tad less so. The atmosphere is sufficiently jarring but the lines are wordy and perhaps slightly campy for the atmosphere. Satisfied with the characters as they are clearly gonna get more development.

lmfaooo the blonde kid running from mother krone xD someone make should that into a gif
watching her as 'it' while they played tag was actually quite entertaining
even though i don't consider it of the genre, the sound effects and shots created for suspense are reminiscent of what would be used in horror i noticed. i don't know how i feel about that

-Interesting how the Demons gave their cattle access to the kind of knowledge and concepts that could be used against them. These kids shouldn't be anywhere near material that teaches them what tracking devices are, how to pick locks, plotting murder, device implants, and disguising planned training as playing. Of course, granted it took a few prodigies to actually figure those things out, but I can't imagine it'd ever be a good idea to have such ideas/concepts accessible for any reason, unless cultivating this kind of cunning is desired for quality purposes.

-Those kids are intelligent.

-They discussed about human technology in 2015, even though the year is 2045. It appears the Demons were giving them information of the outside world as of 30 years in the past, indicating that the Demon takeover was relatively recent perhaps.

-There must be farms for adult humans as well, with offspring shipped to these orphanage farms. This also means that there are probably human settlements out there hiding away from the Demons if not actively resisting.

-Krone is creepy. The Mom had readily revealed to her that there were children who were aware of the reality, even though it was essentially revealing that she had made a mistake and was covering up. You don't just hire someone you don't particularly have a friendly bond with, tell them you messed up and will go against the rules to cover it up, and not expect possible betrayal. Mom may be plotting something and may use Krone as a fall person should she decide to betray.

It feels like Sister Krone isn't even trying not be a creep. Ew. Interesting that there may be a traitor. This show is progressing at a really nice pace.

The tag game was interesting. Sister Krone is tough. Hah! Grandma = Big Mom XD. So both teams have someone with ulterior motives by betraying their allies? How can Gilda (aka Megane-chan) thinks she can benefit? Become a Sister in the near future? Heck, maybe she's not even the traitor. She wanted to have a chat with Emma. I wonder what she wanted to say.

On another note: So the kids think that it is 2015 when in actuality it is 2045 (from the calendar in the room Mom was talking to sister Krone in). Krone might want to keep her monologues to herself they might get her in trouble.

Teaching and training the children to improve their chances of survival and allow the escape plan to succeed flawlessly. Great plan, great execution, but not if there's a traitor amongst the children... It's hard enough that there're already all these precautions to escape, not to mention a new adult; Sister Krona who's apparently crazy obsessed wanting to take the mom position for herself. But hmmmn... She's siding with he trios huh... Interesting...

Norman looking down at Krona was pretty cool

but let me just say this series is really interesting so far and im liking it a lot

though i do feel like ima need to read the manga once im done with this cause as always i just know a lot of smaller things got taken out as always and for a series like this it all counts

I mean, it makes sense to have inside intel. I figured in previous eps that one of the livestock would have to be "fake"

Loved Sister Krona's look when she got intimidated with the Top 3 kiddos after clearly underestimating them, esp when facing Norman.

Okay so Isabella has a good idea who the kids that know the truth are but she doesn't want to report them as it'll mean her career as a harvester caretaker will be brought into disrepute and she may even lose her job. Instead she decides to conceal her blunder and hinder their escape plan until they're "ripened" enough to be shipped, which isn't that long as they're both 11 years old. I wonder if she's aware that Ray knows as well.

Crone on the other hand, does want to report the kids and hopes to take Isabella's position after her reputation is tarnished. But the problem is that Crone doesn't know who is it unlike Isabella. She may have suspicions but she doesn't have anything solid against them.

It's a quite novel idea for shounen for the villains to be not allies themselves. Both of them act in their selfish interests which doesn't always coincide. That's really neat.

The "traitor" is probably Gilda. I don't think calling her traitor is very appropraite as Mama probably fed her with some bs story in order for her to help.

Interesting to have a black lady who helps run a plantation and chases 'product' very fast. She also talks to her doll by mimicking a child's voice and hatches bad plans with it.

Interesting, Japan. Interesting.

Let's see where this goes...

So seeing Isabella and Krona talk amongst themselves (and to themselves), from their perspectives, dispels a lot of that child-like mystery I was loving in the first two episodes, and that makes me a bit sad. It's also clear to me this is another case of "adults are evil."

I'm really loving this show so far nonetheless and to see so many manga readers complain about the adaptation also makes me sad, as it seems I'm missing out on good content. But the virtues of anime as a medium add so much to this show, I'd miss out by reading the manga instead, too. Ah, the usual anime conundrum.

Sister Krone is such a crazy character. The expressions and the way she looks is somewhat disturbing. At some point you could think she's a serial killer. First half was more build up with the conversations between Emma, Ray and Norman and also whem Isabella talked to Krone.

As expected this isn't the only plantation with kids. Oh boy. I don't even want to know what awaits for the kids outside. Positive was definitely that Emma found the place of their implanted transmitter. But I wonder how Ray will destroy them.

The tag play with or better said against Krone was intense. That showed how much of the kids would actually survive if they tried to escape. So even under the kids is an informant? It's getting worse and worse for them.

while the premise is really interesting, but i dunno i feel like it leaves little to imagination. that's not to say it's a compelling tale tho. excited to see how everything plays out.

great episode, when they mentioned that they will train the kids through playing it gave me chills. the juxtaposition is done right!

Another great episode that mainly featured Emma, Ray and Norman try to deal with the new addition of Sister Krone, who gives no fucks about Isabella and even wants to betray Isabella when the time is right to become a mother herself one day. I like how the trio discovered to prepare the kids and train them to be better physically and even be more sharp in general, especially when seeing them go at it in a game of tag where trails are hidden, kids are less reckless and try to be more sneaky slowly, and try to really blend into the environment as much as possible so that it's difficult for them to get caught. Taking it a step at a time in helping them be ready when the time is right, although nothing's been revealed to them in terms of the truth. The disguise is them just getting better at tag to survive more against someone like Norman chasing them.

I have to say, Rebekah Thomas did a pretty damn solid job as Krone in the dub, same goes for most of the other dub voice actors/actresses too. Still biased for Erica Mendez though, who voices Emma.

I suspect the green-haired specs girl to be the mole but it also feels like the author wants us to suspect that it is her.

Man, this show sound effects were just awesome, idk why. And these was the first day skip. Intriguing.

Anyway, they found out where Mama placed the tracker. Its on their ears. Ah, so, thats why someone lost their precious part of bodies ....

The tension between the adult were almost undeniable. Krone, intended to take over Mama's title from Isabella. She even tested herself out against the kids, but still way far to defeat the last two older child at the game of tag mock plays (ah, smart move. Its served as their training too. Good shit). However, i believed, she just another phycho shit, whose knew nothing that her existencies just a mere pawn for Mama ....

Meanwhile, the information about the outsider world already revealed too, i forgot to mention earlier. A lot of farmhouse, Mama named with the numbers on her, they had their own supervisors too, and ofc the bosses were all fuckin monster demons. Its even, suggested from me, that, maybe, they both were a former child from the farmhouse. I wonder if they were a former escaper, or, the highest child product from their former house. I still don't know.

What else? I just realized that ed showed something that intriguing me: a shoes and the books under a flower thorn prick. I hope its nothing. So, well, what kind of spies they were all feared off. Lets back to the strategy!

Now that was one extreme game of tag they had. Krone isn't someone they can defeat that easy. And it appears that they may have a traitor within their ranks...

Sister Krone is too wacky. Her movements, actions, everything is abnormal. Heck, she even talks to herself. Talk about crazy, eh. Her goal tho is to oust Isabella from the Mom role and gain her own place as head Mom. I assume this factor will play heavily into later eps.

Looking like there's conflict between the two sister's and it can be beneficial for the kids but I doubt it can help a lot

Those demons had another scene that we can identify on looks scary all in all, Yeah looks like there's a traitor amongst the kids and it's looking quite obvious who it is

Krone is a fast opponent they might have to outrun her to stand a chance well the three didn't had a problem only Emma's naiveness let her catch them.
