Another fillerish episode.

A camping trip with Boruto and his classmates. Honestly, I think this episode was kinda fun though to catch that Eternal Carp fish. Gotta love the teamwork!

Ending with Toneri was random...

this episode allowed me to reach a new low in life, the only high of it was the appearance of nue... the rest just revolved around the friendship jutsu which got a little to cringey at some points.

but the post credits got me excited tho

I am reviewing this without reading other reviews of this episode.
This episode was just...ECSTASIC! The writers have perfectly combined the realistic nature of characters with the 'friendship'-thing of Shounen series. The episode was very relatable, and the dynamics and interactions of the characters were just awesome!
The action scenes while catching the fish were awesome, especially their teamwork and the fun they were having while doing this...rather than the traditional Shounen approach of friendship with all the 'friendship' BS talk, the writers have shown a much realistic version of friendship here.
And Sumire! Hands down man! It was just Mind = blown!
The episode was emotional at times, mixed with very fun scenes and gag moments. To top these, the Toneri moment....Oh MY GOD! Toneri is back...and is quite mysterious.
I don't know what others feel, but this was a pure 10/10 episode. Just loved this!

We got some camping and fishing in this episode, while it also explored Boruto's unwillingness to accept the fact that these nice, easygoing days, constantly hanging out with his friends in leisure, are going to come to a close soon. I didn't really care for the episode until the end, seeing Sumire summon Tiny Nue was cool and the final scene with all of them eating the carp and looking at the stars was touching.

Toneri also made an appearance after the credits. With him being teased like that, along with this constant talk of their upcoming graduation, it's perhaps a sign that we're soon going to be entering the movie adaptation.

Graduation feels for Boruto, well that's understandable. I can't help but see the opening as spoilers for the Chunnin Exam since off course they will elaborate on that. Knowing where Sumire would end up makes me a bit sad though. So more chibi Nue. And seriousLee, I really think Metal is Ten-ten's son.

Japan has something of a hardcore aversion to vegetarianism after all.

Was a tasty episode. Enjoyed seeing the whole class socializing together, but perhaps more than that, it was especially nice to see Boruto take initiative to plan and bring together everyone for the camping trip. The conversation between him and Sarada near the end was enjoyable too. I think we're in unanimously agreed that Chibi Nue is the highlight of the episode, though? Waiting for Chouchou to bring out the limited edition eternal carp-flavored potechi...

Well they’re trying to wrap up the academy portion of the story...
This was a really nice episode!
Boruto is trying to use that vocabulary like Food Wars!

Also it seems like some person who looks like Mitsuki is like OOOOOOOOO BORUTO my heart aches at how you can be so happy when you must fight density... could that be Mitsuku’s father? Segway what is Class Rep going to do her parents are dead :( ...

I guess, from here the real story-line will start taking place. Graduations are coming closer. The episode was good enough to give a strong feeling of friendship and teamwork. The moment that I liked in this episode is when Boruto says while looking at his eternal carp meal holding in his hand that "Everyone caught the Eternal Carp" (Giving full sense of love and affection towards friends) and Sarada gently laughs looking at him (Giving a sense of appreciation). Wow! I liked it, that's for sure.

Well with exams right around the corner studying trumps hanging out. Its time for Boruto to realize that you can't be so carefree and that if you don't shape up everyone will leave you behind. Still its nice to see Boruto get serious about something though. Still since the grad exams are pretty soon this will indeed be a good opportunity for the cast to create memories. Its nice that everyone had fun camping though. Figures that both Sarada and Sumire will worry about Boruto though. But Sumire's words and actions sure was surprising and funny. Looks like she cares a lot about him. Choosing to use her powers that were created to kill and turn them so that they help people is an indication of her change thanks to Boruto. But the teamwork to catch that fish was nice to see and a great indication of the bond that they have forged since they all met. An interesting episode that showed some good development for Boruto and Sumire.

This is still a pretty terrible cringe-fest of a show, but watching this straight after the new ep of Black Clover made me realize this series could be a whole lot worse. This was a decent episode. Next episode looks like it could be fun.

Really loved the atmosphere of the whole episode.
Character interactions, ost and the art was pretty darn good.

Was really happy about Sumerie having some screentime and not everyone acting like her arc didn't happen.
The characterization between Sarada and Bourto was great too, and I loved the moments with Sakura and her reflecting back.

The art at the end with them looking at the sky looked beautiful. Along with the Toneri scene which was also neat, though kinda random for this episode.

lol camping stuffs. I can't believe it, but I really hate these kind of episodes because it's stupid. I'd rather much more have a filler that's related to the main series' characters like last episode's Inojin family than this.

Anyway that post-credit scene, Toneri is dying?
