| AH...the Chikuwa fish cake penis. How to treat this, Dr. Ramune? A guy with that, and given a Harry Potter-esque magic disappearing cloth as a temporary cover, but the side effects could get wary. Turns out that he is a womanizer with various rings for show. The eatery that both Ramune and Kuro patrons, looks like the waitress Shihoko is another girl caught within the loop of a cheater's relationships. For every treatment of Dr. Ramune's, there'a always a price to pay, and it is brutal on all fronts for Kengo: to tell the truth and give up all relationships by the number of rings/women, or risk losing the Chikuwa penis for life as a punishment for not remaining loyal. I'd say he got what he deserved. Well, let this be a lesson learnt. And Ramune and Kuro, you two might have made too much chikuwa fish cakes for memory. |

| Honestly I'm really liking this anime so far. It gives me Hell Girl vibes in the way that people have a problem and have to atone for it in order to fix their lives. For example, last episode the problem was caused by the mother so she had to give up the riches, this time the guy had to give up his 7 girlfriends (though honestly it really should have been his penis). I know people like to hate on Crunchyroll originals but out of the ones I've seen this doesn't seem too bad. |

| I’m liking the way this show is going so far, enjoyed this episode a lot. I’m excited to see what’s up with the loli character and the shop owner guy, he reminds me of someone from another show that also owns a shop lol. |

| Had a good laugh XD But when Ramune stabbed the needle there tho...💀 The ending was the most hilarious...the after effects XD I never had Chikuwa but if I ever go to Japan and someone serves me a Chikuwa, this will come flowing in my head. Now I feel like each episode wants to give a teaching — Episode 1: Speak your mind, don't keep your feelings all bottled up. Episode 2: Don't lie to play with other people's feelings for your own pleasure. For episode 3 will it be something like an old granny used to bully kids and so she turned into a kid herself... ◐.̃◐ |

And from a biological standpoint for a woman by her third partner we can no longer talk about love, we can talk about either lust or a desire to acquire something from the guy. | My first thought when I saw what the Chikuwa looked like was the doctor saying "So, have you tried sounding?" to Kengo and getting smacked by Kuro. and that joke stayed in my head as I watched this episode, haha. |

| Another silly, but damn cringe disease as heck. Fortunately i don't have any chikuwa fishcake nearby. So i don't need to puke around randomly after watching these episode. Lmao. You hid it, or showed the truth, its your choice. But, the consequency was too great that can't even hold by yourself long enough. Its got rotten. In the end, those brat decided to surrender and acknowledged all of his sins, and broke the relations to all of her gfs. That's good. Anyway, by using that fishcake to be the way as a redemption of his sin toward the seven girls, those shit brat took a good medicine. Thats proved to be the effective way to deter him away. Even though the conclusion kinda vagued, as how he may be got back to his bad habit. Still, the way, he realized the mistake, was good enough to proceed into the better lifes, for me, and the character himself. Case closed. Next episode! |

| The guy was hot, but I don't like people like him who play with others' feelings. When deep emotions and concepts need to be explored, I think stories like this do a great job. It's weird and bizarre that you know you're not meant to be focusing on what's happening, but rather on what they're trying to say. Still, I shivered a little when I saw the syringe because I knew what Ramune was going to do with that. |
| Much better than the first episode. I love how Dr. Ramune is kind of sadistic before he can help his patients, but at the same time if they know the cause then they are the only ones who can easily solve it. I love animes like this so I'm glad I watched it. Not sure why it has a lowish score here. This is a gem so far. |

| I'm glad I haven't eaten a Chikuwa yet but bruh, this episode cracked me up. To think they would create this kind of story that I assumed to be a light hearted story to give the audience a laugh and an after thoughts from the wrong doings every side character did in their life. Only disappointing thing is that I didn't see the actual boxing or kicking match after his confession to the 7 women. While I think that scumbag should just disappear from existence, the girl who is working from the food establishment still didn't give up hoping the day would come for him to straighten out himself. (That's how I view her character, what a kind gal!) She is too good for him! At the end cliffhanger, lol. This little girl is 😅. I don't know if its me or is this story going to that genre or not... (I hope not... 😏). Call the FBI! 🤣 |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
