An intense episode overall for the second half especially. Ah poor Amane... I knew the guy that Yuuji met before was up to no good. | I just watched the RAW, and all I have to say is wow. That was almost episode 6 tier. It seems like anime original content is usually better than when they try to actually adapt the VN. Anyway the stupidity of the characters is outstanding. They sent Amane into the school alone despite how when she was in there Sakashita had a ton of chances to kill her. On that note I'd say that they adapted his character completely wrong. Where are his over the top cackles? We need them or else this isn't a true adaptation of his character. They even made him sexually attracted to Amane. What's wrong with this guy? Any normal person would see that Yumiko is the hottest one there. Instead he settles with the bitch in heat. One thing I noticed was when Sakashita aimed the shotgun at the gate he seemed to hit exactly where he wanted it to. Is that even possible? Even as a person who knows as little about guns as I do can see that. Those guns aren't meant to aim that far. Oh and the pee fetish from episode 7 comes back. Both with Michiru, and with Sakashita. It was amazing. I like how when he went to the bathroom with Michiru and Makina he left Yumiko and Sachi alone. That was a perfect opportunity to escape. They didn't even have their legs tied. Despite my complaints I loved it. 12/10 Would Bang. I can't wait to actually see it subbed. |

I found most of Rakuen to be laughable though. If you compare Oslo to Houzuki he's just a big joke in comparison. But Makina's Mom, Yumiko's Dad, and Sakashita when acting as villains are just lame and one dimensional, and Oslo happened to be even lamer somehow. |
| SakaSHITa is not even one dimensional, he is a whole zero dimension. I dont care if he is captains father and had a shitty life. He is just annoyin' and as undeveloped as most characters in teh anime version^^ Kyoka isnt a bad villain though, yeah she is sure quite one dimensional. But very easy hateable and she is probably one if not teh hottest(only hot?) mom in vn history xD Wouldnt call her lame, she fits her role. Oslo just fits Rakuen. Like ya said, its not meant to take it remotely serious like Kajitsu stuff. Its just plain fun^^ So yeah i kinda agree on him bein' lame in teh end. Still better than teh other Grisaia villains. |

| That was quite the episode to show an erection and just that washroom scene. Makina going into mission mode. A really far sniper shot with a narrow pathway. This was quite enjoyable in a somewhat weird way. I'm sold for an 8/10 and this did make me have interest in the VN. It is just a matter of when my VN spree would finally come. |

| Took me longer than it should to have understood the title of the episode, Amane's route was handled well, I can only hope the sequels can be as good, preferably better than this. |

| This is one of the strangest Anime I watched in a while. Event happen out of no where. Surprise they even let that stranger walked in the school or even sneak by since they have camera. |

| A solid, surprising end to a series which I have strongly enjoyed, though even I hve to admit that it did feel rushed in places and would have been a whole lot better if it were 2-cour. But I am very happy with what we got as a whole. Heck, this anime even got me to play the visual novel (well, that and lots of comments on here about how tons of content from the VN is missing from the anime). Totally hyped for more Grisaia action from the sequels when they come out in the Spring or whenever. |

| Finally some retcon. If they are going with trunctated adaption they might as well try to connect the routes together. I can't say I think it was great but the anime was good enough to merit watching the next season. |
