Owarimonogatari took half the season b4 it became interesting 4 me so that was a let down .

Taimadou harem-thingy was generic but I actually liked it .

Sakurako bone-thingy was good at first but currently it's kind of dry

OPM wasn't as epic 4 me as I expected .Not that MadHouse did anything wrong ....

I actually started looking forward to Mondays now with Osomatsu-san and Starmyu (singing is better than DanDevi by miles) being highlight shows.

The most overlooked show is Concrete Revolutiono which I can sort of understand due to its strange way of depicting events.
All credit goes to Sacred.

Things have been fine. I've had plenty of things to enjoy, and Iron-Blooded Orphans is continuing onto the next cour so even if Winter isn't good I'll have that. We had our bad light novel adaptations as per the usual.

1/10 lacks SnK season 2

edit: half-serious answer. OPM, aside from allowing me to find a new cyborg husbando, was very fun overall regardless of the fanbase or what people think of it or w/e.
Osomatsu-san was the real discovery for me this season, tho: it made me laugh out loud many times, and even managed to make me tear up. Bar a couple episodes, most of the time the comedy as well as the unexpected and emotional moments were on point. I'm really glad it gets a second cour.
I just started Iron Blooded Orphans, but so far it's a real feast for the eyes and the ears. Now let's see how they go with the story and characters.
Noragami Aragoto is a good sequel (still have problems with the stupidity of Bishamon, tho)

OPM/OPM. Final episode isn't out yet, but so far if there was an 11 rating, I'd give it to OPM.

One Punch Man - highly entertaining series, but it is really just that good. One noticeable difference between anime and manga is that Tatsumaki was exposed more in the anime than in the manga.

Asterisk War - if only the show was focused most of the time on action instead of having harem as one of the series' genre, it would have been at least good. Going to look forward on its second season though.

Concrete Revolutio - an underrated show because of its storytelling approach, along with various real life references. Didn't find any problem with timeskipping done by this series since it gives more depth about the characters portrayed in each of the episodes. Definitely going to look forward for its second season... with Gen Urobuchi in it.

Underwhelming. Though maybe it's not the right word since there wasn't anything particular to be hyped about. The sequels are absolutely top notch but there's just nothing spectacular from new shows. First season I almost completely don't give a fuck about any of the shows. :/ Summer was a lot better.

Haikyuu, Noragami and Gundam have all been excellent. Perfect Insider and One Punch Man have been good. Few other shows that were interesting. So overall it was a good season for me.

This shit gave me cancer. Go read the LN... Holy shit. If you thought the non existent Tsukihime anime adaption was bad, this shit takes it to a whole new level.

OT:

Overall a great season. Ushio to Tora is definitely the best anime this year by far.

Lesse here.. let's start with the good stuff

MSG Iron Blooded Orphans - So far this is my #1 new series for the season. The story is excellent and independent from the franchise, the characters are well-developed, the animation & music (and transitions from OP/ED) are awesome. The only thing that I think can catch it is...
One Punch Man - I'm only on episode 5 (started late) and it's pretty damn epic so far.
Concrete Revolutio - This one was a surprise since I kinda started watching it randomly. Cool time-shifting superhuman story and fun characters.
Anti-Magic Academy - I really love this show, even tho it fell into the harem/fanservice trap for a couple episodes.
Perfect Insider - Interesting mystery story, very dialogue driven so you get lots of character dev, great OP/ED and some of the most stunning cinematographic animation I've seen.
Beautiful Bones - Even tho it's feels extremely slow, the various mysteries are well presented. Unfortunately there's not a whole lot of over-arcing story throughout the series and it suffers as a result. There's some hints that may change in the last two episodes tho.
Heavy Object - Another surprise favorite. Story concept is pretty neat and near-futuristic, and the on-the-fly problem solving aspect reminds me of NGNL.

Average/OK series: Comet Lucifer, Asterisk War
Recurring Series on Watch: One Piece, World Trigger
Plan to watch: Owarimonogatari, Seraph of the End, Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry, Noragami S2, Shinmai Maou no Testament Burst

Dropped : Lance & Masques. Ugh.

The LN isn't the greatest thing in the medium and has it's cliches but the fight scenes are top notch. You should give it a go.

Silver Link ruined everything. I really don't want to spoil anything for someone that wants to read the novels so I won't.

The LN gets going after volume 4 (crazy after volume 6 IMO). It is pretty cliche LN shit before that.

Besides, the translator for the LN is one of the fastest Japanese LN translators we have right now. Krytykal is a godsend.
