Hello! I'm Parker. I'm an 18-year-old fan from Massachusetts, and I've been watching anime (other than, y'know, Pokémon) since I was 14. When I'm not watching anime, I write science-fiction stories and play the piano. I've got a small group of musician friends who are also into anime. We like to learn OPs and OSTs on our instruments. To get a sense of what we sound like, go watch the episode of K-On! where Mugi tells the girls that they're "not very good." Occasionally, I like to adapt anime and manga stories for tabletop RPGs, which I play with my friends. To get a sense of what our games are like, just watch an episode of Konosuba. Any episode will suffice.

I also dabble in video games. The easier it is to screw around with friends in a game, the more I like it. Because of that, my favorites are Minecraft, DOTA 2, and HearthStone. I also really like Terraria, Kingdom Rush, Year Walk, and XCOM.

I'm a sucker for arthouse, action, satire/parody, and yuri (that's a weird mix, isn't it?). I also appreciate stories that can convey mature messages without being overly angsty. I'm really interested in the paranormal, too, so I always like to see shows that incorporate that sort of thing. In case anybody is wondering why I like Occultic;Nine so much, well... there's your answer.

I won't even try to explain my rating system because it's an absolute mess. I try to weight story/production/enjoyment equally, but enjoyment usually ends up overpowering the others. Don't pay attention to my ratings and you should be fine :)
