| Man, I loved this episode. That fight was amazing to watch and that moment between Nanbu and Aragaki afterwards was really great. Next week can't come soon enough. |

| I'm kinda glad the fight ended in a forfeit. I was rooting for both of them. It was both epic and difficult to see them fight. I really hope we'll see more of Aragaki later on. 5/5 ! |

| I loved it! We got some amazing fighting and lots of great character moments. I like that they gave Joe's opponent so much characterization beforehand, this really felt like an exciting match. |

| Kinda had doubts about this anime when Joe started bodying all those random boxers, but this episode really makes up with great character that is Araragi. Hope we see more interesting characters like him soon, shame it's only 13 episodes |
| Every bit as epic as I'd expected it to be. Fantastic! And had it's share of feels, suspense, rage, regret, and whatnot. This is shaping to be quite the battle. Can't wait! |

Unless you want to defend it with Aragaki's punches are weaker towards the end due to his legs. From the looks of it, Aragaki is probably giving Joe his old gear. Wonder would Joe change his title since he wouldn't be "gearless" anymore. That was some bullshit cop out with Joe's durability. Gearless Joe fighting gearless with top contenders fucks up how the Megalo Box world has been built. Like I've said before I think Joe should have fought with half a gear on his right arm to justify going toe someone like Aragaki or he should have fought more on the defense dodging and blocking like a Mayweather, Lara or Tyson Fury. I'll give the protagonist the benefit of the doubt, technically he lost the bout with Aragaki as the former collapsed on the mat after Aragaki forfeited the fight. |

| Damn i love this show so much, nothing is over top, agaraki had a valid reason to forfiet and it was shown that joe would have not lasted too much longer anyways, i love how vunerable he feels making each match so tense, dont know how he will compete with the pros without any gear, i am a bit worried |

| MC's not particularly enticing. Can't really root for him at all, especially when they built up his opponent fairly well like this time. Fight itself was ok. Not sure I like the show that much though |

| The fights feel pretty formulaic, wherein Joe gets his ass handed to him the first half and then rises up in rounds 3/4. Still, it didn't stop me too much from enjoying the episode. Interested to see what the next episode is like. |
