DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Don't like the art as much as the first season although the story is decent so far. Let's hope this is better than the 1st season, although I doubt it because the 1st season is pretty unbeatable. |

Also yes his hair seem to suddenly became brown from black. Maybe after his defeat his hair started to lose color from his sadness, lol. Btw are they going to make Takeshi lose again? For fucks sake give the guy a break will you? And an R32 is a toy in-frond of an EVO? Emm...no is not, sure Evo's have awesome handling but come on R32 GTR has a monster of an engine and even a semi-4wd. |

| Ironically, I find the 1st stage animation to be nicer... Maybe I'm too used to it. Ryousuke.... your hair. And wasn't very exciting to me. First season hooked me from the first episode. This one was meh. |

| Sems like they improved the animation of the Cars, and the people looks a little less weird.Still, the animation in 1st stage I liked. Still an awesome show. |

| Artwork seems somewhat different but I can deal with this. I sense some intensity again from this series just like season 1 so far especially @ the end there. I'm ready for more racing/action fun. Also hoping for some new badass cars to be introduced. |

| Alright, I guess Ryousuke decided to dye his hair for a new look. Seems he is going to hold of on retirement to defend his turf too. Nice upgrade on the art though the rendering seems weird at times. Hopefully that gets sorted out in later episodes. |

| Whoa, new graphics :o It gives some kinda yakuza feel, they look mork "dark" than in previous season. But Itsuki is even uglier and still annoying, and Natsuki is still a bitch. Those 2 new players are supposed to be strong but thay just seem like stupid A-holes coming out of nowhere |
| What's with the lazy animation? Stillframes everywhere, no facial expressions, etc. I liked how lifelike all the characters were in first stage and this is a huge step back |
| Good start. The new style is a bit weird but mostly because it's not something that I'm used to. Don't like the fact that they changed Ryosuke's hair color though. Seems a little off. Other than that I'm excited to watch the rest. |

| Lol the new art style looks super weird. Also they weebed up the eyecatcher. In the first stage they actually pronounced it correctly, but now it sounds like "Initarrrru D" |
| The animation got a bit better, but the new challengers aren't impressive at all, I can't believe Nakazato is going to lose for the third time, I guess he was reduced to a loser like Iketani and the others, and talking about them, they are still as annoying as ever, wanting to mess with someone's else car, and saying how Takumi can't win, and stuff. Nothing fresh here, only the new color of Ryousuke's hair. |

| First Stage had traditional cel animation, but they switched to digital painting in Season 2. That's why the art seems so different. |

| I liked the previous art style more. This one seems awkward, but I guess I'm gonna eventually get used to it. What bugs me the most are those rendering glitches. They are annoying. CGI was more detailed and fluent than the one from Season 1, so as for CGI, judging after seeing the very first episode of Season 2, will probably better in Season 2. New opponents seem to be interesting and appear to be skilled. Why Ryousuke's hair colour changed? lol Hmm... Takeshi is struggling to win an uphill race with those new racers who want to "conquer" every racing place in Gunma. Even Shingo believes in Takeshi and cheers on him, haha. |

| Pretty damn nice start to 2nd stage , not really that big fan of new artstyle but I might actually get used to it soon. These new Emperor guys aren't messing around they are looking kinda serious, Takumi might need better engine for real if he wants to win |
| Just started this after watching through the first stage. The OP was worse than the 1st season, but the EP was better imo. I really disliked the originals art until about halfway through, and grew to like it. Not sure if I'll like it here though, kind of a shame how different it looks. The CGI in this, so far, is so much better, however. It's night and day. I hope Takeshi doesn't lose, but it seems obvious he will. Definitely should be Shingo going again, instead of the R32 taking all the beatings! |
| This was just the first episode so wasn't that impressive. Fun should begin after a few epsiodes. Guess thy will upgrade the 86 a bit and then after a few episode we will see Takumi race the Lan-evo dude. 4/5 episode. |

| Art surely did change for the better or worse more expressions can be seen but lost the old look feel of it doesn't matter still looks so good Except for the part where they changed Ryosuke's hair color I'm confused and thought this guy looks like Takumi, Refreshing to always see new cars introduced and oddly enough to see a car in the show where I see it in real life. |

| My initial reaction to the new art: Oh, the art actually looks better this time! Me, after seeing our well-known characters: wtf is this, I can't believe I am saying this, but even though this art is "better", it's worse than the original... Me, seeing Kyousuke waiting around for Team Emperor guys: lmao, Takumi dressed up and borrowed Kyousuke's car, how close ARE they? Oh wait, this is not Takumi? lmao Not much has happened in this episode, so I will have to watch the whole season and see if I like it just as much as the first one. But the art is not up to my liking :( While the art of the first season was pretty... bad??? it kinda had its charm? And this one doesn't. |
