| I just realized but this this show always have panning shots? Like every single scene its just panning frames and moving mouths? Every single frame just panning shots and more panning it gets so distracting. But i guess this is narrative first action scenes second though. |

The first season didn't use this many panning shots, but with every passing season the number of panning shots increased. Now we have this mess. It feels like a moving manga instead of an anime. |

At the Autumn Election Hayama beat him in the preliminary round, since he had a higher score than souma and then he beat him again in the finals when he won the 3-way Shokugeki against Souma and Ryo. |

| Erina is best girl, but damn, Rindou 😍 Kuga is great haha. I hope he keeps being involved in this exam. He seems to be having a lot of fun, after all :) The Shiomi Research Group doesn't exist at Totsuki anymore, so I'm guessing it exists somewhere off-campus? Maybe that eased Hayama into making the decision to climb the ladder, but there's probably still more to it. |
| And i thought that Souma was doing good, but c'mon....this would never be easy. I'm so surprised, Akira evolved so much...But i think the fact that he changed a lot (for worse) will be the reason why he will lose this battle. Wonder how Souma will find a way of if this...it won't be easy but, you can do this. As always, can't wait for next week. |

Looks like Hayama properly earned the 9th seat elite since he singlehandedly beat most of Azami's underlings! Seems like Souma will lose to Hayama for the 3rd time..this is really getting hopeless for Souma! 5/5. |

| My Boy Hayama is ninth seat, that's good, and bear meat is the dish they prepare. I'm glad he thought of using it's smell to enhance the dish rather than just get rid of it. I had a similar idea myself. Also interesting thing to note, the Shiomi Research Group, not sure if it was just the translation but it was said the group no longer exists at the academy... That doesn't mean it's completely gone though, it's just not at the academy. Well I guess I'll know for sure whats going on soon enough. |

| This episode was definitely interesting! Bear meat as the main ingredient for the challenge is different. I have never had bear meat nor thought people ate it. Definitely can't wait for the next episode! It's going to be an epic one! |

| Kinda wanna try bear meat... :3 but I don't like deer meat or lamb, sooooo... it might not be to my taste, but I'd still give it a go ahhah ^^' Hayama's gotten arrogant. Blech .-. he used to be cooler :/ It seems this second cour of S3 is going back to S1's methods of including more food porn moments, ahhah. The other seasons got toned down. | Don't get why people complain about the animation so much, it's really the last of my concerns. The bigger problem is that the whole central plot is really boring to me, a lot of characters took a turn for the worse and there's only a handful left I enjoy seeing on screen. |
| I don't like OP and Ed at all they are the worst OP/ED this anime ever had. It doesn't make me want to try start cooking like I have when hearing old songs. The story on the other hand is really good. We see some progress in characters, especially Erina. I like the freezing egg dish and now the spices shisandra. Would love to try it if I can get it in my country. |

| Good episode, didn't love this as much as before obviously due to not liking Central's plot more and more with time passing but at least this episode felt more like a Soma vs Hayama confrontation and buildup rather than Central shit. Bear meat's an interesting little theme too, don't see that kind of dish prepared often and good to see Kuga in the show again helping Soma out. It's another spice challenge though essentially, so Soma's again cornered compared to a literal spice god now. The way Hayama spoke throughout the episode made him look like a messiah lol. |
