| I'm really excited to say that Metacritic for Anime has turned a year old! Yes, our little club has traveled around the sun. When you think about it that way, it makes things more fun, I think ^-^ Anyway, as the current semi-figurehead of MFA, thank you to everyone who has contributed. Your reviews, your encouragement, your advice, and your blessings have all helped make this club what it was, and we're looking forward to spending more time together, whether it's writing reviews or chatting in the discord. I'd like to give a special thanks of course to the person who made it all happen: @Momoka-, we hope you're doing well! Feel free to share anything in the comments. Whether it's simply a "yay" or some fond memory, it's all welcome. |

Not only does it paint a picture to fans who haven't watched many anime on clear "masterpiece, favorable, polarizing and avoid" series better than MAL's own system, it rewards the consise, organized thought compared to overlong mess, fanboy review, or attention grab that tends to steal the most helpfuls. I hope to see more expansions and continuations in the club's future. Thank you very much for inviting me. @NothingReally I might be able to join a biweekly review schedule again, but only after May 18 when my freshmen year of college is done. |
