Nice for the fans of the series and VN I guess.

I'll have to watch 1st season before other 2 air, the character design look beautiful tho.

Honestly I don't see why anyone would want to watch this when the VN's are also getting licensed and are superior in every way.

I dropped it when it started airing. Just another boring slice of life anime. I only checked it because it has Psychological genre, but it didn't feel Psychological to me.
Do people even know what slice of life is, or are they just throwing the therm around instead of calling shows boring?

Although a sequel of pretty much anything I watched will do.

but that can be said about pretty much every single anime that's an adaptation... the VN/LN/Manga is almost always better so why bother with the anime versions...

of course if we really did that the anime industry would disappear since there are probably more adaptions than original works... lol

the term "slice of life" is loosely and not clearly defined in the first place so yeah no wonder why most people don't get what it's about

Looking forward to this! I'm really desperate to play the VN, but hopefully, this will be able to satisfy me until Sekai Project releases the VN in English.

I'll copy/paste this from another thread:

I can't see how they'll be able to adapt the entirety of Meikyuu in an hour, that is just way too rushed even with the notorious overpacing. Like stated previously, the adaption of both Meikyuu and Rakuen in one cour is a more viable bet. Kajitsu is longer than the two so it's believable that they can adapt the rest of Grisaia in one cour. Adapting the first half of the sequels in an hour and the second half with the rest of the TV episodes do not make much sense.

In all honesty, by now, everything is fair game so I wouldn't be surprised if they do animate Meikyuu in one episode. Comments from the Japanese audience though predict 4 episodes (with the first being an hour long) for Meikyuu and 8 for Rakuen.
Why would they adapt in a single episode though? Nothing hints to that, or am I missing something?

You mean Grisaia gets more BAD TV adaptations right? Ridiculously rushed shit adaptation. The only good thing about this is hopefully it will speed up Meikyuu and Rakuen's VN translation by making it more on demand.

After watching the first special on Vol. 1 of the BD release, I am all-in for more plot as long as it is of this amazing quality.

I believe you didnt watch the BD uncensored parts

Oh, I did ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Uncensored Amane was glorious but I was just surprised by the Sakaki-service in the special. I will never look at a carrot the same way again...

Glad to hear this, but I'm really confused as to what form this will be taking. From what I have been able to understand, the two sequels will be separate series, with Meikyuu starting in March with the hour long special and then airing through Spring 2015, with Rakuen following at some point afterwards. This is what I think would be ideal, but I wouldn't be at all surprised at this point if the two sequels were condensed into one 1-cour series.

They chose the worst way possible to adapt first VN,so i will believe in 8-bit about sequels,too...They wont make me disappointed...

Well I don't hate the series despite it being kind-of a harem. Actually pretty entertaining. Especially liked the last couple week's episodes where all the bitches went crazy and died.
Guess I'll look forward to more seasons of this.

Wait so they rushed kajitsu into 13 episodes and now are giving 24 to the shitty omake sequels?

agree

I heard rakuen isn't as realistic with kajitsu so this is a huge letdown for me. I would have prefered a remake of kajitsu...

Rakuen is... I'd label it as Action/Ecchi/Harem/Sci-Fi or something :3

It's incredibly entertaining but so... so stupid lol

Yes! More Grisaia! First season was already best show of Fall so this should be good! I hope they get to do 2 cours this time. It was impressive enough with just one cour so just imagine how much of a masterpiece it will be if they get 2 cours!

This is awesome, seems like i'll finally understand what happens in the sequels, at least a bit. There's no way either of them is getting translated before the second season airs, so i might as well just watch it.
