 In all seriousness, I don't even have a waifu, but if I did, I would be alarmed. This is someone you thought was purely fictional until you woke up. You've either suffered a mental breakdown or reality no longer makes sense. Assuming she's from a fantasy/sci-fi anime, she most likely has the power to kill you with ease. After confirming she was physically there, I'd probably wake her up immediately and try to kick her out.
