| Great episode, beginning with Shinoa trying to discover the truth of Guren, I really do not like Guren, always trying munipular everyone around him and still have a bad personality I liked the interaction between Shinoa and Yuu, actually all squad seemed to approach, but feel that Yuu's personality begins to soften now, I want to see he with thirst for revenge against the vampires The anime wowed me enough in some episodes and others maintained a more leisurely pace, but it was a good adaptation and took well the plot, the soundtrack was also very good and the animation style combined with history The next season is coming and I hopefully an even better adaptation than this season, well, I think this anime was among the best of the season .. |

| You know what? I liked this ending. I think it was pretty well-done. Okay so overall, I definitely wouldn't say this is a GREAT adaptation of the manga. The manga is several times more enjoyable. For example, fight scenes are way better and whatever talking there is while they're fighting actually happens WHILE they're fighting. The vampires are not considerately waiting for them to finish their conversations, so it's way more realistic. Animation wasn't great to say the least. At some parts it was just bad. Even if important stuff was going on, the animation somehow made everything feel slow. HOWEVER there were also parts where the art was quite nice. The background stills could be nice as well. I prefer the manga art myself, but whatever. I'm the kind of fan who really dislikes any of kind of fillers, and some of the fillers they put in were just senseless. Very obviously just trying to waste some time. The filler stuff in episode 11 wasn't as bad though. All that being said, I didn't hate this adaptation. As I mentioned earlier, the art was alright overall. I also liked the voice acting (Sakurai was awesome as Ferid!). Even though were some fillers, they stuck pretty true to the story. Also, I loved the soundtrack! Originally I probably would have given this 6/10, but I feel that episodes 11 and 12 redeemed the anime for me so I give it a 7/10. I'll definitely be watching the second season this October ^-^ P.s. Are there two light novel series or something? Or is the prologue series about Guren the only one? |

| Eh, from my previous posts it's probably obvious that I did not like the show one bit. Cannot believe a show can be this uninspired and uncreative, the author really tried hard with this. 3/10 |

| I'm quite pleased with how this cour ended tbh. Overall I guess I started to get a little attached to Shinoa's team. More importantly though, I'm dying to know who Bathory's working with and know more about the guy in general. To me at least, he's like the most interesting and entertaining character on the vampire side and I'm hoping that when and if(we'd better...) learn more about the vamps, it'll be through him. Dying to know who's his human partner. I wonder if it's Guren... |

| Well it's definitely a great ending to this show , That makes second season so hard to predict unlike those horror-gore anime that people expected this show to be . I gotta say it's rare to see anime where humans and Vampires are more in gray zone than good and evil . 9/10 in good faith , I hope second season will keep the tone of the anime , while still keeping story fresh |

| This turned out to be more bland than I expected. Overall, it wasn't bad and I did like a few of the interactions between characters (mostly between the pink haired guy and Yu), but other than that and the particular art style I can't think of one good thing about this anime. 5/10 Will watch the second cour if there's not much to watch in the fall season. |

| That was a boring ending. I mean yeah Shinoa Hiiragi's cute side is worth mentioning but that was just it. I know that they will have a second season but there are better ways to make this season finale worth looking forward to. |

| Finally this series gets a little more depth, which it desperately needed in my opinion. It still could use more depth, but at least it doesn't look quite as shallow anymore. Since it had a slow, cheesy start and godawful backgrounds and animation, I think I'll give it a 6/10. Maybe I would have given it a 7 if it actually looked good, too bad that's not the case. Overall, the characters look cool, but the rest... more often than not, I'd say it was cringeworthy. |

| People will never be satisfied //sigh Great, smooth ending. I really liked the little jazz and then I realized it was Guren's... meh. I'm still in a love/hate relationship with Guren. It started from the lab scene in the manga and the adaptation didn't make it any better... Though, I really like Felid and his plans scare me. I don't want him to fuck things up. I kind of want a plottwist around him, but for good matters. Anyway I also need to say that Yuu's voice actor just won a fan. The hospital room scene with everyone in it was really cute, but somehow Yuu's voice made it a lot better, it had some kind of great emotions in it. Also lolol for Shinoa and Blondie getting pushed on the floor. Best part. |

| My thoughts thus far: Guren's scum Shinoa's a liar Mitsuba's still annoying as fuck. Yu better not believe that bull Shinoa fed him or he's seriously too gullible and dumb. I want more Mika. But no seriously these two talking shit about saving the other. The only thing the two need to do is go off together and then they'll both be "saved" no theatrics please. Here's some guesswork: Freid was talking to Guren at the end. (and if not some other higher up dude from the military--yawn). Why the hell do i have to wait for season 2? Ugh i hate when that happens, just run the full 24 in one go. |

| I liked this episode. It was overall very calming and relaxing in my opinion. I think that they couldn't end this season any better. As cliched as this anime has been at some parts, I'm definitely looking forward to the next season. It looks to be quite obvious who the ''traitor'' is though it apparently hasn't been revealed in the Manga either. I think that we can safely assume that it's Guren though. |
| Pretty good episode considering the BS that was the entire season. They only took a sip, huh? Really? Nothing much here other than we learn about some of the shady experimentation the humans are doing. Leaving these details at the last episode makes the conclusion of the season open-ended. I don't care if we see more on "2015/10", I wanted closure now and I'm not sure if I even want to see more of this painfully average shounen anyways. 5.5/10, really stretching it to give the season a 6. |

| Managed to end on a surprisingly good note for a split cour anime, although the overall quality of this show seems to be continuously going up and down. I really wish anime would stop throwing love interests in purely for the sake of having love interests. Okay, so Shinoa now has feelings for Yu, how about you give me three examples as to when and why those feelings actually started coming about? I've got nothing against romance, but people need to start actually putting a little thought and effort into it rather than just passing out love markers like gift bags at an Oprah show. |

| Gotta love all the hate comments and nitpickers concidering this series. Personally I loved every aspect of it. The interactions, the characters getting some depth to them, the progression. And especially the Opening and Ending. Beautiful. Seeing how Yuu lights up when realizing that Mika is alive out my heart at ease, and this last episode put a great end to this season. I can't wait for October to come, I'll be looking forward to it so much I can barely wait! |
| All else considered, the mid-way break was put at a fitting place, just after Yuu's first Seraph release and just before the next issues from the story start cropping up. Would have preferred that they added a bit more intrigue by introducing more on the rest of Shinoa's family before the interlude though, because the politicking always lets us see more interesting perspectives from both sides. I'm rather disappointed they put stills when Mika went to talk with Tepes, since we don't get much from her perspective. Been preaching patience throughout the entire show, but now I realize that there are just those who don't like anything other than insta-gratifying Michael Bay-esque action all over the place and quick solutions to every problem. To them, I say good-riddance. Don't come back for second cour if you want insta-closure, insta-action, or insta-anything because you're sure to be disappointed as well. Only those with patience will be rewarded for the story this show sets up to tell. Overall, aside for Animation issues, the story flowed just like the manga, hence I'm pretty excited for whats to come. See you guys again in October. |

| Overall a pretty faithful adaptation aside from fillers and changes that didn't really distract from the story. This would get a 9 from me if not for the lack of experience on the staff side shown by the misplaced bgms, wrong tone and mishandled-everything in most scenes. It could've been done a lot better but I'm okay with this. Of course, see you all again in October for the 2nd cour. :) 8/10 |
| For a show about humans using demon weapons to fight vampires this really sucked. 4/10 for me. Didn't like the storyline and I hated the characters. Definitely won't be watching season 2. |

| Meh, alright conclusion to this first season. The series had a lot of ups and downs for me. Still decently enjoyable in the end and what happened at the end does intrigue me. I'll check out the second season for sure. |

You want three examples though, eh? Okay..... *She teases him. A LOT. Shinoa does tease everyone but she teases Yuu the most. Why? *She told him he looked good in his uniform. *She seemed happy when she thanked him for saving her life. "You really do care about your friends." and she smiles pleasantly. *According to Guren, she hides her more serious side but when it comes to Yuu's safety, she gets pretty upset. That's why he mocked her for it. .....oops, that was four. My bad. lol |
