| I watch anime because something about a show grabs me and entertains me so as long as I can enjoy the show I don't really care all that much who makes it, much less where they make it. Certainly not going to sit here and limit the shows I watch to one or two a season just because that's all there is in the jap market if some other country is stealin their thunder. |

| It doesn't matter what country it is, if someone makes animation that's serious, adult, and entertaining... I'll watch it. Or even if it's comedy ext. If it's good/I like it, I'll watch it. Many people do seem to have a connection to Japan's theme's and tropes, so if they were gone I could see people not liking it. Even if it was quality and had its own great ideas. |

| I cant even digest korean Manwha no matter how hard I try Im biased to Japanese anime and manwha's are the next best thing after anime apparently. Now if you mean other countries animates it but a Japanese made it from Japan then it would be perfectly fine for me as long as the quality is still good. |

| Fuck yeah, Korean manhwa in general is already very close to beating out a lot of manga series in terms of creating great premises/stories and bringing some riveting new ideas to the table. Also in terms of films they already also blow out of the water a lot of what Japan has to offer... |
