RIP Lindow.
well, i see that coming, and expected that since all of that deathflag.
but damn, the deathflag is too big XD they were making it bigger even his death became faster LOL XD but i still feel bad for him. on the other side, i really hate that beast. freaking annoying AF. can't wait to see it gets killed.
Alisa....well at least she went back to normal. almost killed Lindow tho... but welp, okay :D as long as she turned into normal again :D
Man I hope they can save those people... I tired of watching people die in droves =[
Lindow... Why didn't you run?
Be sure to message me if you quoted me and want me to respond! Just give me a link to the forum, because usually I leave my comment, then leave the forum.
I don't quite get it why Johannes wants Lindow to get killed so bad. And the destruction of the village near the dam is also one of his plans? I only remember that Lindow found something dirty secret but I don't quite remember or probably I don't get it what Lindow found.
It seems I'm lost or probably forgetting something. Can someone enlighten me here?

Well, I'll try and answer your question, but this is mostly coming off from playing the game. Its going in the spoiler tab. The anime more or less follows some of the games plot points, though it leaves out someone which makes Lindow's death in the anime plausible, but I doubt hes dead.
I mean c'mon, Lindow is too much of a badass to die offscreen.
Basically, The God Eaters are tasked with killing and collecting cores of the Aragami, in order to build Aegis Island, which would be pretty much be a fortress where humanity can live without worrying about being eaten. Professor Sakaki has some suspicions about Aegis Island true intentions, since he doesn't trust Johannes, and asks Lindow to investigate.
Lindow finds out that Aegis Island isn't actually going to become a human sanctuary. Its a cover up for Johannes true plan, being the "Ark" Project, where he and his "chosen" few, will launch into space. Johannes finds out that the person snooping around Aegis was Lindow, and proceeds to sabotage the mission.
Im sure Johannes knew about the dam and the people living there and used it as bait to kill Lindow.

Mhmm I see. I get it about the dam thing but.
How come is this Ark Project become a chosen few? And is launching into space is a bad thing for them? I think it's also safe. But I don't know about this "chosen few".

Near the end of the game, Johannes goes public about what Aegis Island was really about. However, the Ark only has limited space so he gives out tickets only to some god eaters and their families, he is abandoning the rest of humanity to be consumed by the aragami. Leaving earth with only the people he deemed worthy to be saved,(Which, if I remember correctly are god eaters)
I left out a few details here and there since I can't remember exactly how the scene played out
Lenka's god arc is freakin huge and by huge I mean damn huge. It's twice as him XD And about Lindow, he'd better not be dead but critical injured and hidden somewhere...

Luckily Lenka not cut half his friends with that ridiculous God Arc

Slight correction:
Johannes never planned on boarding the Ark. He planned to die on Earth with everyone else after seeing the Ark launch. He believed that he had no right to be saved, since he'd basically committed genocide to save a small handful of people.
Uh..uhh(what to say?!)....I'll make you borscht next time (I was going to kill him and now he's prob gonna). Lindow: wtf?.... ROFL ROFL!!! TOO EFFIN FUNNY. BEST COMEDY.
Last ep, really thought she was going to do it, happy she didn't, elated they found out. Really thought it blonde Shicksal behind it. Pretty sure he had something to do with it but seeing he believes himself the savior of the world, back to the maybe state

Feels like losing all five senses &
Maybe not able to have thoughts,
These people are able to jump off helicopters without breaking their bones and swing around big ass weapons like nothing lol. Makes you wonder why they so defenseless without their god arcs when they already have super strength to defend themselves.
As for Pita, they're still trying to hard to make it look despicable. Coming off a bit corny. Rindou's probably alive but I still think he won't survive the battle.
Dang, forgot about this show for a while but this was a great one! Loads of action and man ... Rindou you better still be alive! D: He was one of the best characters on this show for sure ... >_< That brainwashing with Alisa was pretty creepy. Expected Johannes to be the one hacking everything not this super minor character, but oh well. I wonder how this is gonna wrap up ... well, one thing for sure is that the OST for this anime is super sick. Loved a LOT of the BGM :3

I was literally thinking the exact same thing, like wtf, how could he lift that thing, but not a small iron thing that was laying on his dad, like wtf. Also, best character of the serie is dead so no poit in watching anymore xD
The bigest problem with you is that you dont understand one thing...god eater due to oracle cells implant have super strenth and becouse lenka is extra compatable he can lift it like nothing + from what i gather that is not even a metal it is fully organic wepon from cells

Will there be a season 2 for this Anime. Just asking btw. Quite a good one and the journey with this Anime was a really good one. The feels and the actions are there.
Goddamn, Alisha is so fucking annoying. By far my least favorite character out of their unit. Her breakdown truly ruined the otherwise perfect pacing of this episode. The amount of insert songs is also too much. Just an exciting orchestral track would have worked for me instead of an autotuned dude singing.
Still, these last three episodes have been great. The animation is probably one of the best I've seen in a TV anime ever, but I guess it's not that surprising seeing that ufotable delayed these last few episodes for many many months.
LMAO My waifu, Sakuya, slapped the shit out of my waifu, Alisa, with her god hand. At least, I got underoppai out of it, which is awesome.
Johannes was focked up.
Holy crap! Rindou's arm.
If you see that my post is exactly 1 month old (or more) from when it was posted... Don't waste your time, especially when you want to reply with something petty & insignificant. Assume that I've moved on (because I have).
Lindow please.. I kind of grew up on him since I picked up this after a year where I left off Lindow started to get much focus.
Still it's beyond interesting to me how Aragami and all this Oracle cell thing came to be. Actual thought of them being sent by god sounds very well thought for some reason but since we involve higher deities which science denies it's not that believable.
Shit i have to leave to work so il have to wait for the last episode untill later damn
Also is this gonna have a season 2 or a movie or something doesnt look like it will end last episode
If Alisa doesn't suddenly lose her PTSD, then I'm fine with how they handled it. You do need support to get through it, so that would be a good stop for her character arc in the anime. A glimmer of hope, I guess.
Johannes's reasoning for living is really interesting, and could be taken in an interesting direction. If only, they made more of the anime... I might have to check out the game, now.
Is he dead? Hmmmmmm. I dont know. That seemed a bit meh. Idk how to explain it. It feels like one of those fake out situations since we didnt directly see him die. But I guess theres the hand but then again that could be someone elses. Idk, I want Lindow to be alive. He was definitely one of the best characters of this series and most likable which is probably why they're using him like this now for emotional reactions. I knew someone would die in this series and Lindow always had my bet. I hope I move to the next episode and my hunch that it was a fakeout is right.
But Im gonna be so devistated if God Eater 3 doesnt have this absolutely amazing soundtrack. Like damn this soundtrack really gives God Eater an identity like most OSTs do. Music is so important to making a great thing and God Eater has an amazing soundtrack.
Alisa kind of flopped for me. I honestly liked her at first when she was introduced and when she was around but the second she left the squad she just got worse and worse. I also find it funny everytime Lenka talks to someone for like a minute then all their problems are solved XD. Probably me just internally cringing since Ive seen so many anime.

Yuritopia FTW!!!!!!!!! BANZAI TO YURI !!!!!!!!!!!!
can't attack the trees because they'll just attack back...but also...we're going to cut these spikey things that shot out of the ground without any problem despite them looking similar to the spikey things the trees shot at us
oh, and, uh, new type guy just sky diving out of the helicopter without a parachte and magically landing on a flying "missile" pod? gtfo
scientist guy thinks he's fulfilling his dead lover's wishes to save the world by...ending the world? he's going to help the gojira in defeating humanity so that the single gojira theory can play out and devour the world, "resetting" it? so dumb
BRO'S ARM hahaha. well shit, i bet he comes storming back like a one-armed banshee. but that is not a good sign
Rest in peace, Rindou. Truly an amazing character/senpai.
The big core on the island is Aisha's ''body'' which he probably wants to use for the ''Devouring'' plan.
Quite a good episode, action was really good. OST once again, top tier stuff.
Alisá almost killed everyone, that was hella close.
One episode left..
“You yourself have to change first, or nothing will change for you!”
Glad Alisa actually realize she doesn’t wanted to kill Lindow. Do Lindow die? Hope not….
The borscht scene is funny though.... I do heard borscht before, but I never saw what it's really look like. I'd react like Lindow did if I'm there xD
