I could harp on how I don't understand how Racer could be "fake" fast, but retrieve Gerard's container from (presumably) so far away with so little delay. Or I could wonder how Gray could use a freezing technique, but not actually freeeze or pierce Racer, but I won't. I'll just enjoy the damn thing, because unlike some other shounen I watch I'm getting more action than staring and posing at this point. Except for when it comes to Ichiya, but that's OK for him.  |

| Man, that was one hell of a fight! The death race thing was a bit silly, but the rest was amazing! Lyon sacrificing himself like that, I wonder if he is dead or will turn out alright. There stripping skills truly is unrivaled. Apparently Midnight is Brain's son? I can't wait to see him fight :o |

| -> I still think it's ridiculous that Ezra passed out in that armor. Cat ears and all. Also, it was really nice to hear Hibiki say "Oh, this is new magic" rather than always getting the "It's Lost magic, Old magic, no one has it" explanation. It's cool when the technology starts to affect magic~ Lyon is so very fabulous with his print pants and furry jacket. Seeing him work together with Gray was even more fabulous. But that was a horrible way to end the episode O_O;;;; |

| what a team gray and lyon and also nice strategy against racer! The only thing i didn't like was the so frequently use of english in the serie....racer, grand prix etc. We are NOT watching cartoon network! |

| Wow, this was a really good episode! I was starting to like Lyon too, seeing him work together with Gray was pretty epic. Can't wait to see what Midnight does.... O.- |
| Happy I'm not the only one to be bothered by the racer plothole. I didn't think about the bike, but I still don't like it. There's also the fact that racer could have used a knife when he was curbstomping everyone, instead of just weakly punching them. |

| Lyon! :( great teamwork from Gray and Lyon, but Lyon still had to sacrifice himself. I'm not sure he's dead though. Let's see what Midnight can do. |

| Great teamwork between Gray and Lyon! But Lyon sacrificed himself at the end :( but there's no way that's the end of Lyon...but regardless that was brave of him. Poor Sherry's gonna be losing her mind :( |

| Natsu, I think it's time you saw professional help. The bike battle was... well, pretty lame, but the rest of the episode was great. It was so cool seeing Gray and Lyon work together, but damn... Lyon went and sacrificed himself like that. ;-; well, I also think Lyon is probably still alive since this show really doesn't know how to kill off characters, but... Interesting that Racer's past seems connected to Erza's. I felt kind of sad for him during that momentary flashback. |

| I thought maybe Racer just used his bike to transport the coffin Jellal was in and put the coffin in another bike. Better than having to carry Jellal's coffin. I don't really think much about it. Nice teamwork by Lyon and Gray. They really have great chemistry when working together. |
