This episode is lacking a fundamental thing.."the problem". Did this episode even have a problem? I don't recall one... and that why I say this is not an adaptation of the route. It's only a rushed mess.

Why can't they just adapt the VN properly =_=
Oh well, Sachi is cute. She takes things too seriously ahahaha.
Kazami is one smooth dude.

Yes, I've read the VN, and yes, I could complain for hours how this episode was shit compared to her route in the VN - won't lie, she is still my favorite girl in the series, seeing her story being butchered... :(

But I've been thinking really. They have been cutting a lot of important things, and put scenes in places where it shouldn't be. A lot of the things were unexplained in the anime, and well.. you catch the drift. But honestly.. this was inevitable anyways.

Sachi's story is the longest arc of all, And it is big. Simply because it is the story of a girl overcoming a trauma rooted deep inside of her. A problem that has been building up for almost a decade. That is not something you can just get rid of, like that. And the way they did it in the VN, is just beautiful. They took their time, gave her route a lot of ups and downs, they dragged you as a user through many different phases of Sachi overcoming her deepest problems(and discovering a lot about herself). You can not do that in one episode. You can not do it in two. Maybe not even in three. Maybe not the full twelve episodes, but at least a good 6 episodes are required to really put that one to justice. There is no way they could pull that off, without boring most people - if you are not into that kind of a story, don't like Sachi in the first place, etc, you will be just bored through all that actionless, but emotion packed, stuff.

I disagree with their choice of scenes, but I understand why they chose for such a setup.

In the end, the episode self still has a good feel going. It was enjoyable, and didn't mind watching it a second time.

Wrong, Sachi is the third longest route after Makina and Amane.

Also the anime is supposed to be pychological so yes Sachi actually does fit in that category, and with the music + the tension + all the unpredictability of Sachi, I do wonder if people would really be bored. Esepecially when they actually blow up the school. I agree that the last part is essentially more boring ,for those who don't like Sachi and emotional build-up, so they could compress it a little bit more but the beginning and middle? I don't think they would need to.

In conclusion, still a failed adaptation.

They stripped out most of Sacchan's cuteness, her past, discarded scene where Sachi went missing, omitted romance and trauma and also changed school bombing scene but in the end I kinda like it. In any way it cannot compete with feels of the novel, ofc, but seeing those scenes (letter of happiness and sunset part) was nice.

Contrary to trainwreck of previous episode, this at least somehow stood true to the original.
But it's also true that everything was way too simplified.

Sacchan deserved at least two episodes. Oh, well.

Sachi lost her dad on her birthday... That must have been a very painful sight. Yuuji was basicly sachi's childhood friend.

Three girls down 2 to go. I think. Lots of back ground info for the girls. We need one for yuuji too.

That was way less than a minute hug!

Anyway, like I thought, they really seem to be rushing arcs for one in particuliar.

The mom survived the accident?! It seemed like the truck was going so freaking fast, I thought they would be both dead...

Very emotional episode. Not really into the sad stuff. But I am well aware, that every character needs their backstory. :) It's good that Sachi found peace within.

That's three down, two to go.

Sachi and Yuuji met as kids, eh? Seems like the loneliest and caring one has a story that tugs heartstrings.

Throughout the series, all three arcs have done so too, relating things to death, or a life connection.

Very interesting. Glad that Yuuji was able to help Sachi move on, and close her past. She's visiting her mother more often, and was even able to find out about the 10th birthday letter thanks to Yuuji and Sachi's uncle.

11/10 Episode. Can't wait to see more.

Hmm.. Im not sure if i like all the happy go lucky endings.. I mean they all pretend and go on happily after such strong events.. And all involved with kazami.. Yet dont act all that different after an intimate scene ^^"

Anyways.. I feel sorry for the gorl here.. It was pretty realistic but they did rush the parents got killed part.. It was obvious and you saw nothing after it (like her grieving or such)

Pretty solid episode, didnt leave me bored just that Ido note that if I look besides the enjoyment factor, it was probably not that good

We need more complaints about how stupid Sachi's parents were, because honestly their demise is... stupid.

Not even a 5-year-old can die like that in a South East Asian level street crossing.

this ep is better than the last one

Sachi is best girl period

lol i expected the ep to be way more psycological and dramatic than that .

the girls really like buying bombs online in this anime lol

the fact that she wanted to destroy the school was just stupid (was it original or did that happen in the vn ?lol)

i liked the panty shot and the piss scene lol
the bath scene was censored :(

the idea that she became like that because that tragique backstory is great tho lol,but it could've been better if they gave it a more dramatic and psyclogical effect .

and the ep was rushed ,like lol she overcomed her trauma very fast .

and just pointing out that everything bad that happend to sachi was because of the mc lol.

entertainment 5/5
real score 3,75-4/5 just because sachi is best girl .

(didn't read the fucking vn )

Not a fan of all of a sudden remembering a character was a childhood friend that he forgot, scrapping the barrel to create a forced connection, and weren't they 10, shouldn't be forgetting so easily. The parents death scene was so obvious, in my mind i was saying ' surely they aren't stupid enough to have a truck run them over or something', and them wham!

This one did get to me a little. Due to the hours and times I work, I only see my kids for a couple of hours approx twice a week Monday to Friday. I do spend the weekends with them, but usually have a lot to do around the house and can't pay them as much attention as I would like. Even though it was a rather rushed story, relatable issues always have more impact.

On an unrelated note, I'm getting the idea this series seems to be about P.T.S.D. (Panties, Tits, School, and Dysfunction)

Pretty nice episode, and now I'm wondering if this means Sachi isn't going to do everything anyone asks her to do anymore? Because up until this point that was pretty much her only memorable character trait lol, so it should be interesting to see where they take it

Well this episode didn't make me feel like I was stupider then when I started like the previous but its still not good. How am I supposed to take this seriously at all? Can't have any emotional impact when these characters and these scenarios are so silly. Yuuji being this perfect hero saving the girlies from themselves and of course they fall in love with him. I guess it fulfills some guys fantasies.

From what I'm reading this is based on a VN I suppose if these stories were fleshed out more it would be improved from garbage to something decent but as it is... heh I guess I'll continue this hatewatch, still two more girls to go, wonder if it can get any sillier than these past arcs. I mean can it beat a teenage girl mad bomber?

Who else thinks sachi's parents have been isekaid? Like damn, how fast do trucks go in that kind of street. It was obvious all of this was planned by the truck. How they had a pause on the street. All of this was part of the truck's plan.

They are in Okinawa right?

Well that episode was senseless and it seems her whole character is stupid.
Being a good girl doesn't explain doing everything that strangers tell you to.
Blowing up the school?
Parents getting hit like that on a small street?:D funny
Cars in Japan don't go so fast on so small roads like that, also cargo and delivery enters them only when the shop is close so it couldn't have time to get so big speed ;o
and the animation of the parents was remove when the car was shown, they could at least give more blood..

WTF man, they said TALK to her she SET a school on 🔥🔥🔥🔥, and he's like derrrrrr, let me just let her scout the school and set up BOMBS when I could EASILY talk to her and stop it long before that. Why would you, a super effective agent, not stop it before it gets to that? Even if you can stop it afterwards, why not stop it beforehand? This was so pointless and just caused her all kinds of stress because he let it drag out.
