| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Heh, this Kinji guy just got himself into a rough life. Not going to lie, I found this rather average so far with the way they introduced the characters. Besides Kinji, I guess Wanibe is someone to keep an eye on given his non-human nature. One thing though...Kinji seems like the type of guy that isn't afraid to take risks. I'll give him some props for that and...he seems like a rather intimidating guy. Lol, that ending. |

| The 5th non-sequel Isekai of the season, and 24-year-old MC Kinji Ninomiya lands himself in the worst state possible: a Black Company environment in the real world and working hard to be the biggest NEET ever, then Isekai-ed into the fantasy world...where the Black Company environment largely stayed the same, but starting from scratch. Hard work here, hard work there, Kinji has no chance of parole, and has to exact the same behaviour wherever he goes in Gurren Lagann's Kamina style in both character design and personality. As if that's not enough, Kamiya's VA Katsuyuki Konishi only solidifies the link between him and the 24-year-old. Conversing with Wanibe the crocodile human and sorting through this living hell, Kinji's not a Rance-like but a Special Agent No. 6 character, that's for sure. But to go down the dungeon for a "business trip" to extract Demonite, encounter monster demon Rim that converts into a demon girl through a business deal to keep the dungeon safe and make her a profit margin...which became a win-lose situation for Kinji to feed the always hungry demon loli, voiced by Kuno Misaki (Nanatsu no Taizai's pig Hawk). And already using Rim's magic toilet staff to brainwash the workers, how low can Kinji go through underhanded means to achieve a good life...and he got the karma thereafter. This Isekai hits different, and will be a fun intriguing ride for sure. |

| Holy moly, another Isekai anime! But this one is actually really funny and well done. The scumminess of the MC is well depicted throughout the episode and Rim, voiced b y Misaki Kuno, is a great fit. Hopefully the laughs keep coming in future episodes. |

| Another MC who's pretty trash and I'm all for it. At least he ain't a bitch(as in getting flustered around naked girls) and having that Kamina voice makes him even more likable. On an unrelated note, labor exploitation seems to be a sensitive topic... oh well, it's funny in this showand still better than being a neet |

| I'm always afraid to watch a Silver Link show. I just don't think the studio is great at all. Nothing felt funny, and I've no clue where the direction of the show is heading in. It's gonna get real annoying fast if it's just this for 11 more eps. Loud shouting makes characters funnier. I'll remember this fact. |

| Idk how I feel about this. It seems like it could turn out to be like Combatants will be Dispatched but worse. The dragon loli added little value imo and the mc is like a more annoying version of Agent Six. I didn’t laugh at all, so either I have little sense of humour or this just isn’t funny. Well, I’ll give most of the isekai this season (including this one) a chance and see if I’ll end up liking them. |

| The art reminds me of borderlands and I love it, as for random shows I decided to pick up for at least one episode I’m glad this was one of them. I enjoyed it a lot more than I anticipated and found it a pretty funny |

| I'm not liking it so far. I'm all for the evil schemes but his are illogical. He wants to make money but was practically killing off his workforce. Sometimes stupid is funny but so far it has just been stupid. At least be a funny ***hole. |

| Why does that mining company remind me of my work, heh?! Well, it had some funny moments. Currently Rim is the best thing in this show. "Are you peeing in the tub?" "That feels good." LOL @Xaralabos13 In that world those others are considered "humans", i guess. |
| Well, there's less shouting than I anticipated, and somewhat more of a story centering things, but it still didn't click much for me. The humor has this weird almost Randian bend to it. Yeah, we're not supposed to take the protagonist here as a hero, he pitches a lot of BS and the show doesn't really hoist him on his own petard. He gives a lot of speeches about how being exploited, or even being in a union is for lazy and stupid people, and everybody who's rich must by definition be smart, handsome, etc, but his occasional thwarting doesn't come from his arrogance but from random contrivance. Less Keroro, more season 3 Rick Sanchez, and all the problems that come with that. The much larger issue though is that there's not a ton of jokes, even obnoxious ones, but the story is also far too weak to pick up the slack. The token fanservice dragon girl, for example, makes a couple silly faces in the background and says she's hungry. For the entire back third of the episode, that's the only joke. They find a hypnosis staff, hypnotize everybody else to be the bosses instead, and then get beat up when it runs out of juice. There's maybe one other side joke in that entire eight minute segment. The first segment was mostly exposition. The second segment more exposition and ranting about Randian objectivism. I guess they could pick of the pace, or they could explore the bits a little more, I'm not totally sure. There's certainly potential for a Pinky and the Brain kind of show in this vein, but this one definitely needs to do something differently. |

| God damn this episode had me crying. Rim and even Ninomiya are funny as hell. The abundance of Possible waifus in this anime as well is insane. Looking forward to this nonsense. |
