| Well, the trials are here and it looks like Cid decided to be part of it after all. Honestly, this episode was kinda silly in some ways mostly because of the way Cid approached these trials. Jokes aside, Cid is still among one of the toughest competitors. And lol, they even gave him som man service scenes in this episode. That conversation between him and Alexa in the hot springs was priceless. |

| The intro really made me cringe. I thought to myself: "Did they really animated THAT scene?". To my surprise, they really did... and it was WHOLESOME... Alexia's reactions were really entertaining to watch. For me, I quite enjoyed this episode. I got to see many cool things like Beta and Alexia in a fight... lol |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| Damn that flex.. dude had his "EXCALIBUR" on a presentation in front of a hottie, moreover had her dumbfounded. What more you want as a guy, literally.. Cid you've my respect. You summon an ancient warrior, you defeat them and then disappear as usual.. thank god it isn't Shadow who weeps for mob persona. |

| Hah, the hot springs scene is the moment of Cid's previous life's love...except that Alexia is also there, in total shock. They're both here for the Goddess's Trial, though Cid came in too late, as Alexia is a special guest in tha regard. The Excalibur talk, man, this is WHY I love you Cid, the chuuni in you is too good and wholesome. That aside, the one-in-a-blue-moon event is held as a tradition, though the real pretense is that someone has murdered the Archbishop. Alexia has not just one person she dislikes, but also Natsume Kafka, which is Beta in disguise. Beta vs. Alexia, man, this is also a highlight of psychological warfare. The Goddess's Trial begins, and Cid is so bored that he wants to be in action ASAP, rather than waiting for fighter after fighter and be a sitting duck of a background character. That is until he is being called out, and rather than hiding his Eminence powers, he decides to be a showman and summons an ancient warrior, but the one that he summoned isn't any ordinary warrior: Violet a.k.a Aurora, the Witch of Calamity (which of course, was all made up). Haha, the disgusted look on Alexia and Rose's face when the Archbishop is enticed by Beta's physique. Still though, this just feels like it's just getting started. |

| That was such a perfect episode. Both both scene and the cat fight were super fun. Never expected Alexia to play such important role after her arc. Then the action, while not the most flash or well animated, sure was good. One thing that obviously bothers me is that it yet again felt too short... |

| The Goddess' Trial is in town, and it's a big spectacle, but not as big of a spectacle as Alexia's view of the Excalibur. Well, at least unlike the excalibur that Kazuma had in Konosuba, this is nothing to scoff at. The whole mystery here at the Goddess' Trial was the murder of the Archbishop, but people are here for the main event, people battling against ancient warriors. It seemed like someone registered Cid into the battle in the end, and maybe that someone was Rose, since she loves Cid with every fiber of her being. It's not a spectacle without an appearance from Shadow, and not even Aurora, the "Witch of Calamity" could stop him. Looks like there's something more to this whole event though, I guess we'll find out next week... |
| That onsen part had me rolling, Excalibur. Beta and Alexia's little catfight was really amusing. Aurora's a beauty, hoping to see her again. The short fight scene was cool. |

| I was disappointed with the first few episodes but it's getting better now. The comedy parts are better than before |
| No matter which world you're in nothing beats the relaxation that a hot spring brings you. To think that he would encounter Alexia though. Still its surprising that the goddess trial is essentially a fighting competition that pits hopefuls against ancient hero's. Looks like the church in this world is just as corrupt. Beta sure has a lot of fans thats for sure. But the amount of dislike she has for Alexia sure was curious. But their little rivalry was pretty amusing. The nomination sure provided Cid with the perfect opportunity to showcase his skills. The battle against Aurora though short was an interesting one in that she was the only opponent that came close to matching Shadow's skill. |

| So we got some fanservice from both Cid and Alexia. At first I thought Cid didn't realize that Alexia was already in the hot springs but I guess he didn't care and that it's for either sexes? Side note, Alexia and Epsilon look similar and that's ok because they have a lovely look (although I believe Epsilon is using slime to enhance her figure). I did not realize that Alexia and Beta have a rivalry going on but their scene was funny, oh and I can only imagine Rose's reaction when she figures out that Alexia is Cid's ex but still has feelings for him (shoot Alexia's reaction was hilarious back when Sherry asked if they were going out lol). The other funny scene was when Beta used her bust to get more info from that acting archbishop and the look on Alexia's and Rose's face. That acting archbishop is definitely suspicious but I'm thinking the alpha girls are on it to figure out what happened. |
