| I think it's a pretty nice season to be honest, but then again I just returned to watching anime after a ~3 year break so I don't really have a comparison point to (recent) previous seasons. Currently watching 6 airing shows in addition working on the 2020 anime watching challenge. |

| I watch 12 anime from this season and while some of them like Dorohedoro, Haikyuu, Id:Invaded, Eizouken and Somali and the Forest Spirit are simply great, the others are nowhere near bad and I haven't dropped even one of them because I genuinely enjoy all of them. This season is great with plenty of new anime. It doesn't have many sequels so I guess that's why people dislike this season? But when we compare this season to the previous season where there were a bunch of sequels, this season is much better in my opinion. |

| Its meh. It has Railgun T, Bofuri, Interspecies Reviewers, and Eizouken which are all pretty great. But it also has Haikyuu 4, Darwins Game, Plunderer, and Isekai Quartet 2 which are terrible. It still beats out last season which only had like 2 good-looking shows, but there is nothing that I would rate a 9 or 10 this season. Haikyuu is trash though; it makes the entire season worse just by existing. |

People who always complain about some season being bad do it because they have spent most of their life watching anime, so they kind of find most shows generic. | Eizouken, Dorohedoro and Ishuzoku are great. Everything else is kinda meh and not worth watching, in my opinion. Maybe Pet actually, forgot about that one. First episode was cool. |

| Why do people keep complaining about this season... just watch it and enjoy it damnit. Don't compare it to last year's winter, it's different. This season is filled with new shows. There's no room for hype in this season. Except for dorohedoro and hero academia. But then again, hero academia s4 is labelled as the worst season... wth does these people want? Just one bad animation and ppl call it bad and rated it 5 and below? Come on... if you're a fan you'e got to stay loyal to the end at least. It wasn't all that bad... at least deku's final smash was good enough. I don't have any reasons to dislike this season. It's just the same as any other season. I enjoyed it. Somali is great, it's been long since the last time i watch a pure fantasy sol without isekai stuff in it. Hanako kun is good. Even though it lacks a good animation a literally powerpointed every scene in the manga, WHO CARES!!? At least Ogata Megumi had a role where she doesn't need to get into a frickin robot. Darwins Game is good. I like Kobayashi Yusuke and... although it reminds me of the fact that rezero s2 hasn't aired yet, i like it. His VA is the same as always. I have no complains. And there is also... rising of shield loli... it made me happy, it doesn't even try to be edgy. Just a regular cgdct that refreshed my mind. Do i even have to explain why i like Ishuzoku, Dorohedoro and Eizouken? No. But if there's a reason to dislike this season, the blame lies for the Ishuzoku fans (only some of them actually). But all of those voting to take ove the top list is just ridiculous. It might be a good joke. But it ruins the mood. Gimme back my peaceful winter season x( Why does a show feel generic? Cuz you don't even bother to value it in the first place. You already had no expectations for it. You're afraid of the bad taste it leaves when you realized it was bad and you've wasted your time all along. I can understand why those who have watched it hate it. But there is also the type of person who didn't even watch it, and hated it. But, why? Why does a person who doesn't even watch it complain? Why do these people exists? Cuz they have a better thing to do. But they choose to bitch about every single thing for being generic cuz it doesn't suit their taste. What are these people trying to tell? Every anime shall suit their taste and be good? Smh. You've gotta be kidding me. Stop acting like an elitist. Idc about haters. Whatever their reasons are. I enjoy and follow my own principle. A good anime is one you watch without getting influenced by any impressions of others. A pure entertainment that you experienced with your own glasses. Not others. |

| Incredible looking season as far as I'm concerned. I dont like to watch shows until they're done airing but I watched the first ep of dorohedoro and eizouken and they were excellent. I'm also interested in checking out pet, somali to mori, and id. I'm usually lucky if I get like two or three shows a season I have any interest in. |

| I don't think Winter 2020 has been that bad I am really enjoying Darwins Game and Somali to Mori no Kamisama. Every season there is good and bad anime. However I don't think Winter 2020 will be the strongest season of the year, so far I am really looking forward to Summer 2020 the most |

| As for me this season has been pretty weak overall. The only anime I enjoy are Fate/Grand that's still on-going from the prev season and BOFURI. The other titles feels like a drag watching. |

| It's not really that bad tbh. Id:Invaded is easily AoTS, Haikyuu S4 is doing pretty well, In/Spectre is very entertaining to watch, Rikei ga Koi is wholesome af, Murenase is surprisingly kinda funny, Pet and Dorehedoro are pretty unique kinda shows, number24 has an awesome protagonist, Smile on the Runway has a pretty good rags to riches story, I mean, for sure there are a few meh/bad ones like Oshi ga Budoukan, 22/7, Eizouken, Infinite Dendrogram, Jeweller Richard but that's to be expected from every season unironically though I am really liking ARP Backstage Pass lol. Best idol songs I've listened to imo |

| No, it is not, those who claim such a thing are just sheep with the most mainstream taste possible who can't think for themselves and must always follow some kind of hype train to watch something....smh. -__-; I'm not a seasonal watcher though, but this season has the most anime i ever added to my PTW list so far, usually i don't add more than 2-4 anime from a season at most, but this time, i have a lot of anime that really do interest me, i don't think i ever had that many, to be exact: 12 TV anime and 4 movies. Of course i may delete some from the list if i later find out they have a element(s) that i'm not confortable with and would rather not watch, but even so, there'll probably still be plenty left in case that happens! |

| Okay I'm not watching anything right now, because I have started to get into anime again only recently, but I'm really interested in Dorohedoro, Somali to Mori no Kamisama (have read the manga partly, I like it) and well, the season of Haikyuu that I will end up watching sooner or later. Based on the synopsis I think I'll like Id:Invaded. And based on ratings and reviews, looks like Eizouken ni wa Te wo Dasu na! is pretty good. Season looks alright to me. Seen worse, seen better. |

| I don't think it is bad there are like 13 anime I am interested in . Usually some I watch as it airs, a couple I drop and few I just wait until it is finished airing...so pretty much like any anime season for me. |

| I'm quite enjoying this season tbh & I'm watching a fair few shows. There's a few series carried over from last season I'm still watching: Case File n221 Kabukichou Sherlock Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods Welcome to Demon School: Iruma-kun This season I have picked up & am watching (otherwise I would have dropped them), in order of enjoyment: Interspecies Reviewers Nekopara In/Spectre Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! Somali & the Forest Guardian Haikyuu Hatena Illusion Toilet-bound Hanako-kun Sorcerous Stabber Orphen Bofuri Infinite Dendrogram RikeiKoi Overflow (which finished Sunday) Come Together! to the Seton Academy Overall i think it's a pretty decent season, but as another poster aboved above, I have only recently gotten back into anime & only started watching seasonally airing shows last Spring 2019, so this is only my 3rd full season. But from what I've seen, I can't see why anyone could complain, there seems to be something for everyones tastes. I haven't even mentioned the other sequels like Railgun T. |
