Yeah I think this show really does too many flashbacks. It's kind of because the author is clearly making this up as he goes. If this was all planned in advance, the author would have showed this part way back during training camp, but hidden how exactly they saved that guy. Showing this flashback after we already know Ymir is a titan is totally pointless. Same with the flashback where Krista says "Is it because of my family?" If that was shown earlier on, there would be a lot more intrigue as to who she is, and then the reveal about her family wouldn't seem out of place. Still a good show, just could have been better with better planning/writing. |

| Who cares about Ymir and Christa's lesbo relationship with each other. Christa though seems important to all of this which may or may not have anything to do with her being a daughter of a noble. Also did Ymir die? If she died then all of this would have been for nothing. Or if she didn't die then she's probably in a coma or something just so that she can't tell shit about the titans. |

Or maybe it's just that she thought her arms and legs would remain intact just like when Eren's in his titan form? I couldn't care less about Ymir even after her heroic death. She probably gave her life away for Krista which would make sense if I just consider she might have really cherished her AFTER getting to know her, BUT her reason to actually go as far as joining the military for Krista BEFORE even knowing her makes ZERO sense. |

| We all know what was seen as Krista's leg was grabbed to keep her from falling. Shock and awe. This season seems to be following a pattern... flashback about a character, then normal progression/action. |

| ymir was cool af in that fight. also the animation at the end was top-notch. i am pretty glad that many side characters have the chance to be in the limelight but i somewhat miss eren, mikasa and armin. i mean i am not complaining since i thoroughly enjoy this season but if 12 eps is all that we have i am not sure if we'll get to focus on them as much. i haven't read the manga though so i wouldn't know |

| Ymir tearing up those Titans to save her comrades gave me a new respect for her character. Krist-Historia cheering for her to go berserk and destroy the castle was comical. Even if I read that part already, Mikasa suddenly coming in to save Historia from impending doom and the others annihilating the Titans was still jaw-droppingly awesome. Eren got his first kill in his human form too *claps* Ymir looks torn apart but at least she knew Krista's name. |

| Ymir is actually play an important character if only she didn't die. I always thought she working together with other shifter, but it turn out that she's the one that kill Reiner father in the past. what a plot twist they had. Christa real name is Historia, now what's the connection between her name and the church? |
| I found this episode the best so far, not only there's a revelation, it's also packed action. I hope to get some badass scene too with Historia now. |

| That was an really interesting episode. To see what happened in the past between Krista and Ymir. So at first people wanted to kill her and afterwards they decided she can live but only as Icognito. That must be hard. I didn't expect Ymir would commit Krista her secret. At that point I wonder how she became a titan and for how long she knows about it. Seeing Ymir fighting as a titan was nice even if I think because of her small size she had definitely an disadvantage against so much bigger titans. Damn Reiners face when he saw Ymir O.o He almost broke Kristas feet. I don't think Ymir was the titan which killed Reiners friend but they had an affinity. Was pretty brutal when the titans began to kill Ymir as a titan. Fortunately the survey troop arrived and killed the titans. Damn Ymir lost one arm and a leg. Can Ymir even survive this with such injuries? We finally heard Kristas real name Historia Reiss. I wonder what she knows about the truth of the world. And what are they doing about that there's no hole in the wall? That beast titan means a lot of trouble. I don't know what to say but the preview of the next episode. O M F G. I have no words but I definitely go now to watch this. :D |

| Amazing episode, seeing Ymir go crazy on the Titans and protecting the group! We also get to know Christa's real name; Historia ... glad Ymir learned of it just before she passed out or maybe died. |

| Ymir never gave a legit reason as to why she followed Krista into the military. I still think she was actually sent by the Order, and it would be plausible since the Order knew about the titans in the wall (which meant that they probably knew about humans becoming titans as well). Why is she "Historia"? Is she the keeper of some historic knowledge regarding all of this? |

| This episode is awesome! Titan fights, that epic squad entrance, wiping out the remaining Titans and the past about Historia and Ymir all in one! I think Crista AKA Historia might be a major character from now on... |

| Well adapted, IMO even better than in the manga, but that is a given considering the talent of the studio and what they bring to the table vs the manga. |
