| I think Japan should make a more serious LGBT series. Not those cringey-as-fuck yaoi with effeminate characters doing unrealistic bullshit but something more serious and relatable. I think that's why LGBT characters are usually used for their comedic value rather than something serious. I know this is comedy but I'm just saying. Also, I think a straight guy getting excited, turned-on and fanboyish over yaoi and BL manga is a fujoshi or straight girl's wish fulfillment. My friend told me that her boyfriend is "okay" with her loving yaoi and reads it with her but when I asked him personally, he just laughed and said he did it so that she wouldn't get mad. I'm sure they fuck afterwards so it's not he's not getting something in return for reading her yaoi manga. OMFG Reiji's sleeping face looks like he just shot himself up with heroin. |
