| I like the pace things are going at. Although, the calvary battle is kind of boring. Hope they finish it in 2 episodes and wrap up the last event in 5-6. Not the biggest fan of the Sports Festival arc, but it's needed for character building. |

| Decent episode, much more rounded than Season 1 however pacing is kind of slow. We all know what we're waiting for - the Todoroki vs Midoriya battle. Hope I don't have to wait 10 eps for it. The fact that they've already spoiled that Midoriya becomes the greatest hero kind of ruins any opportunity for cliffhangers later in the series. |

That's pretty much the end goal of the seires. Kind of like Luffy finding One Piece and becoming King of the Pirates or Naruto becoming Hokage. We know the end goal, but what really matters is the story before the end. Just because we know the end doesn't mean we know what will happen before it. So there are still plenty of cliffhangers to have especially for other stuff for different characters and whatnot. Especially since a lot happens later on (in the manga) that's making people sitting at the edge of their seats and for some reason ends in a cliffhanger and then having to wait what happens next. True. Although it is quite interesting how they've begun with the "how I became" rather than "I want to become" path. |

| I didn't like how (both in the manga and anime) despite arriving at the mine field while Baku/Todo were 3/4 of the way through he had time to unearth a dozen of mines. Half of the people in the field should have crossed it by the time he finished. |

| Lmfao, that black and white still of Izuku in shock after they said first place was worth 10 million was my reaction. Jesus, isn't that too much? From how 40th place or so was worth at 5 points, I expected first place to be 200 points or maybe even less... Welp, guess he's gonna have to say goodbye to his life because I know if SOMEONE WAS WORTH 20 MILLION AND I COULD LITERALLY DEFEAT him, i'd beat his ass while nobody was watching. I was partially distracted in this episode since I have had my eye on a nobody student this whole time - in episode 2, he popped up at 9:33 with blonde hair and he was drawn differently than the rest... My soul can rest with the fact that he has received 36th place. Despite having my doubts that I quite possibly will never find out this unnamed boy, he has my love and if I could get even a second of screen time for him... |

| Kirishima can make his body super hard. Suuuuper hard. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) LOL at Kirishima's feelings getting hurt and running away because he and Tetsutetsu have similar powers. Todoroki is still ahead and fucking awesome as usual. Bakugo is trying to challenge him and hates being ignored. Deku is playing it smart. He IS smart and probably one of the smartest in his class. He won the first round because he used brains and instinct. Yuga Aoyama's in last place LOL poor guy. |

| This chapter was incredible. Undoubtedly the tournament greatly increased the entertainment of the anime, and seeing Deku win that way was orgasm... (9/10) |

| Whoever came up with that point system sucks at math.. And Todoroki getting in based on recommendations? heck, even Katsuki is more brains than Todoroki. Katsuki at least had to get the angles right and all, but Todoroki could have simply make a frozen path and be over the minefield long before anyone else arrived. He even did so in the end, when it was too late. And he was like "the others have an easy path" when doing so - sure, because it'so so easy running on ice, especially in a straight line, when you only have a one meter wide path, and everyones trying to use it.. He also could have simply melted his ice after him, and created several ice walls to block it, too. I bet the first time someone isn't instantly taken out by his powers, he'll be in trouble. |

I didn't want to jump into this series yet until it was completely finished since I planned on marathon-ing it on my vacation time, but since a lot (if not all) of the anime this season is getting delayed for 1-3 weeks, I couldn't help myself. | Funny how they completely skipped Izuku going through the second obstacle, as I can't really see a way for him to go through it quickly without him using his power, especially while carrying this big ass chunk of metal around. How convenient... Also that "ten billion hundred thousand" points at the end, just to raise the stakes superficially, feels cheap as fuck. Really sketchy start for this tournament arc. |

| The sports festival got pretty intense. Todoroki at the beginning seemed to be a lone at first place, but after a short time Bakugou catched up to him. It's true, Midoriya was a little bit lucky with this robot part he used as a shield but I had no clue why he was carrien it even when he used the ropes to overcome the second hindrance. That minefield was a surprise und what Midoriya did there was even more surprising. Giant explosion which catapulted him to the top. I was happy to see him getting the first place. Problem now is with the next contest he will become the target of everyone. I don't get why he's 10 millon points worth. Poor Deku :D The next episode will definitely be funny. |

It's so funny that now everyone is gonna try to defeat Deku because of the 10 million. Really love the beginning of this season <3 Also Todoroki is very interesting, I hope he makes friends later and we learn about his backstory. |

| Kirishima quickly found out that someone with the exact same Quirk but in a way flashier manner exists much to his inconvenience and another person with an invisibility Quirk was revealed alongside Tooru as well. Pink Banana Head Mei made her anime debut in the flashiest way possible just for her sponsors. Mineta pretty much acted like a parasite on Yaomomo and rode along to the next round without spending much energy killing two birds in one and probably making one stand up. Amazing thinking, Deku! He just happened to hold on to something he thought would be useful and it was exactly that. That bomb jump was awesome but that mine slam he did to keep himself in first place was legendary! Dude ended in first place without even using his Quirk. The celebration didn't last too long because what he did just put a gigantic target on his head and gigantic's an understatement. |

| crunchyroll subs leave one wanting, as usual. pretty fucking sick mine sequence. have to admit, i was coming into this season not expecting much since i didn't particularly like the first, but i'm enjoying things so far. it's probably just the tournament arc, i'm a sucker for those. next episode should be good. |
