| Looks neat especially for the manga adaptations like Prison School, Akagami, and Working!!! I'm going to be optimistic about Charlotte though and hope it will at least be a 2 cour. Also hoping that they will show a PV for Gakkou Gurashi soon. |

Kinda hyped for this season, I guess, but Spring ended up being sorta of a dissapointed to me, expected too much really, so I'm not holding my too much breath here, lots of series I want to watch here though, lots of adventure too. Dat about it, I'm watching the ones I'll likely follow for sure as for everything else depends on what I hear really. And now looking back... that's 30 series listed, what the hell. |

| The summer season does not seem to have titles as great as the current season, but its still looks like a teriffic season!!! I have added 25 to my plan to watch, so its gonna be a busy as hell season.... with Charlotte being one of my most anticipated anime in years! |

| I'm mostly looking forward to Gangsta, I think it'll be the first anime series in which I'll have read the manga adaption beforehand before an anime announcement. I'm just hoping that Summer '15 will have a few more solid picks compared to the current season. I've been waiting for this preview because I'd rather look forward to what is coming out, rather than watch 80% of the current airing anime. Alright, I'll probably be checking out/putting my faith in: Chaos Dragon: Sekiryuu Senyaku - art looks decent/tolerable, I'm liking the colours, the premise is interesting, and I love me some fantasy. Gangsta. - alright, so I read (and am now buying) the manga. I think this is the only anime adaption I've been looking forward to, and so far the PVs are doing justice to Kohske's art style. I'm definitely hyped for this one. Ushio to Tora - it's MAPPA, and I like what they seem to wanna be doing with the art style. still waiting on a PV for this one though. Durarara!!x2 Ten - I'm about to finish the prequels, and I like it well enough so I'll move onto the first cours of this, and then keep up with this too. God Eater - because it's about time I looked into ufotable's anime. also, the cast (yes @ Sakamoto Maaya & Nakai Kazuya) and the theme song (I'm always up for some OLDCODEX). Rokka no Yuusha - I'm interested, I like how it looks. also Saito Soma. I like his voice, so I'll probably watch some of the anime he's in this next season. I'm glad he's getting more roles. Akagami no Shirayuki-hime - because hello, yes, I am definitely Bones-loving trash. the MC reminds me of Yona, but I'll brush that aside because I loved Akatsuki no Yona. Overlord - I've had my eye on this one for a little while too. I like the synopsis, and it's Madhouse. so I'll bite. Prison School - uGGGGHH WHY. look at the art, the cast, THE EVERYTHING. WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN IN ECCHI??? I'll put this one down as my ridiculous ecchi pick for the season. always gotta have one of those. Charlotte - I've had my eye on this one for a few weeks, so I'll give it a shot. |

| Seems like there are fewer titles that i find appealing compared to spring, based on their premise. But nonetheless i've prepared some titles that i'll be looking forward to High expectations Akagami no Shirayukihime - Been reading the manga for almost two years and i'm totally digging it. it's a cute and delicate love story developing in a very complex world, with serious issues. With main heroine who's strong and likeable. I also praise the mangaka's clever attentions to details (particularly the clothings) that makes it such an eye candy, which hopefully translates properly into the anime. AoharuXKikanjuu - Based on what little the manga shows me, i'm sold on it. It's just hella hilarious and fun. A bunch of dudes armed with guns which then turns out to be doing silly things is just irresistible. Gatchaman Crowds - The first season was one hell of a ride. Silly, ridiculous, full of asskicking and crazy plots. The plot was lacklustre indeed, but i don't care, since all this show has to do is being silly fun as always. God Eater - It looks cool, badass, and doesn't seem to require much brain processing. And with ufotable animating, it's guaranteed to give me serious eye candy. So yes. Rokka no Yuusha - The receptions of the LN has been overwhelmingly positive on some message boards, and it indeed doesn't look remotely close to what LN adaptations usually look like. So i'm onboard. Moderate expectations Working!!! - Yes, please. This is the kind of slice of life i've always wanted. Mixed gender cast and workplace setting. Ushio to Tora - Been a years since i read this title and honestly i've forgotten lots of things about it. But i know it's a decent read. So why not? Ranpo Kitan : Game of Laplace - Mystery, supernatural, teenagers being gloomy, and overall air of creepiness. Oh, and it's adapted from novel so why not? Gate : Jietai Kanochi nite Kaku Tatakaeri - Millitaristic setting meets medieval fantasy. The main dude is an adult soldier with good stubble. Would've put this on high expectations list above if it weren't for its rather harem-ish look. DurararaX2 Ten - The first cour was rather bleh and forgettable. Will watch this only to see what it's got this time to make up for that. Gangsta - I'm overwhelmed by its cool and gritty look, so i'll have to give it a try. Charlotte - The premise and characters make me go zzzzzzz, but knowing how PA Works do things, it's at least gonna worth a try. Low expectations Jitsu Wa Watashi Wa - The manga was pretty funny at first, but over time it just gets duller and duller, much like any romcom manga i've ever encountered. Aquarion Logos - both the previous Aquarions ended up being empty calories that i quickly forgotten, so not sure about this. Chaos Dragon - Even with lots of big names attached to the creation of its characters, strangely i can't gather any excitements at all. Monster Musume - Same as Jitsuwa. Started out really funny but over time it just gets more and more tiresome. No expectations whatsoever for other titles not mentioned here. | Chaos Dragon: Sekiryuu Sen'eki: Premises sounds interesting enough and I'm always up for a good fantasy. Although I can't say I got my expectations too high. Durarara!!x2 Ten: Love my Durarara so another season is always welcome. Especially with the cliffhanger we were left on at the end of last season. Gakkou Gurashi!: Actually pretty interested in this anime. A slice of life and horror sounds like a very interesting mix :P Gangsta: Sounds like it could have some potential. Also the name is pretty badass XD God Eater: This is actually being done by Ufotable so I'm definitely interested. Also think that the art style looks unique. Jitsu wa Watashi wa: Reading the manga and it's pretty funny and has a decent amount of progression in it. Found it got a lot better over time. Definitely looking forward to this anime. Kangoku Gakuen Prison School: Another season I'm pretty hyped for! I've heard a lot of good things about the manga. Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou: Not sure about this one. A lot of people seem hyped but the girls being animals is just weird to me, Overlord: Madhouse ftw! Also pretty hyped for this series :) To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd: While I do like my TLR (momo is best girl) this will probably censored so I'll probably watch the first episode and then put it on hold :( |

Chaos Dragon finally something else than mecha from Urobutcher; and desings are nice Gakkou Gurashi slice of life/horror with nice designs God Eater cgi killed the hype but will check it out Ushio to Tora and Game of Laplace at least sound interesting; would like to see a real preview Rokka no Yuusha, Gate and Overlord for more fantasy Aoharu x Kikanjuu heard some interesting things about this Prison School and Shimoneta to Iu Gainen ga Sonzai Shinai Taikutsu na Sekai look funny Jitsu wa Watashi wa and Monster Musume no Nichijou for the vampire and monster girls Gangsta because it's something else Classroom Crisis and Joukamachi no Dandelion for no reason Sore ga Seiyuu and Himouto Umari-chan look cute so I'll check it out and several shorts/medium length anime such as Wakaba Girl and Bikini Warriors and Okusama ga Seitokaichou! Sequels: Fate/Kaleid because I enjoyed the first two seasons; FSN's characters fit perfectly in silly anime like this Non Non Biyori nyanpasu! Teekyuu 5 for a continued weekly dose of drugs To Love Ru will most likely go to my backlog because of the censors |
| As of now these are the series I'll attempt watching, and brief thoughts/expectations: NEW 1.)Chaos Dragon: Sekiryuu Senyaku - there are several series this season I'm gong into that seem to be based on games or novels or whatnot. This is one. No real expectations, but character designs look nice enough. 2.)Charlotte - not much is known about this, but I get a sad vibe from the promo art/synopsis. Maybe something akin to Plastic Memories or Lost Future. Music also involved. 3.)Classroom Crisis - apparently set up as a slice of life on another world. Seems right up my alley. 4.)Danchigai - looks like typical cute girls doing cute things. I think I recall reading it's a short series too...maybe. 5.)Dragon Ball Super - boy did this come outta nowhere. The hype can't be overstated. :D 6.)Gakkou Gurashi - had my eye on the manga for awhile, but never read. Horror style slice of life cute girls doing cute things? This could be a standout. 7.)Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri - almost expecting a more serious Outbreak Company with this one. 8.)God Eater - see Chaos Dragon thoughts. 9.)Himouto! Umaru-chan - another where I nearly read the manga. Expecting it to be fun and cute. 10.)Jitsu wa Watashi wa - actually did read a couple chapters of this. Should be ridiculous fun. 11.)Joukomachi no Dandelion - this could be surprisingly good. Premise sounds interesting and art looks good. 12.)Kuusen Madoushi Kouhosei no Kyoukan - thinking of this as a standard magic school harem, atm. Not sure though, could surprise me. 13.)Million Doll - even I'm not entirely sure why this is here but...guess we'll see. :D 14.)Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou - a rather infamous ecchi harem. Read a few manga chapters. 15.)Non Non Biyori Repeat - should be as wonderful as first season. 16.)Okusama ga Seito Kaichou - fully caught up with manga for this one, strong ecchi goodness and 10 minute episodes expected. 17.)OverLord - checked out a few manga chapters. Seemed different, but interesting. 18.)Prison School - funnily enough on a whim a month ago after reading up a bit I read the second arc of this, from chapter 75ish to present, while skipping the first arc! :D Dunno why I did that but...there ya go. This series...it's a trip that's for sure. :D Dunno how they'll manage to adapt this well, but I doubt they'll even do the second arc I actually read. 19.)Rokka no Yuusha - was on the fence about this due to the "traitor among us" aspect of the premise, but I'll give it a go. 20.)Shimoneta to Iu.... - expecting ecchi comedic goodness. 21.)Sora ga Seiyuu - expecting a pleasant enough cute girls workplace comedy. 22.)Wakaba Girls - expecting something akin to Kiniro Mosaic. Might be short episodes. 23.)Wakako-Zake - a food slice of life? the last one was great, hoping this is too. 24.)Working!!! - expected to be as great as the first 2 seasons. ON-GOING 1.)One Piece - it's One Piece! It'll NEVER end! :D So yeah...25 series for next season, that's the hope anyway. But such a massive undertaking won't be easy...wouldn't be shocked if I drop some of these early or skip them entirely. Guess we'll see! |
| I'll give anything a shot, but these are the ones I know I'll finish no matter what: -Working!!! (if it continues the incremental improvement with each season, this season is going to be a 10, which is fitting since it's likely the final season) -Non Non Biyori Repeat -Charlotte (I thoroughly hated Angel Beats so this is P.A. Works' chance to prove they can work with Key to make something as good as KyoAni did. But at least I hope it isn't as hollow, "focus-tested for teens" and pretentious as AB. The rest will just have to grab me within three episodes. |

On top of My Love Story, RIN-NE and Ultimate Otaku Teacher continuing from the current season, I've got tons of new shows to look forward to: Chaos Dragon: Sekiryuu Senyaku Gangsta Okusama Ga Seitokaichou Joukamachi No Dandelion Ranpo Kitan: Game Of Laplace Durarara!!x2 Ten (hopefully it's better than x2 Shou) Rokka No Yuusha Akagami No Shirayuki-hime Jitsu Wa Watashi Wa Million Doll Non Non Biyori Repeat Overlord Gakkou Gurashi Kuusen Madoshi Kouhousei No Kyoukan The iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls 2nd Season Charlotte (most hyped show of the season by a country mile) Monster Musume No Iru Nichijou (I get the feeling that I'll regret this, but hopefully not as much as I regretted picking up Kantai Collection in the Winter season) It seems like a lot, but luckily I'm basically free from now until the start of September unless I get a part-time job over the summer. Hopefully not too many shows turn into trainwrecks. |

| I'm excited to see some more of ufotable's orgasmic visuals with God Eater. Chaos Dragon has an interesting background so it has something going for it. Other than those, I'm looking forward to Gangsta, Rokka no Yuusha, Overlord and Game of Laplace. The rest don't intrigue me that much. I will try out almost everything, but I'm not expecting this season to be better than the current spring season which has a lot of worthwhile stuff airing. |
