| Andragoras died like a fodder. Vahriz's death was totally in vain. Barion-Zara said: I wonder what SilverMask's relation to him was? Betting on illegitimate son or sth like that. I was also thinking the same. That might explain his unusual rage before landing the last strike. Good episode. Looking forward to Narsus' contributions in the team. |

| Narsu's face...OVA version: I was a bit worried about Yuki Kaiji being Silvermask, but he's doing a decent job. Though I did imagine it to be deeper. And... upcoming next episode, some classic FMA comedy. :L |

| I find it funny how that mask guy was so mad the king didn't recognize him...i mean you are wearing a MASK. Unless he's supposed to recognize the mask specifically... also another thing Ive noted about the king is that he's pretty whipped lol. As soon as his queen was mentioned he stopped being so stubborn. Wonder what's so special about her. |

Or was it because he does not trust her to run the kingdom that well/deal with crisis in his absence because she is a woman/had illegitimate son i.e. Arslan? |

| I like the antagonist so far. I'll be curious to see the development of the Lusitanians. With the question of morality broached, I can't imagine it being left stagnant. Pretty cool episode. We'll get to see Arslan build his team of of awesome starting next week! xD |

They were so explicitly focused on some sounds that, usually, I would be impressed, but they sound so not natural. At least, we'll focus on the main characters now, which is more interesting for me. |

| I really didn't recognize Yuuki Kaji as Silver Mask. Nice to hear a deeper villainous coming from him. R.I.P Arslan's swordsplay master. I kinda expected him to go out early, since he reminded me of Syrio Forel. lolol |

You know, with so many unbelievably stupid posts on these forums, it's hard to tell who is serious and who is trolling. | This episode shows the true potential of the voice actors. While Yuki Kaji performance was good, for me the real star of this episode is Yoshimasa Hosoya rage voice as Daryun. I applaud for the the people who do the casting. |

| Yuki Kaji as Silvermask? Really? Yeesh, what a bad casting choice. He's way better suited to someone Arslan's age, not a fully grown antagonist general. I'm really not feeling Silvermask's character design either. The 90s version was way more mysterious, with the full face mask/hood combo. |
| Meh episode, although pacing is right I felt really bored. Not sure what happened to the king? died already? Narsus looks interesting. |

| Kinda weird to hear Yusuke Kobayashi and Hanae Natsuki in this show (since they both have the same range of voice and you might mistake their voice if you don't pay attention) but still good match-up. | Really good episode overall. I would've liked it more if the King actually was shown fighting with the dude before getting killed. Oh well. The action was great. Daryun's turning out to be my favourite character till now. Can't wait to see what happens next. |
