| The elves in this show are more sophisticated than I had thought. But lol, Marcille in a dress. It was a more chattier episode than usual as the party is out of that labyrinth. The food was decent, a mix of meat ribs, soup, etc. |

| After all the cooking tutorials we went through, it does seem like, for a change, we’re seeing the bigger picture yet again. Could care less about Kabru and his history, but he did one good thing, and that was to stall elves from their dungeon exploration… the elves, who really were in some variety, from their physical appearance to actual physical attributes lol. By the way, loved their designs. I liked that they kept the flow of information, and made this episode as relevant as they could. Golden village and its residents are a kind of entity on their own, and yeah, of course after being through everything, our group wasn’t flustered in the slightest even with such a severe change in their surroundings lol. Minotaur and those supermodel dresses aside, a good bit of lore around the king himself, the mad sorcerer and the kingdom might be a bit late, but it is indeed welcomed. Please, yeah, heed the advice of the bedtime version of Senshi. Can’t go wrong then lol. |
| The part I enjoyed so much is: "Though our clothes should be outdated for you..." and there came something like a show piece with futuristic design. |
| It's finally time for some serious plot progression. Now, that the western elves are finally here we get to see Kabru's true motivation. He is definitely one of the most interesting character in the series. Laios side of the story is also interesting. With the new prophecy in mind, it will be interesting to see what will happen to Laios and the group from now on. Also, the character designs of the series are really great. |

| This was a very nice episode. Got to see the Canaries, the Golden Kingdom. At least the elves send a battalion to fight the dungeon. So seeing ghosts is a genetic thing, that just need to the person have a little mana. Marcille in that galaxy dress, for some reason I love so much. Laios you are the Chosen One! You are to bring balance to the Kingdom(?). |

| Wow, that's an episode indeed. We first start by seeing the other group come out of the surface, but what I especially liked about this part is how Kabru thinks, he feels very far from a useless background character, he has guts and feel humane. Then, we learn that the regular group has (almost ?) found the end of the dungeon, where we learn about the lore of the ghots wandering in the dungeon used to make ice cream lol, but also a very uncanny feeling of immortal people trying to live normally. A ton of things unfolded this episode, the last 3 episodes might be very very interesting, but it also seems to develop in a way longer term, we do hope that a season 2 will be planned, this story and Dungeon Meshi is so fucking sick. |

| Wouldn't say I was the most invested in or excited about this episode compared to the others and how much this series has improved, but a more serious focus this time around on the plot was a nice change of pace for once. It was alright as a whole but it did drag at times for me. |

| With the elves arrival and the party reaching the golden city, we are finally here guys, the begining of the final phase of the story. There's still a lot left but get ready as things are about to get even better. Laios got to milk the minotaur, dream come true for him lmao. Marcille with that dress though. She looked pretty in the red dress. Sweet Laios x Marcille stuff, love em. Izutsumi's been acting like a cat, cute. Gotta feel bad for the people there, suffering. What Senshi said makes you realise how hard it is for them. Laios be the GOAT you are and save them. |

| Very good episode Laios is the promised hero? A deity who is a winged lion trapped by a mad magician? Suddenly a Lion's head appears on Laios's sword? It's getting more and more interesting. 5/5 |

| The start of the episode was interesting as the elves themselves are getting involved with the dungeon business. It was also an opportunity for Kabru to make his move with his talk to the elves. This also shed some insight into his character and what happened to him when he was younger during another dungeon incident which killed many people, including his mother. Meanwhile, Laios and his group arrive at the golden village, where they were treated really well. Seeing Marcille trying on "outdated" clothing was funny, but Laios boasting happily about his experience with the milking Minotaurs was hilarious! XD We also got a nice bonus of seeing a shirtless Senshi minus his helmet, once again showing how charming his looks are. All in all, this episode had a great balance between comedic moments, but also important story progression. |
| The canaries are finally here! Would be interesting if we see them explore Kabru's past with them beyond just the flashback of his hometown. I'm glad Kabru now acknowledges his own inability as an adventurer...especially after getting his entire party killed on the middle floors; multiple times at that. I liked the flashback of Kabru remembering the Toudou siblings, particularly when Falin came swinging with the freakin' spiked mace as big as her head, with such an innocent look on her face, lol. Kabru may have a terribly low opinion of Laios to the point of wanting to kill him, but at least he recognizes his ability to delve into the lower floors of the dungeon, utilizing his encyclopedic knowledge of monsters better than anyone. I kind of want to try and see how well baking bread inside of a wok would be now that I see Senshi with a new batch, with the thick-cut egg benedict. Man, that ghost popping out is freaking AF, far more so than the ones from the upper floors. LOL, Senshi lost his lunch after being ghost-teleported. That Golden Castle town is really like a dream come true for Laios and Senshi, huh. Marcille looks so pretty in that gorgeous red dress. I thought Laios was going to compliment her for a second there, but alas, Laios will be Laios. Itsuzumi was cute too with her more affectionate state...well, excluding Laios. Marcille's and Laios's comment about wanting to stay there forever...foreshadowing? Laios is finally shown to not wear his plate armor and we finally see how the blue robe looks. I thought it was might have been Shuro's from the way it was folded, but the design looks like it may have been originally Laios's afterall. It sucks for the immortal residents that their sense of taste diminished...what good is immortality if you can't even have at least that small pleasure of living. Even if they try to leave, they lose their bodies only to become ghosts and suffer a far worse fate of being forced to wander forever. Woah, Laios is destined to become the new king according to the locked-up winged lion's prophecy; that's awesome! They've been hinting at that here and there so I'm glad it's a bit more concrete. LMAO at Marcille spitting out some of her slime gelatin upon hearing that part though. Here's rooting for maybe a Queen Marcille. Sensual Senshi lying down like he wants to be drawn like a French girl. This might have been one of my favorite episodes yet. |

| Izutsumi's wide-eyed look at the ghost made me laugh. Looks like they've gotten some pretty good VAs for the elves. Killua's VA playing an elf in both Frieren and Dungeon Meshi is the weirdest thing ever, but okay lols. |

| Well I don’t really like the whole prophecy thing, I always feel that makes it seem like nothing was earned if it was destined to happen, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t really enjoy the reveals this episode. The stuff with the elves in the beginning was cool, they seem like an exotic bunch but they’re also bad news, Kabru thankfully managed to hold them off from invading the dungeon but I doubt this is the end of them being a problem. And back to the main gang, Laios finds out he’s not going insane when he realizes the voices and things he’s been seeing are actually there, that reveal was pretty funny lol. And this ended up taking them to a new place within the dungeon that’s home to a bunch of people cursed with immortality to the point they can no longer taste anything, and this was apparently done by the dark elf lad, I’m starting to think this guy is an asshole lol. This also explained that story of that Delgal guy turning to dust that we heard before, I guess he’s the only one that was successful in getting things rolling with the lord of the dungeon being dealt with, and this also explains the ghosts, maybe don’t tell them you made ice cream out of them lol. And there were lots of interesting things about this place, like monsters being docile and the weird outfits Marcille put on, it was funny how excited Laios was about milking that Minotaur lol, but as cool as this place is, the people living there are a sad existence, and with just three episodes left I’m not sure if we’ll see this situation solved but I’m really looking forward to the rest regardless, it’s been an absolute joy of a show. |
| Ngl I have no idea what the story is at this point I literally just watch for Marcille 😭 God she looked amazing today. From what I gather though Laios is part of a prophecy to save that kingdom and become its leader. Traditional fantasy anime stuff lol. Feel bad for the people there, not being able to eat or drink, just living with no real joy forever is the worst form of punishment imaginable. Farming and doing other stuff to maintain some sense of normality is about all they can do. Hope they’ll be free someday from this curse even if it’s just to pass on. |

| Another banger episode. There hasn't been a single bad episode in this show. We're not gonna get to see Laios conquer the dungeon. This is just an ad for the manga. Frustrating! I love the variety of the elves!!! |
| The way Laios stood there in the corner staring at his hand was freaking hilarious. This show has some of the best comedy I've seen in anime, and I appreciate it in particular because it's usually not in your face |

| I really love the designs and personalities of every elf in the canaries group. The creator did a great job in making everyone look interesting and distinct (no same face/same body syndrome) while giving them all memorable character traits. |

| Surprisingly the plot's been getting more and more interesting lately. I was bit bored prior to Falin's resurrection, but that has changed. |
